MLR Automotive was amazing! After having my Trucks AC repaired twice and it not working, I am glad to find a mechanic shop that not only fixed it, but they warranty their work as well. They didnt try and upsell me on any extra things that many other shops said I desperately needed when I didnt, and kept me informed of my repairs all along the way! Staff was also super polite and easy to talk to! There was even a wellness check up on the truck via text a few days after the repair! I would absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family, and anyone else as well!

They broke my car, I needed to sell it after they claimed they fixed it. They broke an air intake hose while trying to repair gasket. I was not aware of that and that caused my car not to run well. And after i sold it because it was not worth repairing it.

Today 1/20/2021 my 2011 Toyota Camry SE was service by auto mechanic Ray Chaparro at MLR Automotive. Highly recommended mechanic if your in the area of Winter Park Fl. My vehicle was experiencing a knocking noise when I turn steering wheel to the left and right. After being diagnose by Ray he found the rack opinion slightly loose from the steering column he tighten up rack opinion and my vehicle is now back to normal driving and not hearing any more of the knocking sound. Also Ray was nice enough to install a missing lug nut in the rear drivers side wheel. Thank you very much for your service MLR AUTOMOTIVE.

Had an issue with my clock spring on my 2017 Mazda CX3 along with concerns with my breaks/rotors (my dealer said it was time for new ones). They were able to replace my clock spring in what seemed like record time I have ever heard of, and also checked my breaks and rotors and told me they were still good. I appreciate the the amazing work they do and the honesty. The guys here are so nice and welcoming, there was no bs or pressure. I felt so at ease and happy. (2005 Altima A/C issue) This place is amazing. Dropped the car off around 9am. Was done at 11am. They had a bunch of other customers there. I was shocked due to moving from NY and not knowing what is a respectable place. Great work, honest work and finally happy with a company in FL.

They were exceptional mechanics very professional. However I thought I was getting a standard tuneup. Which is why I agreed to the $392 charge. But it was just a simple change of spark plug and ignition coil (basic) if I would have known that I would have done the work myself and saved $300. It’s cool though. I defiantly should have asked before getting it done. Plus I needed it done ASAP cause my car was about to break down on me. These are typical prices so for the people that say they are “getting ripped off” just go somewhere else and get a cheaper price or do it your damn self. Mechanics are pricy for simple work that’s how it has always been.🤷🏾‍♀️

They are amazing. I was in and out in no time and while I was there a man came by that was clearly homeless and asked for help putting air in his tire. They didn’t shew him away and tell him wawa was next door they gave him the same respect as me and kindly helped him and got him on his way. These are my favorite kinds of people. I live close by and decided to stop in.I have a 2000 Honda Accord LX245 k miles. They looked at my cat I have major problems.They went over car and gave me complete diagnostic.I was very pleased with everthingI actually give them a 10 star review.

I own a 1992 Jeep Wrangler. It is very difficult to find someone knowledgeable enough to diagnose and fix it properly. MLR Automotive was an amazing experience from start to finish. They did an outstanding job and were so wonderful to deal with.

I have been going to mark and the guys for years now and I have never had a problem with them or anything they have ever done to my cars that I have taken there. Mark and the guys are very honest and now a days people are not that way. Being a female most machines would take advantage of that fact. But he doesnt he tells you what needs to be done and if you want it fixed they fix it in a timely manner. They are just a great bunch of guys. I recommend then to everyone I know. I had a wonderful experience here today. I came in for a wiring/fuse issue and they fixed it quickly (hour and a half). The man up front was very nice and helpful, super personable and friendly! Will definitely be coming back for future needs :)

Brought my truck in a couple months ago for some a/c work and ended up needing the whole dash ripped out just to reach a small part. Worked with me and did not suggest anything unnessary for a sale, and kept me updated constantly. Everyone I met was extremely polite, relaxed and treated you like a friend not just a sale. Orlando heat is the worst, and when a cars A/C is on the fritz, it makes for an even bigger unsatisfying experience. I decided to check these guys out because AC was in their name and I can safely say, my car drives with cool air once again. Mark is very accommodating and willing to work with you if you have any issues with his diagnosis, and for someone who knows little about cars, he explained the issues in detail. Fairly priced and a great team!

I cant say enough good things about MLR. They were as honest as you could ever hope for. I didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle. As a woman I went in there and as always, felt at the mercy of their honesty. I first met Mr. Ron Spencer and agreed to leave my vehicle with them so they could check it out. Mr. Spencer called within an hour and clearly explained what was wrong, inclusive of a full explanation of what was needed to fix it and a breakdown of exactly how much it would cost and how each dollar would be applied. Additionally he gave me an overview of what preventive maintenance I needed to address. I couldnt get it all done, but I will return to them for ALL of my vehicle needs, both fixes and maintenance in the future. Anyone who wants an honest mechanic and wants to support our local small business community dont hesitate to take your vehicle to these guys!!!!! They are truly awesome........ Marc was great help doing a diagnostic test on my 2000 jetta. Was very knowledgeable on german cars. Great shop for maybe small repairs or oil changes.Price range was a bit much for my pocket book, for any major repairs. was a large mark up on parts and labour.

