Very Very personable. Not hurried at all.Testing is easy. Hearing aids are so small.I feel like I was given a pair of wings to fly.

Their customer service is superb.Not only did I have a hearing test, but I learned things about the debilitating issues hearing loss can cause physically and emotionally.It was truly a learning experience.My devices are top quality and learning how to use them properly was a plus for me.I actually cried when I heard birds singing again.Thank you Liz for your attentiveness and compassionate heart.

What an amazing office and staff. They are kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Liz provide exceptional information to a person that walked into the office for information only. I will definately be using this office in the future for my hearing needs.

Wonderful staff and hearing aids that work well

The staff is incredibly friendly and they are very knowledgable. Recommended here by the AARP so thats how we found it. They let you take a set of hearing aids on a test run for a week, which is very cool. The problem is that after going to four different places in a week, we found Hear USA is the MOST expensive place to get hearing aids that you can go to. Educate yourself on hearing aids, the markup is crazy. We found a deal on great hearing aids at Cosco for less than half the price and dad loves them.
