Absolutely fantastic. From the great customer service, a great price, and great work. Just got a new vehicle and used google reviews to make my decision on where I would go, I went by the shop and talked to the owner Alfredo and explained to him how much money I wanted to spend not really knowing what it would get me, he said he could do it but that I would not get everything I wanted with my budget, We talked a bit and he gave me some ideas, he sent me a quote that night with exactly what he would install and I went online to see the prices and they were exactly what I could get them for so I know he is not inflating his prices which I respect. Not once did he make me feel like he was just a sales person and trying to upgrade me to make more money. I made the decision to defiantly get it done by him, Brought it there at 9am and was done around 6pm, I can see that he takes pride in his work and took his time. I was amazed how it sounds, I absolutely love driving my SUV with the new system. If you dont give him a chance with your business I kinda feel sorry for you.

Very satisfied with the new audio system Alfredo put in my car. Very clean install and he adjusted everything to be in perfect sync with each other. He walked me through all the parts and even took a hit on one of the items because he wanted to make sure that the install was done on time and didnt want to wait for an out of stock part to come in. So he upgraded the part to a more expensive and nicer part and didnt charge me extra. And hes a very nice guy. I will be going back to him for any of my other car audio needs.

Above and Beyond!!!Dont let the location and size of this shop discourage you on-line.I was given a quote on-line for a JVC w/4 speakers. For an XJ, I purchased last month.The previous owner had a CB using the front door speakers. And had unbolt the rear safety belt. The Install Pro team removed the CB, bolted down the safety belt and repaired the wiring on the passenger door.All this was done, at no additional cost.Above and Beyond!!!

Very professional and great work done. I got 2 door speakers replaced and installed. Other places wanted to charge additional because replacing stock speakers with aftermarket speakers requires an additional bracket. I began a search for someone i could trust to install a satellite radio system in my RV, which I am quite meticulous about. The Install Pro had excellent reviews subsequent to my quest and I decided to trust him to do the job. It was the best decision I could have made. He is very personable, capable, and didnt charge me extra for me hovering over asking a myriad of questions while he was working. The install involved mounting a permanent roof antenna on the RV, removing most of the cab ceiling, dash board, and stereo. There must have been 50 screws and other attachments that all found their way home in the end. As a gift for my son I decided to upgrade the stereo system in his Denali. I first emailed Alfredo and asked a few basic questions as I shopped around. Called twice about getting a dull install for my car. Was told that he would gwt back to me twice, but he never called back either time. Mist be nice to lose business and not care. I went to Best Buy instead, paid over $1000, but at least they were attentive, and addressed all my needs, so to me the money spent was worth it, plus got free labor, among several other things for one full year of services included in what I purchased.
