You have to wait a bit depending on the time but it’s worth. The price is reasonable and the bagel is hand made. It’s a good place to take your brunch in a quiet place.

The bagels are delicious here!There are a lot of options about how they will be served to you. Oddly, most are made as sandwiches. Even though the flavors are there, Id much prefer to have my cream cheese, or avocado, or whatever Ive ordered to go on my bagel, evenly smeared on both sides of the bagel...instead of just placed in large pieces or chunks. Very difficult to eat the way it is served.But...the bread of the bagels is excellent! The muffins were moist and yum!The avocado on one bagel wasnt ripe...still at the hard stage, so impossible to eat. :(I asked for decaf...they had to make a new pot...after waiting patiently for 16min, I checked on the status and was told they had forgotten. :(Some of our order came out incorrect, but was quickly remedied.Did I mention the bagels taste delicious?!?!

Omg you guys. I ate this bagel and fell in love 🥺I never thought I’d have a tastier breakfast sandwich than Einstein’s but here I stand corrected. & the sandwiches are WAY bigger and sturdier in my honest opinion than Einstein’s. The only thing is I wished they had a larger variety of bagels because I like sweet bagels but I don’t like raisins 😅

I went around 8:45 and it took them Almost 20 minutes to give me one bacon egg and cheese. A bunch of workers were just standing around talking for a good 10 minutes Probably why the service was so slow., It seems they make the pick up orders/Uber drive orders first so I recommend ordering that way. Never coming back to this location anyways due to the service.

The bagels here are SO GOOD. And I love the Cubsta. Most of the time the workers are really nice. 4 stars for VERY long wait time.

If you love a soft chewy bagel 🥯 This is a must try.(I had to google this.). but a “water bagel” is steamed instead of baked (like a typical bagel), keeping a very soft moist texture. It’s fantastic.My only other comment is that it’s not much of a quiet “hangout spot” like Starbucks, more like a stop and go place. Their coffee is okay, no espresso just drip coffee. But the coffee ice cubes made it a 5/5 for me 👌

Very disappointing- this used to be my favorite place for coffee and bagels, and their food is good, but now when I try and order in advance, half the time they mess up my order. Bagels are the wrong type, things I ask to be toasted aren’t, bagels supposed to be sliced aren’t, etc.It’s heartbreaking- I moved, and used to drive twenty extra minutes to get their coffee and bagels, but now I’m going to find someplace local.

Look, good bagels are hard to find, but shouldnt be, bc its not rocket science. Boiled bagels is the traditional real way to make em, and this place does that very well. No stale bagels, no tough rubber bagels, no overcooked dried out discs, they make bagels like they should be made. Makes Einstein bagels look like dog food, and store bought bagels are complete junk in comparison. The sandwiches we had were quite good, fresh overall, as good as it can get not being direct from a garden or deli/butcher. We took half a dozen home and froze 4 of them and even when defrosted later, they had a great taste to them. At the end of the day, its bagels, but bagels done right. Worth a try for bagel lovers out there. Clean storefront, friendly and efficient service, prices are reasonable.

Today is the last time I’m going eating here. I use to get a bagel from here 1-3 times a week, but that’s done with now. I’ll take my business to Bagel World or NY bagel and Deli. I get treated with my more respect at both of those locations. I don’t get stuck on hold and hung up in middle of my order either. Not the first time I’ve had issues with them but it will be the last!

Was literally just recommending Brooklyn Water Bagels to my friends yesterday and I won’t be doing that anymore. Took nearly 30 minutes to prepare my walk-in order of a single breakfast sandwich. The store prioritizes online and delivery orders equally to walk-ins and clearly cannot handle the volume of digital orders on the weekends.Id like to have ordered online through their app, however their app doesnt properly list all the bagel varieties in stock so forget ordering ahead if you want a rye bagel, seasonal bagel, or special.Due to the poor order handling people are forced to queue in close quarters while waiting for their order (no social distancing). To add insult to injury the store is well staffed with at least 7 employees on the floor/in the kitchen, so while you wait for your food you get to watch employees standing around doing almost nothing. This is not a restaurant struggling for lack of employees, they’re struggling because of bad management.What an absolute joke, won’t be back any time soon.Update 9/23 - came back on a weekday, order still took about 25 minutes to prepare. Store is still inundated with online/delivery orders and it seems only one or two employees are preparing food. Better not be in a hurry if you go to Brooklyn Water Bagels.

