Earlene made my day. What started as a 35 mile jaunt into town with crazy traffic ended with the kindest greeting from this amazing lady. Her warmth and grace totally changed my day and my attitude. Thank you Earlene!!! BTW - the food and coffee are as good as youd get at any of our early morning restaurants in the area. The Winter Park store has an amazing team! Wish we had a Wawa in DeLand (but youd have to move Earlene there too)!!

I would have done a review through the wawa receipt, but I didnt get 1. I ordered a whole Turkey garlic quesadilla. I wanted egg whites and they did not have that. and when I got my order, it had no Turkey . I was basically eating and garlic sauce egg quesadilla. To have waited a good 10 to 15 minutes, I would at least expect my order to be right. They also almost forgot my steak and rice chalupa.

Veggie beagle was blend I ask for light mayo and it was a mess they add to much cram cheese and my boyfriend sandwich look so bad the he didnt want it to eat it

One bad apple spoils the bunch. This afternoon, Joshua was so rude. He provided incorrect information and when a problem arose he resumed no responsibility. He should’ve fixed the issue but made it worse and didn’t care that we were paying his bills.I’ve never had an issue since I’ve been going there for longer than 6 years.

Just want to know why you bother having signs in your windows saying that masks are required to enter the store yet on my visit tonight there were at least six people shopping in your store with no masks on and not one employee said a thing to them.One woman had hers wrapped around her neck. Lot of good that did. One guy was standing by the deli waiting for his food coughing and no mask.

Wawa is always great, never had a problem at this location. Well placed air station, good parking. Can get sketchy at night with people hanging around but I dont feel terribly unsafe.

Yolanda is the slowest, most lackadaisical employee I have ever witnessed. Zero sense of urgency. 25 minutes is a long time to wait for food at 11pm. I will never return.

Wawa is as good as it gets. Best gas station in the area. The amount of people who are consistently there on a daily basis shows how good it is. So glad theyve popped up throughout central Florida, definitely replaced 7/11. Their food is also great as well, highly recommended. Also, their gas prices are usually the lowest which just tops it off.

I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with butter. It took them 15 minutes to give me a plain bagel with butter. If they were out of cinnamon raisin i would have gladly swapped to cream cheese. Normally 4 stars, but with such a simple order im disappointed

For this specific visit. Usually its a 5 star location. But this time the coke machines are down, and they refused to open another register even with a line more than a dozen people deep

Super friendly staff. Clean. When I moved to FL I thought it was weird how many people told me to get meals at a gas station. They didnt lie! The food is affordable and delicious. The Iced Cafe con Leche may have been my addiction.

I love these people. I call in and order Sizzlis, specifically bacon egg and cheese croissants, and theyre always so friendly about it! Honestly my favorite Wawa.

Alexander, the food/beverage manager was real rude because I asked for a refund for a food item which tasted rancid. I was polite and said please and thank you but he gave an attitude and made a minor transaction an unpleasant experience. I wont return to this location though I have frequented it many times in the past. Thanks Alexander for the unpleasant experience!

This local wawa is almost always packed, which goes to show how great their brand really is. The made-to-order food is quick, yummy and decently priced, and they have a great coffee selection to go along with that. Totally recommend stopping at wawa for your next breakfast or lunch!

Went to the store to buy some beer at 11:03 the beer door was unlocked grabbed a 12 pack then waited in a long line to get to the cashier who saw me holding the beer when I got in the line. She was extremely rude and told me that they don’t sell beer pass 11. I’ve been to many Wawa‘s and this is not a rule to all of them. They should really post it somewhere and not have such extremely rude staff that find this amusing to them to make people wait in line for nothing management should really check on who they are hiring for 3rd shift.

The lines were long, but it was a fast and friendly check-out. The food was great also. This was my first time ever visiting a Wawa store and hopefully more will be built throughout the U.S.

Usually Wawa is the best I love this place and I always come back but this location as a previous reviewer has stated seems to have workers that hate their jobs. I wanted to buy a gift card so that I could get credit for rewards after purchasing a bunch of alcohol and party snacks and ice but after I purchased it I was informed that I couldnt spend it on alcohol. So then I was stuck with a gift card that I couldnt use on half of my purchase. That wouldnt be a problem ordinarily but because I dont live in Florida anymore and I live in a state where there is no Wawa I basically have to wait until the next time I come back to spend the money which kind of makes me mad.

There are only two pump (four dispensers) that offer diesel fuel here. As a courtesy to customers who need diesel fuel, please use the other pumps when theyre available for unleaded gas, and dont park at the diesel pumps to go in for a sandwich. There is plenty of parking all around the store that you dont need to occupy a pump.

Ive been to many Wawas and most are great and making a fast, fresh sandwich with a friendly demeanor. This does not describe this location. All the food makers look like they hate their jobs and hate that they have to do their jobs. I ordered a roast beef sandwich on a bagel. There was only 3 people ordering food, but it still took staff 11 minutes to make sandwich. When my order was called I Found that instead of wrapping bagel like a sandwich, my food was thrown in a pastry bag and the sandwich was a mess. Brought this to sandwich makers attention and was ignored for a while, then was placed last in line for my sandwich. Please hire people who can do their job correctly and without scowling at paying customers.

Went in and bought a BBQ briskey sandwich today. Paid full price. Opened it up, and there was nothing. It was literally just a bun with cheese and BBQ sauce. No explanation, no refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Love the ethanol free gas. Only thing that could be better is to raise the octane level for cars needing it.

Wawa has the best coffee but theres only ever one cashier and its always the tobacco counter so checking out takes too long. Usually if I am in a hurry I will avoid Wawa and get coffee elsewhere even though this coffee is so much better than Dunkin/Racetrac/7-11 etc. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are friendly so I went with four stars.

The food is awesome very good and the amount is great for the price forget Subway Wawa is the way

Amazing! I walked in and grabbed a coffee. The Cuban roast was out so I grabbed another brew. I told the manager who was helping out and he offered me the free coffee for the inconvenience.

No alcohol after 11 PM that’s ridiculous I live in Winter Park for over 10 years and this is the only location that does that.

Worst sub ever!!! i have never had a complaint about Wawa until today. My bread was burned, i ordered tomatoes, did not get any, ordered mayo did not get any. Probably because the sandwich makers were too busy playing around and not paying attention. I will not order another sub from this location.

Waited in line for 10mins, only to return to the food counter to see Camillia just start making my order.I have been to plenty of Wawas and from my experience, thts not how its supposed to work. The advertised pricing of pastries is very misleading. My friend always purchases 6 pastries (none of which are ever donuts) and pays $3.99+tax and this morning I purchased the exact same pastries as she always buys and I was charged each individual price for them and it came to almost $10.00. I was told that only donuts were the 6/$3.99 price. Pricing should be more clearly stated and rules should be adhered to with each customer.

Wawas is a decent place I love the gas prices theyre usually one of the more cheaper gas prices in the area and they have a lot of decent food inside and a lot of good stuff too

Worst experience at any Wawa. Pump didnt work right and Arleen the manager accused me of doing something wrong, cashier doesnt understand me because she speaks proper English and food was still not done. Never going to this Wawa again.
