That’s two of my phones now that they’ve poorly fixed. Receive both phones back with the screens popping out, can’t use the camera because of dust INSIDE of the screen they installed. All the money you spend to get your phone fixed and it’s just as bad when you get it back! Water resistant phones can’t even get a DROP on them because they didn’t seal it correctly. Won’t fix their wrongdoings and will fight with you. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience at uBreakiFix today. I called their Winter Springs store to see if they had iPhone 7 batteries in stock (to replacing my aging one) and spoke with Christian, who was polite and professional. He gave me the cost, checked their inventory to make sure they had what I wanted in stock, and told me their store hours. When I arrived at the store a couple hours later, I was greeted by and attended to by Freddy who was genuinely personable and exceptionally accommodating. He walked me through how to backup to the iCloud…and when then that process became slower than I had time for, Freddy went ahead and put the new battery in, showed me how to complete the process myself at home and then I was on my way. They fixed my phone quick. But my tablet took forever to get repaired. I left it there a week again and they still haven’t repaired it yet. They claim they give “priority “to cell phones and that they are short staffed. I pay monthly for their service and I don’t get priority?

I was greeted by a very professional and informative employee. I was given options and costs. The one thing that I struggled with was the amount of time I was told it would take to do the repairs. I was first told a couple of hours then advised I should come 15 mins before closing. I was told I should have received an email regarding info on whether or not it was repaired when I arrived. No one told me that. Then I was told how busy they are and my phone would be ready noon the following day. I advised I needed it by 10:00 am and was told given the impression it could be done. I arrived late at 11:30am and was told it wasn’t ready. I couldn’t wait and had to return after my appointment. So it was an inconvenience and wished they had just set my expectations from the beginning. I understand things can come up but I was just running around like a crazy person. It was frustrating. So I would set better expectations. The repair was great.

Freddy and his cohort were funny, friendly, professional, fast and kind. Apparently I phones do not like hand sanitizer. Be warned. Do not hesitate to visit Freddy at you break I fix!

Great service. I called to see if they could fix my charging port and someone answered the phone right away to discuss my options. I came in and was seen right away. It turned out to be a dirty port. They cleaned it in less than five minutes and didnt charge me. They could have easily tried to charge me to replace the port and I wouldnt have been the wiser. Very honest folks. Highly recommend.

TL;DR - Freddy diagnosed and fixed my issue within 10 minutes, without hassle! (for my issue which was a dirty charge port) This location is honest and treats its customers fairly. Give them your business and you wont regret it.Spectacular customer service! Especially in a time when it seems no one knows what it means to be just plain respectful.I spoke to Freddy on the phone before deciding to come in. I explained that my phone had a charging port issue and he gave me possible solutions over the phone but encouraged me to come in to see what they could do for me.There were customers ahead of me when I arrived but within five minutes of walking in the door Freddy greeted me and began diagnosing possible issues and solutions for me. He was up front about worst-case/best-case scenarios. But more to the point, before exploring any costly issues he offered to clean the charging port and see where that led. Turns out that my issue of charging and loose connection was due to a few years accumulation of dust and dirt! He cleaned it out and hooked up a charge cord in front of me just to make sure it was up to snuff. I went in there expecting to pay a pretty penny to fix this not-so-old but not new phone, but he was pragmatic enough to explore more reasonable options first. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience here and I will, without a doubt, be recommending this location to friends, family, and strangers who ask! Im sure the other staff may be just as helpful so give them a chance, but dont be afraid to ask for Freddy!

They were able to make an emergancy fix in record time which I am so greatful for. But they put my name down three different times as something completely unrelated to my name. I was getting calls from a ubreakifix in Canada all day (I am in FL) confirming that I was brining in a phone that I dont even own. When I showed up for my iPad and they told me they didnt have it. It was under a totally different name than the others they had assigned me throughout the day. Finally got the iPad back but will find somewhere else to get items fixed in the future :(

I visited UBreakIFix with the goal of getting my wifes iPhone 8 repaired, I also asked for an evaluation of two iPhones 5S class devices. The screen was replaced the same evening, the iPhone 5s were recommended not to repair. Which was a good assessment and I took as a very honest reply as instead of charging 100.00 per phone the store said it might not be worth it. Nice!

