Went there to have convertable top on audi s5 fixed. Called me the next day to say it was done; in which it was not fixed. Charged me an extra hour for an obvious window loose and getting stuck between the body and frame. Expensive and didnt fix problem.

These guys are crooks I took my car there because 2 of my connectors to my spark plugs were cracked. They tried to charge me 150.00 just to diagnose what the problem was. I refused and took it down the black to another auto repair the guy looked at it and fixed it for 75.00 These crooks tried to charge me more to look at the car then it actually cost to fix it. I could imagine what they would have charged me if I would have let them fix it.

Eurotech German car service is a family-owned Factory authorized repair center for Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, and Porsche. The staff is highly qualified and skilled, and able to fix or repair any problem you may have with your German vehicle. They do excellent work for a fair price. I highly recommend if you drive a German car that you get it serviced at Eurotech.

My BMW was having some issues and I had it diagnosed at the dealership and was told a price that seemed to be very high and wasn’t sure that I trusted the diagnosis so I decided to have my vehicle towed to Eurotech for a second opinion and have them quote the job. I was given and upfront quote on what the dealership quoted and Eurotechs price was much more reasonable. After my car was dropped off I was given a call and they informed me that the dealership had misdiagnosed the issues and ended up saving me even more money (thousands of dollars). All in all I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this business and highly recommend them to anyone with a European vehicle. Nice to find a trustworthy garage that will have my business from here on out! These guys definitely know what theyre doing and know their craft well but I just wish they answered their phone a bit more.

I had a check engine light come on in BMW dash, and occasional sputtering engine. Larry the manager plugged in a diagnostic device and told me it was the oxygen sensor, car was safe to drive, all at no charge! Super service for easing my concerns on a long trip.

The Eurotech owner feels the need to reply to bad reviews as being fake... that is a possibility. Its also a possibility that Eurotech has made mistakes too. The engine on the car had to be rebuilt (design flaw). Eurotech didnt do this work at their shop. The other work - sensors, wiring, and getting a basic oil change is what this shop was responsible for and its also where the problems started. First, it is NOT magic to change the oil in a car- it takes 20 minutes - the amount they charged for an oil change after all the other work (total of $2500+) is ridiculous and shows how little they care for the customer. This is a customer care complaint and a complaint in general about how people are overcharged for basic work. More importantly, however, instead of being thorough when the car was worked on, we had to bring the car back multiple times to have sensors checked and/or fixed. And the issue came back again later. I was recently reminded of another bad mechanic job and felt I should write a review here. 5 star rating is for perfect work. 4 stars is pretty good. 3 is acceptable. 2 stars - there were problems with the work completed and the value of the work done by Eurotech simply was not there.

Our Mercedes Sprinter Leisure Travel Van needed attention after several years in storage. Eurotech had the equipment to properly diagnose an engine issue related to the layoff. That and other repairs, including electrical components for the house area were completed on time and budget. Good job guy!

There are a couple of good German repair shops in and around Orlando but Eurotech is by far the best Ive found. Larry is professional and a genuinely nice guy. He knows his German cars and answered all my questions in great detail. My 540i came back with a courtesy detail and running better than I can ever remember.Pricing is very fair and they warranty their work for 2 years. Top notch business in every respect.

I purchased a 2007 Porsche Boxster several years ago from out of state and Eurotech was recommended to me by the mechanic in North Carolina who had maintained it for years. Eurotech has been maintaining my Boxster every since without one issue. Although the shop is located outside the area I now live, I would never choose to take it anywhere else. The owner and mechanics have been nothing but professional, attentive and polite. Its the cleanest and most professional car service center Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. I value their opinion and advice. I believe their prices are fair and well within reason based on my particular vehicle. I cant imagine having any other center service my Porsche.

Excellent alternative to dealer mechanics for the expensive European makes like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc. Ive had great service from them in the past, and thats why Ive been a repeat customer. However, the way they handled the repair on my ML350 has made me a permanent customer for sure. The car was not starting and had to be towed to their shop (on a weekend of course). They quickly figured out that it needed to have both fuel pumps replaced. I picked up the car after the repair and noticed that it was leaking fuel. Not to worry...I called them back and they towed the car back to their shop at no charge. They admitted to accidentally cracking a seal during the previous repair and made everything right without any charges. They even refueled the car. Very honest guys and great service!

