I had never been here before I ordered and everything bagel with bacon scrambled egg and cheese. The bagel was very fresh. The eggs and bacon and cheese were a perfect topping. I will definitely go back

Bagel King Jr is not being held to same same standards as the Bagel King off 436. The quality is hit or miss. I always get the Andy’s Special with bacon, and the bacon is either burnt or almost undercooked. Occasionally it’ll be cooked correctly. The younger guy working there doesn’t seem to care about much. He seems to be the scheduled worker for weekday mornings. The one day he wasn’t there, there was other gentleman covering for him and he did an excellent job. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Young lady working the counter must of been working here a long time.she was super friendly and seemed to know the customers. I ordered a bacon egg cheese sandwich a dozen bagels .the sandwich was awsome as well as my kids loved the bagels.first time ever in the shop.i was hesitant at first when I pulled up I actually left but decided to turn around and try it. Im glad I did. Dont judge a book by its cover.the food and service was exceptional. I will be back.

Gone down hill? Filthy dirt n dust, on the counters, display case looks as though it hasnt been wiped down in days, floor disgusting. I was hesitant to even order food. Wont be back.

Overall, the food was fine, the selection was disappointing. It’s a very small place, wedged in a tiny strip mall adjacent a gas station, with only one person working there. The actual selection they have there is maybe 1/3rd of the selection displayed in their online menu. There was ~10 kinds of bagels, all basic flavors (plain, poppy, wheat, sesame, onion, everything, Asiago, Wild Berry, cinnamon raisin,…) and a few assorted pastries (maybe 3 or 4, like black and white cookies, muffins and a danish). However, they are “out” of much of the items on their menu (and that is despite coming right when they opened). Overall, the bagels were good but nothing to write home about. I also had the knish with pastrami; also just okay. They also have day old bagels for a cheaper price, and sell their cream cheese, lox, chicken salad and tuna salad separately, if one was interested in such things. To their credit, in the 20 min that I was there waiting for my food, ~4-5 customers filtered in, so there must be some for whom this is somewhat of a staple, but I unfortunately will not be counting myself among that crowd.

I used to love walking down to Bagel King to start my day, the people were so inviting and nice. Now it’s like we’re a hassle to them. No “hello” just “we only have this or this left”. Bagel King used to be happy and warm, now it’s just like any other place

Terrible service, place wasn’t clean the worker seemed to not care about what the store looked like. Saw a dead roach in the bathroom, I do not recommend this store. I also asked about some of the spreads and the employees response was “oh I’m sorry man they are expired” for the kind I wanted.

Big fan but their hours aren’t the same as listed. They’re 7-2 but they actually close at 1:30 🙃

Bagel King Jr. is awesome. Ive dropped in multiple times and the team there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have stuff besides bagels as well and they make really good breakfast sandwiches.They dont have a huge bread selection outside of the bagels but thats not a big deal. Their sourdough is great and the pastrami breakfast sandwich on sourdough is next level. The portions are huge and the price is definitely low for what you get. You can buy pretty much everything separate as well. They have all of the spreads, salmon, etc. Lots of options.Its a really small location but they have a couple of small tables set up outside. Its best to just drop in and grab something. I dont recall there being any seating inside but I could be mistaken.Also, it can be easy to miss from the street but its directly next to the convenience store. Just park in that lot and youre good.

Excellent. Love to grab a container of their tuna or chicken salad to eat on crackers for a tasty snack that lasts days. Yum. (They even add shredded carrots!)

One of my favorite places to eat. Amazing bagels and cream cheeses and so much food for the price you pay. They also have regular breakfast options and lunch too.I get the veggie cream cheese that has big chunks of vegetables in it on an everything bagel or a chocolate chip bagel with their honey butter spread. So good !!!

I was glad to finally stop in here. They have similar offerings of the larger chain bagel/breakfast places but with a homey/neighborhood feel. The bagel and spread hit the spot and the friendly guy working there educated me on how to say knish and what it is, as that is one of their deli display offerings. It looked and sounds tasty; I will be back to try it.

Awesome bagels

Bagel King Jr. is my go to place for the best bagels and freshly made cream cheese on the East side of town. I love that they have a location close for those of us over here so we dont have to drive to Casselberry or Lake Mary just to get bagels for AM breakfast. Ive never had any issues with getting the bagel flavors that I wanted and I ALWAYS get the chunky Lox cream cheese. My favorite place for my bagels in Orlando.