I wasnt sure when I would be off work today so I walked in. They were amazingly able to hook my phone up and get scanning asap to find out whats going on with it. Its unfortunately not an easy fix but they also tell you exactly what they find without all the little add- ins.

Decent service. Would be better if you could schedule service. It is not convenient to have to stop by at a time they can fit you in unless you want to leave your device for a day or more. I stopped by 3 different times before they could fit me in without leaving my device overnight for a quick repair. Great job on the repair. Just not convenient.

I went to UBreakiFix to get my Nintendo Switch internal fan replaced. Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They did everything they could to give me the best price and options for my repair. The repair took place all on the same day so all I had to do was return with my Switch when they got the part in. Doing this was much better than sending if off to Nintendo because I could still enjoy my system while waiting. Because the Nintendo Switch is built with cheap screws they got stripped in the process of the repair. UbreakiFix ordered some replacement screws at no extra cost and replaced them for me. Along with my Nintendo Switch repair I signed up for a program that made the repair much cheaper. This gave me some benefits such as free PC tuneups. I brought my Gaming PC in and they dusted out the computer along with cleaning it up to ensure it ran at its best! I was very impressed with their work as my computer feels a lot cleaner! My experience was great! i had a cracked iphone 11 pro screen and the back light was messed up. i submitted an insurance claim thru asurion and they pulled my claim up immediately and was in and out in 10 mins, even when the line was long. matthew originally helped me and took my phone to fix and ramone assisted me when i came to pick it up. it was done in an hour and i couldn’t be more than happy! thank you matthew and ramone!! :)

I have a google pixel 4a with a bad microphone. I took it to UBIF under warranty to have it repaired.UBIF had me waiting for 10 days while they tried to order a replacement microphone. Nobody stocked it and they had problems getting it. I called a week into it and was told it works be a couple more days. I went back into the store and got handed off to to someone named Caitlyn. Thats when the experience turned around.Caitlyn was communicative, honest and understood the problem: I needed the whole motherboard replaced. She had it in 2 days, the install took exactly the time they quoted me and the phone works.I chose 4 stars because of the delay and confusion, but Caitlyn brought it back from going lower. Your experience will vary depending on who you speak with. But once sorted, its pretty quick and Google warrantied the repair.Also I paid nothing except extra time and a bit of aggravation dealing with their confusion.Id use them again for a warranty claim. If I was buying the repair, Id be less happy.Again, thanks to Caitlyn for turning it around.

I was sent to them for my warranty by Samsung. At first they where very nice but told me they had to order the screen, that itll be in by 3pm on 10/28 and that I should get my phone back the same day. I called them on that day and was told that it was too late to get it the same day but if I bring it the next day at least 3 hours before close I could get it the same day. I went 6 hours before close and was told that that it would be better to bring it the next day (today) earlier and that way he can guarantee that Ill get it the same day. Today I was there 5 minutes before they opened and was told that the earliest I could get my phone back is in two days. I told him theyve been telling me that for the last 3 days and he just shrugged and said I dont know who told you that.

I just went on Aug. 29 2020 for my phone cuz the charger cable dont go tru the slot. Angel fix it in one minute. Guy on front very polite and professional. High recommend.Good job

This survey or feedback is for UbreakIfix store in Winter Springs, Florida. The employee was nice, but he told me that there was nothing he could do to help me. I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Ultra on July 2020 and have been having problems with connecting the phone to service provider and Wi-Fi network. I had 2 (two) exchange warranty, so this is the third phone I have in 6 months because of the same problem. It is definitely the phone because there are many negative reviews with the same problem with this particular phone model. Even T-mobile employee had the same problem but was able to get the phone fixed at UbreakIfix in Tampa, Florida. So, I was very disappointed when the stores employee said that the diagnostic results shows weak service, and he couldn’t help me although Samsungs employee that I called referred me to UbreakIfix store. I got home and couldnt open any online site because the diagnostic app was still running on my phone. I had to call the store again, and he told me to restart my phone. That was not a very good experience at all. The next day, I went to another UbreakIfix store in Altamonte Springs, and the employees were much more helpful than the one in Winter Springs. The ones in Altamonte were willing to try another approach to help me. They changed the 5G antenna and the NFC.

Wow! I walked in desperate because my iPhone would no longer charge. I had a tiny piece of ??? Lodged inside the charger slot. They fixed it ON THE SPOT! And didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. That’s it! They’ve got all my business from here on out. What great guys. What great service!