Have been going to Eurotech for over 8 years. They have reliable service that is way cheaper than taking it to large dealerships to repair. Owning these foreign cars means having to deal with expensive upgrades and repairs and theres no avoiding it because these cars require a lot of maintenance. Eurotech makes owning these vehicles affordable and reliable and allows one to keep their car for a longer period of time.

Reliable repair shop. We started taking our Mercedes here 3 years ago when the dealership suggested we needed a replacement part totaling over $1000. Took the car to Eurotech instead. All it needed was a new battery. Thank you for the sound second opinion.

The issue with my car was that me engine belt ripped and went inside my crank all the way to the oil pan, the problem was repaired very professionally, if I had taken the car to the dealer they would’ve asked me to change the engine, and charged me a lot more money.James the owner was very friendly, he helped out a lot, understood the situation I was in and he respected it, and because of that I will only be repairing my cars at eurotech.Thank you for great customer satisfaction and great work mechanically.

My first interaction with Eurotech turned out to be a pleasant one. Although my car needed to be towed to the shop, my problem turned out to be a minor one. Within a half hour Larry had re-threaded the stripped threads and sent me on my way ... no charge. Once my current mechanic retires, Eurotech is definitely in the running as a replacement.

I must say after phoning 3 different occasions and never having any live person answer I had to give up and go elsewhere. Please work on your customer service. I think a guy name Mike Stuart answered once to take my service request but hung up after we were on hold for 8 minutes! Get it together! I scheduled my S3 for an oil change and never head back!

Great experience! They got my car scheduled in and repaired quickly. They went above and beyond - handling AAA battery service on my behalf. They are honest and reliable, in addition to providing great service. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and I will absolutely go back.

With my car broke in North Orlando and me out of town, they facilitated a tow and diagnosed my 2003 Audi A6 quickly all via email or phone. In short order they got me fixed and on the road again back to Tampa. A fair price for the work and two year warranty really make me feel good about the investment in my late model Audi. Would have paid more than double at the dealer and it would have taken a lot longer..

Completely bummed out! Picked up my daughters Porsche boxster after eurotech had it for 3 weeks. The car was flooded from a recent rain storm and the insurance covered the new immobilizer. Sadly, the shop failed to realize all of the problems that popped up after they completed a half Job. They convinced us to fix the passenger side seat out of our pocket.... but that was an issue that existed since the car had flooded. They “fixed” (sarcastically) the door handle that was loose. Meanwhile, we can’t open the gas door to put gas in the car, they managed to f up the driver side window and the door does not close all of the way. The key fob does not open either trunk! We called immediately and they said to call back and talk to the service advisor to work out when we could bring it back. They did shotty work the first time. Won’t go back. I feel like they stole over $1600 from us and never mind what they got from our insurance company.

The engine was hesitating & throwing up errors in my German-made suv, and other shops couldnt figure out the issue. Larry & crew at Eurotech were able to pinpoint & fix the problem quickly, and the car has been running well ever since! They even washed my car before I picked it up!

My tiny Smart car got the same service any Benz gets here. I was ferried back to my office and the car was washed without my even asking.

I had a problem with my BMW 328i and called and left a message at night. Larry called me back first thing in the morning and said he could work me in. They had the part I needed in a warehouse, and it was brought over to fix the car. They found another issue with the car that I knew about but did not even mention to them, shows me they know what they are doing! I did not have the money for all the repairs, and they did not push me or make me feel pressured, just informed me of the options and pricing upfront. The work got done in a reasonable amount of time, and they even threw in a free car wash and detail, which was a very special and unexpected touch. I had been talking with Larry about my fiance being overseas and he was just so nice, I really appreciate the kindness. Thank you Larry, you are appreciated!!!!

5 stars is not enough to rate the integrity of this organization as much as they deserve. I traveled to the Orlando area by car from Tennessee a couple weeks ago and noticed road noise that exceeded what I had remembered at speeds over 60 mph. I made an appointment with Eurotech in Winter Park. They offered to drive me back to my hotel because it would be an hour or two before they could get it up on the rack, despite the hotel being more than 20 miles away on the south side of Orlando. After getting about half way back to the hotel, the service manager called my driver and asked to speak with me. They had determined that despite the relatively new tires on my car (15,000 miles), three of the four tires were cupping and were the source of the perceived road noise. The driver returned me to Eurotech, where my car was waiting - it had been washed! They even took time to show me the problem and advise that I go back to the tire dealer in TN and get at least a pro-rated discount on new tires. I offered to pay for their knowledge in analyzing the problem, but they insisted Thats not the way we do business. I cant recommend Eurotech German Car Service, Winter Park, FL, highly enough for their integrity and honesty.