The Williamsburg was amazing. The chorizo was good but the avocado salsa was a little over due. The restaurant is very fast paced so it would be good to look at the online menu before hand. The cubsta coffee....really good.

I just had to share a review of the customer service here at this Winter Park Location, it is absolutely amazing. Everyone is ALWAYS so helpful and nice and thats saying a lot because I go there most mornings 4/5 out of the weekdays. Ive been working in the area for almost a year now. The young lady with blonde curly hair and natural tan is the sweetest, she goes the extra mile to make every customer feel welcome and goes out of her way to provide convenience to her customers. My apple pay wasnt working this morning and she switched registers to help instead of having me run to my car to grab a physical card when I offered. Thanks for what you guys do, you guys are awesome!

What I really love is how they put cubes of frozen black coffee into their iced coffee instead of ice so it never gets watered down* I really appreciate little extra efforts like that for customers because its extra work for the employees. They also have fairly decent prices Ave their bagels are delicious!

For the love of Brooklyn! These bagels are amazing. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff. The manager greets the customers and makes sure everyone is enjoying their meal. They also offer vegan cream cheese.

The bagels are good but their order management system isn’t. Expect to be embarrassed by the staff if you ask for your order. They should get better at taking orders and stop talking non-sense to customers’ faces.

My wife and i are here once a week as this is our favorite breakfast spot but today when we went it was a complete mess. The food came out wrong then they fixed my food and brought out my wife’s in a bag not toasted or anything. If i said we’re eating here why would they give me my food on a tray and hers in a bag? Like it didn’t make sense. The lady was extremely rude and i was just over it. I got a bag to take my food home and i don’t think we will be back and it’s a shame cause the food is good. But if they can’t full fil a simple order then that’s it.

I was born and raised on Long Island for 32 years and when we moved to Florida I thought I’d never find a good bagel again. Brooklyn Water Bagel proved me wrong!! They’re so delicious and remind me of home. I will only buy bagels from here from now on.

LOVE this place. Made my Valentines dinner date very special. Perfect place for a romantic and intimate dinner. The heirloom tomatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts are delicious. The shrimp risotto was also super flavorful and had the right amount of spice to it. Excellent service too! One of my favorite spots that we will definitely be returning to.

The bagels were so fresh and amazing and despite being busy, our order came out promptly and the nice gentleman even reviewed our order to check for accuracy. They have a nice, spread out patio area that we were able to maintain social distancing while enjoying todays gorgeous weather. HUGE bagels! Nice hardness on the outside and soft in the middle! Great quality butter on my sons bagel and my everything bagel was top notch! Nice selections of coffee too. Five stars for the food but 4 stars for the noise level inside, which has nothing to do with the tastiness of the food! We will return soon!

I was on a random food hunt and wanted to try somewhere new! The atmosphere is very young and inviting. I ordered the Brooklyn breakfast bagel and hashbrowns which ended up being pretty good. The hashbrowns tasted like the frozen kind you put in the microwave.. But the quality of the bagel made up for it! It also took about 15 minutes to get my order when it wasnt that busy! Topped with the price being waaay more then an ACTUAL Brooklyn bagel.. I give them only 3 stars. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great as always, customer service and food. Today I tried the Tuna Melt w/tomato on Rye for the first time and it was soooo good! The bread was toasted but still very soft, which is the only way I like it! The hash browns actually tasted good without the need for ketchup, lol. I def recommend giving this sandwich a try.

This Brooklyn Bagel is the best possible! A unique bagel restaurant..one is in Winter Park..the other is in Lake Mary area..worth the ride..the coffee is robust..and free refills..if you eat there. A wonderful selection..which, by the way..are all made scratch! In the morning..you actually watch the baker..make these morsels!! Google for location..they do close at 3pm..do visit! Youll be glad you did Bon appetit!

They need to learn how to cook hashbrowns well done! I ask for burnt, hard as a rock hashbrowns and I get semi soggy hashbrowns. I shouldve checked my order before I left. The breakfast sandwich was good. Ill try them again.