I cannot believe I waited so long to write this, you are the worst and ripped me off. I brought my wifes Ford Escape in for a bearing, and you said brakes were bad, you replace rotors, pads calipers but that was not enough, REALLY! then you tell me how her master cylinder was bad and there was hardly any pedal. That was it, I told you I would take care of that, you tried to scare me with the computer and ABS brake sensor scare, funny thing is I got it home, spent 5 minutes bleeding the master and guess what? It was not bad. So how much of what you replaced was not bad either. NEVER AGAIN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Totally ripped off. They not only did not fix a simple exhaust issue, they wouldnt even release the vehicle without payment in full. I am a single mother who had to get the car back, I had no choice and now have to sue them which cost a lot.I am sad that this place can even be in business, i should have known better than to go here, there was a man arguing about his repair with the owner when I pulled up.Go to a reputable mechanic, not a fly-by-night

Owner was not only rude but proceeded to tell me it’s $35 for a flat tire patch !!! What kind of extortion is this? Then after I told him that was pricey he told his worker don’t fix it !!! I never told him to not repair just was shocked at the price . He’s a rude person and I would of bought fix a flat had I had another option . Never do business here!! Loser owner with a loser attitude . Feel bad his employees have him as there boss . I did get the tire repaired here at over a hour wait while he ate lunch .

Is it just me, or did we get the shaft, you be the judge! Our final bill $917.42 (Invoice #1993). Our vehicle - 2001 Infinity I-30. Replacement Items (1) Right Control Arm / Part Price $192.36 / Remove & Replace Price $193.09 (2) Wheel Hub Plus Bearing Assy / Part Price $212.88 / Remove & Replace $219.43 (3) Shop Supplies? / Price $39.73 (4) Hazardous Materials? / Price $8.00 (5) Tax $51.93 = $917.42 ... I went to this shop because they offered payment plans. But after requiring about the plans, we opted-out. You must write post-dated checks plus 14% interest over 30 to 90 days, Even the owner (Mark) did not recommend it. Once there, we where stuck, we were told that it would be dangerous to drive, because the wheels could fall off. So, my Wife and I bit the bullet and took the shafting. Other repair shops quoted $425 to $550.00 plus a Alignment afterwards.

Mark and his staff are top notch. They do great work and stand behind their work. I would recommend them to everybody.

Im just a college student and I honestly dont have a car yet, but I went there for the Uhaul truck to move to a new apartment. So I biked down this place in the pouring rain on my bicycle with my girlfriend to pick it up. Turns out I read the directions wrong and I was supposed to pick it up from another address. We decided to wait out the rain which was only getting worse so we could bike to the actual place, but once Marc (Who I later found out was the owner) saw that we were just riding bicycles, he decided to give us a ride instead. That might seem like a small thing but I respect that a lot, He decided to help out two random strangers who didnt even buy anything lol. I truly respect him and decided that when I get a car, I will go there. Thatll be my mechanic place. There are a lot of places thatll rip you off and you cant trust, but I know he is good man and Ive decided to put my trust in him.P.s. I also acquired a scooter recently and needed to replace the wheel which was almost impossible for me and my friends to do, so we took it over to him and he took off the screw in less then a minute. So thank you Marc, we really appreciate it.

Backstory: My rear drivers side caliper was binding. I knew those parts were old, so I decided to replace ALL 4 of my calipers and rotors myself. I replaced the back set just fine, but I couldnt get the caliper bracket bolts off my front end (they were super rusty) and I only had access to pb blaster and a ratchet/hammer. I really wanted to drive, so I kept the old hardware in the front and decided I would take it to a shop later to get that stuff changed out. While bleeding the system my wife and I did it improperly (she pumped the pedal all the way to the floor like 4 times!) and ended up killing my master cylinder. As such, after completing everything I had no braking power.Current: Since Im no mechanic, and I wasnt 100% sure my master cylinder was the cause (and I needed the front caliper bracket bolts removed anyways) I drove it to the CLOSEST shop I could. Towing wouldve been at least 70 bucks. MLR charged me around $400 to replace my front calipers and rotors (with the parts I had already purchased, mind you) with flushing/bleeding included. I forewarned one of the guys that I thought my master cylinder was bad, I just didnt buy the part beforehand because I wasnt sure. Anyways, after replacing the front calipers/rotors, they found out my master cylinder was indeed bad. Since my car was already there, I had them replace that too. All in all, I ended up paying $775 to have all of that work done...End note: For spending close to $800, my brakes feel squishier than before having anything replaced. One would think that after having new parts, and a flush/bleed by proper mechanics that that wouldnt be the case. Also, my brake fluid reservoir was overfilled to the point that it spilled out. I literally had to suction fluid from it because it was filled to the brim. I also had to clean the resulting mess from around my reservoir and engine compartment. For that price my brakes should be FIRM and the reservoir properly filled.

OF COURSE I SAID NO I TOLD THIS GUY MARC TO LEAVE MY CAR OUTSIDE WITH KEYS ON MY CAR AND I WOULD GO LATER TO GET IT & WHAT THEY DID THEY LOCK CAR WITH KEYS INSIDE THIS GUY MARC TOLD ME LIKE THIS, WELL IF I CANT OPEN IT YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL A LOCKSMITH REAL RUDE GUY AFTER WE OPEN T MY CAR I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP NEAR BY REAL NICE PEOPLE AND KIND PEOPLE, PLUS THEY ONLY CHARGE ME $415 Dlls. PLEASE PLEASE I ADVICE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