Brought it in because turn signals and horn were not working. They needed extra time to check wiring- then said they needed four more hours to figure out the problem. I declined and my husband took five minutes afterwards and fixed the turn signals- the module was loose. Would not recommend these scam artists. The response just left by the owner is bs. We were never given access to this portal, and surprise surprise they are all positive reviews. Cant trust reviews that they have control over, sorry.

After getting screwed and lied to by the fields BMW service department for the 3rd time, I left there and drove to EuroTech. It took them less than five minutes to tell me what was wrong, and give me a simple solution. I was done in under 20 minutes. Larry and James were so nice, and so honest. I had the best experience there, and I’m so happy I finally found a garage I can trust! I’m officially done going to Fields BMW, from now on I’m sticking to EuroTech!

Awful! .They scammed me, withheld information and charged me excess for parts knowing the original issue I brought it in for was not fixed. Took my car in for a bucking problem, I had concern it was my transmission was reassured it was not my transmission. They thought it was my timing belt due to check engine light...Once they repositioned the timing belt they called to inform me that I needed a new water pump, but never told me the timing belt did not fix the issue and that it was in fact the transmission. Paid 2600 dollars for my transmission to not even operate 60 miles after driving with the new parts.....I then got a hold of the owner James. He told me he would reimburse my money for the excess parts that were replaced after the timing belt....HAVENT HEARD FROM HIM 2 WEEKS, tried calling leaving messages nothing. This place is a joke

Today was my first time visiting Eurotech to service my vehicle and first of all i must say the poor reviews on here are extremely misleading. My POC was Larry who was very professional in scheduling my appointment and very friendly. The shop was well organized and clean compared to other shops Ive been to. The only thing that caught me off gaurd was an additional part that was ordered on a Just in case basis that i wasnt notified beforehand about and wouldve cost $250 more. However, in the end it was not needed therefore i was only charged the original expected price. I Totally understand certain makes/models have Common issues just wouldve been nice to know this prior so that i wasnt caught off gaurd of a potential additional charge. Nonetheless i clearly gave them 5 stars because they deserved it. THE ONLY UNEXPECTED THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THEY WASHED MY CAR!!! THANKS EUROTECH!!!***Needless to say I WILL be servicing my vehicle here again***

My daughter is attending Disney College in Orlando and is driving a Mercedes while there. She called to tell me that the check engine light was illuminated. I walked her thru many trouble shooting scenarios but was unable to clear the light.Knowing that dealerships tend to over charge for work and sometimes try to do work that is not required, I went into Google to try and find a reputable auto repair company with good reviews. To my amazement there was a company with 79 good reviews in the greater Orlando area named Euro Tech German Car ServiceWhen I called I spoke to Larry the manager who was understanding of my predicament and asked me to have my daughter bring her car in at 0800 hours on Monday morning as I had called him on a Friday later afternoon.My wife and I decided to drive up to Orlando from Miami as my daughters schedule did not permit her to take the car in. I arrived with the car at 0800 hours, met with Larry, who ran a complete diagnostic check thru the cars computer to ascertain the problem. It was determined that the thermostat and sensor needed to be removed and replaced. The windshield wiper motor too had burnt out and was replaced. There were other items like brake fluid flush etc.,that needed attention but could be done at a later date.The car was ready that afternoon at 1500 hours. When we came to pick up the car, it was cleaned inside, washed and detailed completely to my amazement. I had the opportunity to meet with the owner Mr. James and commended him on the great reviews he is getting about his business enterprise and work ethic!It is refreshing and gratifying to know that there are such family businesses still in existence in America today. I will definitely recommend this garage to anyone and will take my daughters car back to them in the event the need arises again.

Excessive charge for a misdiagnosis on CEL, in addition to trying to get me to pay for additional unneeded repairs. Possibly bad luck but thats my experience.

They work in my Volkswagen GTI, charge me $500 and didn’t fix anything. Moreover they burn out the car computer.
