Ivis helped me out with exchanging my motorcycle battery! My previous battery couldn’t hold a charge so they switched it out for me. Good as new! Feel so much better!Also if I have an issue down the line, she said I could call her and she’ll track down an autozone nearby so they can exchange it as well. Warranties are the best!Thank you Ivis!

The manager Hector Cruz was a great guy to work with! I came in there with an issue with my battery not holding charge and draining. After some test he was able to help me determine that my battery needed to be replaced. He was able to help me find out that the battery was replaced about 2 years ago. Long story short Hector Cruz went above and beyond even when the store was super busy with customers and phone calls. He was patient and took care of me and my warranty on my 3 year Duralast battery! Great Guy and Manager! I highly recommend this location and especially Hector Cruz! Super helpful!

I was having issues with my Jeep Wrangler battery and Ivis went out of her way to help me out! The vehicle was stranded and she still was able to come and help change the battery. The manager (Spanish guy) didn’t want to help didn’t know what the hell he was talking about. I came in wanting help in changing a front headlight bulb he’s telling me it will take over 45 minutes that he will have to undo this and that. I drove home and my husband put it on taking him less than 5 minutes. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about and he’s very lazy. I’m taking my business somewhere else.

I must say that the Auto Zone on Aloma Ave always has exactly what Im looking for. And its very easy to find. The store is extremely organized and clean. My only issue with this location is that I was walking around the store looking at a bunch of different stuff and I was in the store for 15 minutes or so and not one employee asked if I needed any help, or asked If I was looking for something. Now I worked customer service myself and after about 2 to 3 mins. I would be asking if there is anything I could help you with!! Organized? Yes clean? Yes customer service? NOT GREAT

This morning I went into Auto Zone looking for a new headlight. Ivis was the first person I saw when I went into the store and she helped me out greatly. I had a little problem with my headlight and she sent me down the road to a local mechanic. Luis, her recommended mechanic was very helpful, both Ivis and Luis helped me get back on the road without any issues!

Ivis was very helpful with putting my windshield wipers on and informing me how to take care of them. She gave great customer service.

I normally get all my parts here. 98% of the time they are the cheapest. Staff has always been courteous and welcoming.

Very helpful and nice. I came to get my battery checked and after seeing that the battery wasnt my problem they suggested my starter. And when my car wouldnt start they found a way to get my starter working. He suggested I should be able to fix it myself so I bought the part watched some videos and within 3 hours brought the core back.

Great group working lately. Been coming to this store for a while and its been hit or miss and right now its a hit!

Would give zero stars if I could. Georgia resident and this store allowed someone to fraudulently use my card number for two back to back transactions. I.d. Should be required for all debit and credit card purchases in addition to not allowing manual entering of a card number.

Helpful gentleman working there. They will change out your headlight lamp but will not replace side lights or cabin filter. They also have a cart of tools for self service.

Get your check engine light read at AutoZone for free! This was such a great learning opportunity, due to covid the employees don’t enter your car, but they give your thorough directions on how to set it up so your engine can be scanned.I was dreading my engine light being on but really happy I came inside and asked!

Autozone is always a great experience. I buy more than what I came for of course. You have to be patient as most stores only have 1 or 2 staff members and they are usually assisting someone else. But if you know what you need you will be in and out in no time. Lastly, a great place to grab the carwash essentials and more.

AutoZone employees are so helpful! They take care of finding the product you need. They dont oversell you. And they install the quick and easy parts (e.g. wiper blades). As a female, I like being able to walk into any kind of car place and feel taken care of but not oversold. 😊

Good store but employees seem to lack a bit of knowledge and sense of urgency. I worked at an auto zone and there training is top notch but seems some dont take it seriously and are just there to wait for you to approach them. I was thought to always greet and ask the customer if you need help. Also if you dont know the answer to a question its ok. I would rather have someone say I dont know and try to find out then wing it like they do know.

A special shout-out to a tech name Imoni. I stopped in today to buy a new headlight and he assisted me without any hesitation. He was knowledgeable, prompt and friendly, I highly recommend this store and will definitely go back.

Amazing and knowledgeable service! My wife told me she had a bulb go out and during an oil change the mechanics were unable to change it. She took it to the kia dealership and they wanted a fortune saying they had to take the bumper off etc. So I decided to do it my self and also found it near impossible. I went to autozone to see if taking everything apart was the only way and steven N was able to help me and changed it in a matter of minutes! Very talented staff

Just had to have check engine light. they looked at it right away. found out I have a small emissions leak. 1 of two things, so I guess its ripoff Chevy service time. As for auto zone they were real nice and professional.

I have used yhis store many time and I return as they are so helpful and kind! The prices are great and they give you honest options for your budget and offer to help put my wiper blades on my vehicle and filled my wiper reservoir which was low and I hadnt thought to check lately. They are very kind, they remembered me even after 3 months and even remembered me from my Las t visit even before touching their computer. These are lovely people who help you do the necessary things for your vehicle with great service and kindness.... Something most retailers have lost in this day and age!

Always friendly and great service. Sometimes they are a little slow at the counter, but perhaps I just visit when the store is very busy. They are always very helpful and informative. They have made several recommendations to me on various products and I dont feel they have ever led me wrong. I really like how they charge my battery when I need... I have a damn power drain somewhere and I cant seem to find what the cause is... Anyway, the store is great, always clean and organized. They are definitively my favorite auto store.