The Williamsburg sandwich on a toasted everything bagel is by far my favorite ! I love coming here and actually getting a nice fresh bagel. After moving here from NY it is difficult to find one.My last visit was a lot longer of a wait time then I am used to, which is why I didn’t give the full 5 stars. I looked up at staff and there were quite a few idle hands. I don’t know if they were all just waiting in toasters or what but 20 minutes for two sandwiches is a lot.—-I will highlight that in this pandemic, the place has been super on top of keeping the employees, and guests safer with the mask wearing enforcement. A group of young adult/teenagers came in, maskless and arrogant and the manager handled telling them to mask up or leave so professionally but also sternly. It’s nice to see businesses protecting their patrons. That gentleman gets 5-stars.

I used to love coming here, but the woman working at the counter today was absolutely rude and disgusting! She discriminated against me because of my disability and ignored me. She actually ordered me to wait outside like a dog! I will never eat there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is better off spending their money on Daves killer bagels. At least that way they wont be eating all the pesticides. This place deserves to go out of business.

As a New Yorker, I know my bagels. I was searching for a decent bagel joint since I moved down to Florida. Brooklyn Water Bagels are hands down the best bagels in the Orlando area. They have a great selection, offer them with cream cheese, butter, or you can have an egg sandwich. Grab a cup of coffee and go sit outside on the patio and enjoy...

Very friendly staff and awesome food. Had both breakfast and lunch sandwiches a few times here along with their iced coffee. All good. Kudos for the ice cubes being coffee too :) Just wish we had one closer to us but worth the trip!

Staff ignored customers. Manager on the phone turned her back to customers to avoid communication. Four employees at the register at one time, had to move closer to register in order to get service.

This has become a regular stop on my way to work. I find the employees to be so sweet and welcoming. The bagels are really great! Especially when you get them fresh out the oven. I am a fan of the everything and whole wheat everything. The ingredients on both side is excellent. Just the right proportion for an everything bagel. Always a great way to start my morning.

It was my first time eating at Brooklyn Water Bagel and I have to say that the service was super friendly and helped me with all my questions and they even made sure my dog was well hydrated. How thoughtful! The food and ice coffee itself was delicious and well worth its price. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast or brunch with friends.

By far my favorite bagels in Central Florida. Id say the closest thing to a New York bagel Ive found in the area. The iced coffee is amazing. Everything youd want from a real Brooklyn bagel, made with real Brooklyn water. Get one plain, made into a sandwich or take home a variety to enjoy at home. The coffee is excellent too. Its made with coffee ice cubes if iced coffee is your jam.

The bagel sandwiches are to die for. I usually get sausage, egg and cheese on the asiago bagel. My daughter loves the everything bagel with bacon. They have the best iced coffee and it has coffee ice cubes in it! Best of all, we live 5 minutes away.

A lot of of the negative reviews I see are based on personal complaints about service related issue. For me, service at such a place... is irrelevant... since I come With my friend, order 13 bagels to go and make it and eat it at home. Every location has the same consistency and quality.

Favorite place to get a bagel. The Williamsburg (smoked salmon) is my favorite, and their iced coffee is great and comes with frozen coffee cubes so it doesnt get diluted. It is super expensive though

I’m a returning customer, because the food is absolutely amazing. BUT, the staff is rude and so unfriendly. It honestly ruins part of the experience. Two girls in specific, one with red hair, always so mean and seems like she’s hated her job. Would have rated 5 stars is staff was more welcoming and friendly.

Ive been going here for years and I get the Williamsburg on Everything every time. Its so good, vastly out paces every other bagel joint.

Had two bagel sandwiches and two toasted with cream cheese. I guess its their style, but none of the bagels were fully cooked. The egg and cream cheese were good, though.

Never let down with their food and drinks. Usually busy when I come in but worth every minute waiting for the delicious sandwiches and iced coffee!

Woah these bagels are good! Just moved to the area and weve been here twice now. The iced coffee is a cool idea (their ice cubes are made of coffee) and it was okay. Customer service was alright.

Best bagels in central Florida

Take it from me (I grew up in the Northeast), this is the best bagel you will ever find outside of New York. Theres different flavors, depending on your taste. You will LOVE the cream cheese. The breakfast sandwiches are also great and a comparable price to most fast food. The cafe are is nicely set up but a little small on crowded days. It sometimes gets a little busy with a line out the door. Dont wait! If you like bagels, you need to try Brooklyn Water Bagel--made with real Brooklyn water!

Great place, as someone coming from New York, going to a bagel place is somehow enchanting; first of all, I dont live close to this place, I had to drive an hour to get there, but walikng in, was like getting on a plain and traveling to NY, the aroma and the view was great, and the best part, the bagels were great too, im already planing my next trip to this place.
