My experience at my metro store was absolutely phenomenal. At 7563 University Blvd. Winter Park Florida. Jenna JINNA was absolutely wonderful she spent over 2 1/2 hours with me getting my phone ready and was never ever short or irritated. Horrible service. Sold me a refurbished phone as a new one. The first time it updated, it would not recognize the network. The manager is in complete denial. I have been with Metro for almost 10 years and never have I been treated this bad. They refuse to even listen to my problem because my phone has been damaged since I started trying to get this fixed, even though they recognized that the phone was not working prior to the damage. I have gone through great distress because of this! Im going to try and call corporate but I feel I will be canceling my service and going with Spectrum.

This store is an amazing store with two amazing ladies!!! I had a painless, easy experience while upgrading my phone for the first time ever. Tony was patient and helpful with every question I had and was able to complete the process for me in less than an hour. He was friendly, efficient, and had an overall nice energy around him.

Jena, the supervisor is more concerned with making a sale than taking care of customers needs. My husband wanted to switch from Cricket to Metro PCs because of an iPhone special.Jena, lied and said the special was not available anymore. He had just seen it online. Then she added a speaker to the bill he did not request. Then she lied again and told him it was cheaper to get a speaker than to pay taxes. What? Then he wanted to cancel the whole transaction and she lied again and said she could not get his phone number back. Then she played the victim card and asked if he was regretting the decision because of her.My husband lost 4 hours of work, 2 meetings, his phone number, was sold a different product and the loss of business cards and cost of webmaster to change to a different number.He went to another Metro PCS and they said the iPhone was available after they sold him an Adroid. They also said his phone number could not be recuperated. My husband is a very polite and mild mannered person.Jena manipulated her position and wasted time to try to get a sale. She should be fired for her unprofessional work ethic. The owners need to be aware of her tactics like every person who comes in for product.I went in and spoke with Tony, a new employee. He has heard the entire transaction but couldnt say anything because it was the stores supervisor. He who called the store owner, but was not able to reach him at that time. He said the phone number could be recovered and the iPhone was available. We came back when it was Tonys next shift and he took care of it.Jena blatantly abused her position for selfish gains.

I had a horrible experience at this location with Jinna. I wanted to change my plan and that seemed to upset her. While I was giving her my information, she started talking me over me. I work in customer service and I have never been treated so rudely. She was sarcastic and antagonistic. Funny, when she sold me the phone, she was super sweet. I guess you have to spend a certain amount to see that side of her. I asked her why she was so confrontational and she pushed the customer service number (wait time -forever) in my face and told me to call them if I didnt like how she spoke to me. She didnt have time to help me and couldnt. After my voice went up and my neck started to bend, I decided to take the high road and left. I called the number and got through the phone tree with the word cancel to a rep. He was wonderful and gave me a sweet deal, the same one Jinna said was impossible. I have always had a pleasant experience at other locations. Jinna was very unprofessional. Stay away.

I just came back from this location and everyone was so helpful and nice but Gina is the one who was the one who helped me specifically. I was really low on time and she completely understood and fixed my issue immediately. I actually left telling everyone that I loved them.... Im not kidding. Thank you again! 😀

Honestly, the best customer service Ive had from metro was at this location(goldenrod/University). I have been with T-Mobile and enjoyed their services so I figured metro would provide the same. Well, at first I had gone to the Lake Mary location to switch over. Then, I had to keep going in and calling to try to set up the Amazon prime they were advertising. I asked to trade the phone that I originally picked for something else, the fine print said I could within xyz, the gentleman told me I had to wait for the Amazon to come through? Just an all over run around they gave me. I moved to goldenrod area and went into this store one afternoon, angry and over it, I started with an attitude towards Jinnalith, who had done nothing to deserve it. And she still calmed me down and immediately fixed the situation. The previous store had never clicked the box 🤨 She also explained things that had not been told to me prior and set up everything for me in no time. I have never been so happy leaving a phone store, thank you Jinnalith! I seriously dont want to deal with anyone else now besides her.

My mom & I went to several locations before coming to this one. Amir our sales rep was attentive and extremely helpful from start to finish. My mom & I both left (with new phones) happy and satisfied with our experience. This will now be the location I will go to from now on. This location does offer good customer service, only to mask the fact they are not honest in their final pricing once it’s time to check out. By then, the phone(s) is/are activated. Luckily, dealing with Metro PCS customer service over the phone (611) cancelled out what this location charges you (misrepresent) in pricing. No issue in friendly service, but dishonest in pricing.

I want to give this Metro PCS store a 5 star rating. Specially I want to thank the customer representative with the name of Jinnalith. She helped me out extremely well, made me feel welcome as she always does everytime I have gone to that store. Today, she helped me to get a new phone and her service was more than explicit. I would recommend anyone I know to her, because she really knows how to take care of a customer and get them the best help, as well as the best deals and prices, without having a problem in doing so. If I was a store owner, I would 100% offer a Manager or Assistant Manager position and Im sure I wouldnt regret. Thank you again Jinnalith for your service, charisma and positiveness you give towards your job and towards your customers. I was more than well satisfied with my service today.

When I first bought my phone 2 days ago from Jina I bought a screen protector as well. She applied it for me along with the case. By the time I got home and was able to use my phone I noticed the screen protector was not working, I have to press extremely hard on the screen in order to press buttons or pull down the tab where the time and notifications are at. Due to pressing the screen the protector already cracked. I would have went back the same night but they were closed by that time. The next day by the time I got off work they were closed as well. I called today same lady answered the phone and told me she knows what she is doing, that she checked it after she put it on which she did not do and that I can go buy a new one. Basically I was just ripped off and instead of replacing the screen protector for me she told me to buy a new one. I should not have to buy a new protector which is not cheap when it is not my fault she either put on the protector wrong or its not allowing me to use my phone properly. It seems they just care about their commission. If I would have known that a screen protector would be such a problem I would have just ordered one on eBay for much cheaper. Do not listen when they try to upsell you there cases and protectors they are expensive but cheaply made and carelessly applied. I will not be wasting another $12 for a screen protector that doesnt allow me to press buttons or use my phone properly. The professional thing to do is refund me or replace it and place it on the phone right not give attitude over the phone stating you know what your doing.

This place was my worst experience ever, . I got a phone and went to return it the next day, since i got in the store the girl told me i cant be return even if the receipt days that 7 days and 1000 minutes. She told me that i was a fraud, and she was going to call the police on me for trying to return a phone, No one deserves to be treated that way, I complained with corporate and management I dont know if they will do something. The phone i got is really slow and i was gonna use it for my son to watch you tube. and she says that is because is the 30 dollar plan, so they are advertising everything included but dont tell you you gonna get the slowest internet how the hell im i supposed to know that...