Best place to grab a quick bagel this side of Winter Park. Large variety of toppings from butter and flavored cream cheese to hummus. Or get a breakfast bagel sandwich. Or a bagel deli sandwich for lunch. 18 for the price of a dozen on Tuesdays so get there early. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great small, neighborhood-shop feel. I havent had the matzo ball soup so I cant offer any tips on that area, except that at least one person comes in and orders it every time Im there.

I wish I had better news but this is the second time we went there and they had barely any bagels. The Lox spread was subpar at best. Bagels were not fluffy and they were out of soup. I dont know how you can call yourself a Bagel store and at noon have such a small selection.

Very impressed. Great options for a variety of price ranges. The meat selection is surprisingly good. Great place for both savory and sweet.

Coming from New York, and then Miami, my quest for a good bagel took me here. Unfortunately the bagel itself had a lot to be desired. The place though was packed, so Im willing to try again hoping those cinnamon raisin bagels was just a sub par batch.

I love Bagel King. This satellite restaurant does not live up to its big brother.Their bagels were good, Ill give them that, but their selection was limited and by 915a they were already out of several kinds. The shmears are the same as the original (good), but so is the coffee (bad).I definitely dont recommended a breakfast sandwich. They dont have a grill, so the bacon is either kept warm or microwaved and the eggs are definitely microwaved. if you want a breakfast sandwich, go to Bagel King.The staff was fine but got overloaded trying to talk to two customers at once. Definitely would not call them the friendliest staff ever.

My first time in shop today, 8am..A young man (taller of the two-no glasses) was very abrupt with me. Since I wasnt sure what I wanted, I had some questions. He seemed to be bothered, had no patience with me. Talking under his breath. Slamming microwave door etc. ...When the bagels were ready he yelled out maam your food is ready, placed on counter and walked away. No thank you or come again.. My bagel was extremely toasted with burnt areas, it looked as if the sandwich was thrown together.. Disappointed and I would like to speak to the owner.

Google said they closed at 2. Sign on door said they close at 1. Door was locked at 1235. This location is garbage.

Ordered a p90x sandwich. Clerk asks me what kind of bagel I would like, asiago (they were out of everything...for the umpteenth time.) Sandwich takes forever. The place wasnt packed. When its finally ready, I open my clamshell to find no bagel, just the ingredients. If I didnt want a bagel I just wouldnt go to a bagel place. 9 dollars for a bagel sandwich with no bagel.

What can u say bad about the local . donut shop? I am a type 1 insulin dependent diabetic so I dont get to eat them, but I have had a taste from quite a few flavors and although for me they are sweet my family loves them!Both of my kids will ride there on their bicycles with friends to fill their cravings!They also gave a really good lunch menu with a burger/fries & donut combo thats an excellent value.Staff is always friendly and it smells amaaazing hahaha!

But what he did to me this morning after trying to make a atm stop there right after i picked up food from bagel king... Its like now a days i feel we have to walk around with a camera on everywhere you go because businesses are getting away with racism ruinous because I guess Im black or Im gay and you can see it very well and then yeah I might look 16 but Im not play treating me this morning and he kicked me out of his store Im very known in the Winter Park area when it comes to businesses a lot of businesses around that area food businesses know me see me from toasted 2 Giovannis to the cupcake place to even .All around the university area or winter park area. Me and my girlfriend deliver all day in that area... but this guy he kicked me out of his door because I know it was cuz of my color tell me it wasnt open yet when theres a guy in there using the ATM he comes out and says I didnt know the stores closed sorry because he seen me arguing with him because he was in there but he wouldnt like me it kept asking me what I want what do I want no its not open yet what do you want though what do you want. In all reality he was outside putting stuff in the store from his car and I came out of Bagel King about to walk in and he stopped me and told me it was closed then I said but somebodys in there and he said no what do you want though I said I want to use the store is closed. Yeah give me a minute not yet but somebody oh hes just using the ATM I wanted to use the ATM I didnt have my camera when we did all that but when I did pull it out and got the end when he was telling me get out. Just dont come back to still come back or just dont come back like why are we getting kicked out like starting from Starbucks just for some weird reason I feel it more than ever being gay and being black I feel it more than ever and I know its not everybody out there you know but you know theres out there I dont know if anybody ever had racist problem at that quick stop on 1200 Lakemont but what he did to me today yeah youll see I got some of it but if I got to walk around with a camera on 24/7.
