Ive been coming to this store for years for alternator diagnostics because they do the full diagnostics. This time Jay refused to go beyond a basic (and inaccurate) voltage check. I asked him to do the full diagnostics and he told me that they do have it here but he doesnt like the results and refused to do it.

The young man was knowledgeable and courteous.

Unprofessional staff no one said hi and I was looking for the items on the 2 for 19 and 4 for 29 but none of the items were mark on the shelf to let the client know which one they can select, the store only had an end cap with some of the items. Staff were chatting and didnt even noticed I was lost looking for items.

If you need something then come buy it and leave right away because the manager there is not happy and always pressured the customers. Dont know what to say other than hope they will change the way they care about customers

One guy working the counter on a Saturday, one guy............one guy, ridiculous I just walked out after waiting there were ppl ahead of me waiting that needed help too, sorry I am not waiting 20 minutes because you have one guy, one guy helping people out!!!!! Check your cameras if corporate even reads these reviews i was there around 7:20pm, black pants grey shirt, one guy, ONE GUY

Always helpful and polite my favorite auto parts store even give me coupons to use

I am disabled and in a wheelchair, and they would not install my car battery. Whereas other stores would. I would no longer recommend this store.

Very helpful young men and women. Store was nice and clean. Barriers set up between cashier and guest. Masks are required.

Usually I have a great experience, not sure why today was such a hassle. Keyshawn didn’t seem as if he wanted to be at work and didn’t assist me as he could’ve. I went to another location and they helped me without any issues. Hopes he haves a better week.

Sales reps were knowledgeable and helpful. One item that I needed was not available at the moment but was promised for the following morning. It was there when I went to get it.The store was clean and well organized. The restroom was clean and stocked with the necessary toilet paper, hand soap, and hand towels.There are many Auto Parts stores around. My experience here was very satisfying.

I bought a top-of-the-line battery about a year-and-a-half ago. It died on me. I brought it back to Advance Auto Parts they gave me a new battery free of charge I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. Greatly appreciated!

Good service and staff

There was a bit a of wait until I got attended to, but the service is so friendly and throrough! Jay was conversational while testing and replacing the battery yet efficient too. Before we were done, he says, You should add a washer as soon as you can here to secure the battery better in place... I say, Do you have the washer here, can I buy it and get it done now? He then proceeds to help me find a washer that fits, tries on two washers to find a fit, and absolutely completes the job! I couldnt have asked for better support.

I placed my order online & asked it to be held at my closest store. Instead it was sent another 5 miles away. When I request the problem be fixed all I was told was that it would be impossible.When I arrived at the store the cashier had no idea how to handle an online sale. He became irate when I told him he just needed to scan the barcode on my slip. He also defused that, as a female, I was too dumb to know what I should be ordering & insisted I change my order. He was unhappy when I refused his advice.The store was dirty. The staff were shockingly rude & inept. I will never do business with this company again. I cannot recommend them.

Almost always has the part I need and if not they have a distribution hub just a few miles away. You can pick it up there or they will deliver it to your store the same day

This place sucks.

Avoid the 380 E SR 434 at ALL COSTS.The staff is VERY VERY Rude.I bought a Jump Box three days ago, tried to exchange it for a bigger jump box, because it wasnt strong enough for my cars at my Auto Dealership.They wouldnt work WITH me at ALL.Manager said box was open he couldnt return its Non Returnable. However, when I look at the Return Policy list its not on the non-returnable list.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Goto OReilys up the street. They are SUPER FRIENDLY, and CARE about there customers.
