Great experience at this store for my first time with my son we usually do business with the oviedo store by the mall for 8plus yrs but we moved to Tuskawilla so my son said dad lets go to the winter springs store its up the block well it was great no hassle waiting watching different employees walking back and forth pass you and waiting for someone to help you!! Evan was great welcomed us as we walked in asked us what he can help us with told him we was up for updates on new phones showed us different options walked out with 2 new Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra 5G very happy easy transition no hassle even helped me login and find lost passwords great service highly recommend seeing Evan great person thanks again AT&T at winter springs store

At&t you got it right with this guy ! John the store manager is amazing !! I came in and was having the worst day ever ! He helped me with my phone even got part of my past due balance taken care of so I could get my new phone ! When I was leaving he walked me out and said smile have a great day. To top it off I was in the parking lot with a flat tire and felt hopeless no money. He said “I got you” I was hesitant but my son seemed to like him and John took the tire off the car and drove us to a tire shop got me a new tire and even got me and my son ice cream came back and put the tire on the car . When I asked how I can ever repay him he told me . “I got you just pay it forward seeing you and your son safe is my happiness” John if you read this you are a gift from god and At&t is lucky to have you

This is my first ever one star review. This location recently changed from a corporate AT&T store to an authorized retailer called USA Wireless. While my wife and I were buying new phones the manager walked out. As in quit. We were helped by a teenager. The phone my wife chose wasnt available in the store in red. Only black. The guy ordered one to be delivered. The next day another guy arrives at the door with a phone. He disabled my wifes phone then notices the new one was black. The order was wrong! With no manager the kid at the store couldnt waive the restocking fee. Took a half hour to get the old phone back on line! Went to two corporate stores where we found out the original store was an AR so corporate stores couldnt accept the new wrong phone return. Tried calling USA Wireless and had a bad connection. Called again and it went right to a full mailbox! Three days and some hollering to get it straightened out! AT&T corporate employees had to tell the original store employee what to do over the phone and Im still fighting extra charges from the AR! Stay away!

Horrible experience. Just left the store “Chris” as soon as we walked in he seemed agitated that we interrupted his screen time. Approached us with both his AirPods in. I told him we have trouble with activating phones and watches since we switched over. I just needed my watch activated he stated he couldn’t do that..without even looking into my account. He stated “he was just chillin and I don’t have to help y’all”. Ask for a corporate number he instead gave us the phone number to this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can see why the guys who sold us to AT&T told my husband and I to go to the Oviedo store.

This was the worst cell phone experience I’ve ever had. Please do not visit this store. Jared helped me and completely jacked up my bill. I’ve been on the phone with atnt support with hours trying to make this bill accurate.

Were moving soon and Ill gladly drive all this way to see them again. Omg. Theyre amazing and so professional. 100 out of 10!

Excellent customer service provided. Anything I needed for this phone was in the store let alone they sold computers and laptops. I was able to purchase a case for the Galaxy Note 20 at this store along with screen covers. The people there were helpful and the store is 2 minute from my house

I got a new iPhone yesterday and for some reason apps on it worked on the Wi-Fi but I could not make calls or send iMessages and FaceTime. I called Apple customer support and it took me 10 minutes to get someone on the call and then 35 mins of remote tech support to let me know that they could not fix it.I went to this store in Winter Springs and I was greeted by the Store Manager, Jarred Awbrey himself... he was kind enough to give me a mask and then took my phone checked for some settings and fixed it under 10 minutes and also showed me what was missing.So, great job Jarred! Our experience at this store couldnt have been better. The employees were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman that attended to us, Brandon, was very informative and smart! He gave us all the information that we needed, and he was extremely patient with all our questions :) Setting up a phone can be a tedious process, but we actually had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning to this location if we need anything! :)

Jared the manager so was super helpful went above and beyond my expectations. Fixed an issue and took advantage of some first responders discounts!

Because of Jarred’s excellent service, I transferred my account from Verizon to ATT when I upgraded my son’s phone. I upgraded him to a 12, transferred my service and purchased a new phone, an I watch, accessories for both phones. I also spoke to Jessica about transferring my internet and tv service. When I go back, I will get those services activated. This is the first review I have ever written for a business! Excellent!

Exceptional customer service is just a beginner. From the Manager Jamie, Kaylee and Estefania the retail sales consultants are simply amazing. Went in to check out the new store in my neighborhood and was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and helpful the staff was! Every single person working in this store is so nice, I always get greeted with a smile. Id been having a complicated issue with a new phone & its bill, which took me a couple of times of going back to the store to try to get it resolved. Finally, Estefania sat down with me & did absolutely everything necessary to fix the issues. She was immensely helpful; she even helped me dissect the phone bill & figure out what each charge was for, in detail. Estefania finally resolved this long-standing issue I had, along with Demarcus. Im truly grateful for them!
