Was happy to find a place that could repair my calculator and card reader. I sent an email to confirm his receipt one month after delivery. Donald was surly about my inquiry. I sent another email 4 months later to learn what was going on - had not heard anything. I was told to be patient. I contacted him again after 1 year and all I got was crickets. And now Ive lost my calculating devices for good it would seem. Perhaps he has died... I do not recommend this service.

While my calculators were not repairable, Don was very attentive and returned my calculators without charge. Great person.
