Shawn was very honest and professional when evaluating my laptop I brought in. I thought I was going to need to pay $200, but after discussing my options for my broken laptop we decided that it would be better to pull hard drive out instead of repairing the screen costing me only $15 from amazon. I am very appreciative that he counseled me to a decision which both saves me money, and accomplished my goals. I think anyone lacking extensive knowledge of hardware should feel secure going to this business knowing that they will evaluate your needs with integrity.

You have got to be kidding me about this place... i called geek squad about replacing a keyboard for me and they quoted me anywhere from $75 to $100 at most.. i thought it was high price for just taking out some screws and taking out a wire... (its that simple because i did it!) and i called what seem to be a local business supporting the community type of business.... no they wanted to charge $150 for replacing the keyboard... are you out of your mind!!!! its called not taking advantage of your customers!!! seriously!! there is a lot of competition out there and you will not survive working like this.. i will never buy or use your service and i will make sure that everyone i know, does not go to your establishment. and you should really tell the person picking up the phone to be nicer to people. not bashing them out instantly.

Small shop. Parking in the back. I needed a45 w hp charger cord for my laptop as id traveled out of town without it. Called and searched online for several places. Online cheaper but 3days delivery too far out. This place had 1 60 w with 10 universal attachments left. He was using it charging another pc. Said it wascharging fine. $49.00 plus tax. Works on my pc a little different. Friends in the industry said i got a terrific deal

We depend on CodeBlackIT daily for our computer network locally and of 5 remote locations. I can say with certainty, they can repair anything and do it quickly. Our monthly fee is close to only half of what others charge (we got quotes) and includes unlimited on-site support (others dont). Fast and quality computer repair. Had them replace a broken touch screen on my Lenovo after another shop butchered it up. Took only 2 days from drop off to pickup. He even offered to let me buy my own part to save money and he would install for labor only. Its obvious these guys have been around for so long because they care and go above and beyond. We had a laptop that took 15 minutes to boot up. After a year of putting up with it, took it to Shaun. I cant give his diagnosis cost because others will try to undercut it without similar ability. He had it fixed by the time I got back to the office. Took him other laptops. He told me he could fix one of them, but it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Had him come to the office. The pretty blonde woman at the desk is always friendly yet I cant tell by her expression if she is pleased it displeased when we come in for business. Parking is a bit of a chore and it is found on Michigan.

Staff was extremely rude and had nothing on hand to fix my MacBook hard drive on site without waiting several days and ordering parts. Might as well go to the Apple Store. They also dont rent even though their website says they do. When I told them it said it on their website she said well youre here now and we dont. No apology or professional business etiquette. Went down to another laptop store off colonial that helped me on the spot and was way more intelligent and friendly too. Dont go here they dont care about their customers and dont stock anything.

I thought my laptops hinge was broken. I took it to Geek Squad and the guy there said if they sent it out, it would probably cost about $300. I didnt like that much, so he pointed me to Laptops Plus. I went in and showed and explained what I thought was happening to my laptop. He took it in the back and less than a minute later, came out with a fixed laptop! It was a simple screw loose! Laptops Plus used to be a high end computer repair center. It has been several years since I have been there and it looks very junky now.My laptop had several problems and I left it in the morning on a Friday for an assessment. I was told I would have a report later in the day. I got busy and didnt check back. The hours posted show a 6pm closing - I called at 4:30pm and they were closed. I called Monday morning and the secretary told me that the repairman said that a new disk was required. I didnt think that sounded right so I went in and picked it up.Took it home and all the diagnostics showed zero problems, including the disk. The problems were more serious and not caused by the disk and the repairman obviously could not find the problems.Charged me $50 for a false assessment. Dont go there, they are not what they used to be.

The hard drive for my Lenovo T420 had been slowly dying. I finally brought it in for a warranty repair and Laptops Plus turned it around in less than 24 hours. Cant ask for more than that.
