Hands down best decision I ever made choosing fitlife foods. Their meals are good, enjoyable after reheating, they have delivered on time every Sunday for the last 7 weeks. The only time I had a issue I was short two meals, they credited me back equal or more then what I paid for the missing meals without any hesitation. I’ve tried a few different delivery meal prep Services had good communication and delivery times but the food was just not on the same level. Everything is really good here. And it’s the easiest meal prep ever!! I never feel guilty when eating sweets from here especially the brownies. ❤️❤️ If you haven’t tried it I highly suggest you try a meal they also have a Nutriton coach that helps you stay on track, having that accountability is a motivation as she looks at your food log goes over your macros and weight .

Food is ok. You would think with the ingredients it would have better taste. I would say if your biggest nemesis is portion size. This place can help. But it’s not the best tasting fare.

Just had the most amazing Turkey Taco Salad at the suggestion of store associate. After an almost 12 hour work day it was so filling to have this meal. Usually after a long day as such, I would have gone through a Wendy’s drive thru. This felt so much better for my body. Not to mention the price is very reasonable. I will be purchasing more meals for sure.

I originally came in thinking this would be a place I’d use for weekends I am really busy and do not have time to meal prep. Well now I’m hooked and have been using it every week! All the meals are delicious and I love having variety in what I eat for lunch every day instead of eating the same thing. It’s also really nice that they have multiple sizes of most things so you can really get whatever is best for you.

What a great concept!Take and go meals, sorted by size, calorie count and type.They have everything, ranging from snacks to full meals, every option gluten free, vegetarian, you name it.The staff is helpful and you can order ahead.I didnt see a discount option for packages, but the prices were not out of the ballpark.They are a great option for those who want to eat fresh and are on the go.

Food is very flavorful. After trying Trifecta organic meal delivery where the food had no additives it also had no flavor for the most part. I can’t say the same for Fitlife .. the food is not all organic and based on the labels has some additives..such as triethyl citrate in the eggs whites...But.....What I really like are the choices and the ability to base meals on the needed macros. If you have a busy schedule and meal prep is not for you or just looking for a great meal this is it.

Staff was friendly. But the food is in plastic containers in a fridge. They told me Its fresh. I purchased the firecracker shrimp for 11.95 plus tax. To hear it they said put it in the health box (microwave). The portion was small relative to price. Its 70% white rice, a little sliced carrots, green onion and 10 small shrimp. This place is not one that is health conscious and in all honesty, I wont be going back.

Loving Project U...Loving the food. You can have as much or as little accountability as you want and they will even put a meal plan/calorie plan/low carb/gluten free etc together for you FOR FREE!! I am not a picky eater...I just love that it takes the guesswork out of nutritious food...and Im not picking up fast food!!! Thanks guys!! Youre a blessing!

Most convenient health store yet! All of the food is amazing! Making being healthy that much worth it.

Reasonably priced meals that actually taste good and accommodate to many different diets.

I’ve tried several meals from and they aren’t very good. Lack of seasoning, weird texture, not flavorful. Not worth it in my opinion.

The staff was VERY helpful, explained everything in detail about purchasing meals, coaching available, and ways to recycle containers to save $$. We purchased 4 meals, and ALL were excellent! We will be back for more!

Best place for athletes and trainers. As a professional fighter I come here for all my needs and I couldnt be anymore healthier when preparing for my fights.

What a blessing for people on the go.

I was excited about trying this, I friend of mine suggested it as I am looking to lose weight, I placed my first order of 12 meals and was delivered on 8/19 so far everything I had was ok as far as taste, my problem is all the meals had an expiration date of 8/22 - unfortunately I can’t eat 12 meals before or by 8/22, as of today I’ve had only 3 meals so I guess the rest will be thrown out, I will probably be canceling because of very short expiration dates, really a downfall and not good first experience
