Please dont do this again. Whatever is below the edge of the cup was on my work clothes and all over my car. Went there for good morning coffee, ended up ruinning the whole morning and coming late to work because of some inconsiderate barista filled the leaky cup all the way to the top at the drive-through

This location has been “out” of Strawberry Açaí since April. It’s November. At least, that’s what the mobile ordering app says. I called to ask why they’ve been out and they said the app stopped selling them due to the shortage that happened, but that I could come in and order it still. As someone with a very limited time budget, that’s not an option so I’ve been forced to find another location that allows the sale of the Strawberry Açaí through the app.

This place rocks! Beautiful new location. Great service, drive thru moves quickly. Even though they wear a mask you can see the smile on their face. I appreciate the consistency, my order is always correct.

Extremely busy this morning but thats par for the course with coffee in the morning. They had several hands on deck and they were all pleasant. Store was clean. I miss pre-Covid Starbucks environment and hate the scrubbed bare bones look but its nice to see theyre functioning quite well.Just a tip though, I went in because the drive through was long. Inside had almost no line and was much longer. When in doubt... just stay in the drive thru.

I dont know what it is about this Starbucks but they cannot make a frappucchino to save their life. Which is really unfortunate because I live right here. I have to drive down to red bug store or Target on Redbug to get a decent frap EVERY DAY! Every other store can make a frap but when I get one here it tastes like watered down milk. The consistency is bad, the flavor is bad. And its not like Ive tried to order from here 50 times to get a decent frap. Its like you get trained to make it this bad, and only at this store. Hey manager! Please retrain your staff how to make your signature drink. Thanks!

Asked for a hot latte with whip cream and I got a ice coffee with no whip cream. How do you make the complete opposite of what I ordered. Wont be back

The staff here have always been friendly, quick and accurate. I like this location over others in the area. The consistency is key here.

Its been a week and they still havent even attempted to fix this. I called about it last week in the nice girl that I talked to was able to put my order in for me and allow me to pay when I got there so that it was ready for pickup. I called the store today and they tell me that theyre not out of the mocha Frappuccino but then they wont take my order over the phone. The whole point of using the app and ordering ahead is that I dont have to wait in line because I dont have time to (and the line at this particular location is always long); Im on my way to work. I guess Ill take my coffee business somewhere else. 🤷Fix your ap? Improve your customer service?

6:30 a.m. and I ordered 5 Grande chai tea lattes hot, and 5 bacon and gouda breakfast sandwiches, and it did not seem to falter the staff at all. At that time of morning... kudos to a good crew!

I’m so glad I have this Starbucks near my home now it’s so convenient. Everyone at this location is so wonderful, but I have to give a huge shout-out to one particular barista. Lexi is such a gem to say the least she puts out such a great energy and provides genuine hospitality to a T. She definitely goes above and beyond to make your experience at this location a special one. Plus her and the rest of the team makes yummy beverages and the whole vibe of this location is awesome so they get 5 stars from me.

This is my local Starbucks and I love the baristas and their service. They are always so kind, positive and friendly. They welcome my dogs and family with open arms. Im so lucky to live less than half a mile from this location.

The minute I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of coffee. The restaurant was filling up quickly but the crew did such a great job, working as a team and made sure each customer was served in a timely manner. I got my order in no time! Today I ordered a large Frappuccino same one I always order and got a lot of wipe cream at the bottom of the cup and I have never seen any Starbucks do a Frappuccino like that it was horrible it tasted like wiped cream more than anything else last time I get my Frappuccino there again.

Worst starbucks I’ve ever been to, drinks are always made wrong. Today I gave them another chance, my cup felt light, my drink was only filled halfway, this was a $6 coffee. Will never be back to this location.

This Starbucks location is super chill. I love coming here in the mornings, or in the afternoons just to chill out and have a nice cup of coffee to enjoy while reading, journaling or just studying for my classes. The people who work here are very friendly and make you feel like family. Kudos to Sergio for going above and beyond in this place. If you are ever in the Winter Springs area, make sure to stop by here for your next cup of coffee. :)

This is a great Starbucks!! Super cute inside. They have little board games. Very clean. Excellent service. Pretty quick. Its fresh and tasty. Not very packed on a Sunday morning.

Its a new location and nice large venue. its never been crowded when Ive gone but I always tend to end up there in the afternoon. And I always go walk in so the orders have been very quick there as well. Cant beat the location close to the trail and I always go when Im biking.

I don’t know what happened this place used to be so clean and kind but now they’re rude and short they’d much rather talk to each other than assist I’ve came thru the drive thru and inside and they’ve grown more and more aggressive I’ve noticed the staff has changed and probably with that the energy has too these are not the baristas described in the earlier comment this is a sad digression of what it was if you want food served from the floor and old coffee that sits for 3hrs last expiration this is the spot (yes I’ve seen them drop a croissant in the floor and still serve it) disgusting and unacceptable

The staff here is amazing! The store manager Ila really cares about her customers. She has some awesome leaders in there and the staff is always friendly, remembers my order and greets me every day. I have occasionally had a mixup and her management team, Riley and Collin were professional and made it right immediately. Its not their fault someone jacked my mobile order lol. The store itself is very modern and kept clean. The artwork on their chalkboard is very good as well. Always updated. Overall this is my lifeline every morning and I am very satisfied with this location.

Ordered the new holiday coffee in store I waited and waited people behind were getting there coffee before me. I went to the counter told the lady. Was even more upset when the coffee had no taste.

Love the new Starbucks in Winter Springs! It has good room inside, and comfortable seating outside.

There was a large fruit fly population in their display case of baked goods. When I told an employee about it the answer i got was a snarky “we know”. Only redeeming quality was the energetic music and the copious amount of seating.

Super friendly & large meeting space. Always thoughtful as my friends and I meet in a group often.

The barista that helped us was super friendly. I wanted to try their new cloud macchiato. Usually when asking to try one of their new things, the baristas just look exasperated with me but whatever. The young woman who helped me at this locations response, Awesome! Its so good! It was refreshing. The drink was well-made and the place was clean.
