My appointment was yesterday. I walked in knowing it was going to be a big project. I wanted to go from the pale pink/purple I was to blonde. Throughout the entire process my stylist Veronica was checking on my hair to make sure it was staying strong and not being badly damaged. We talked about the diffent routes we could take in order to keep my hair strong and healthy. It took her entire shift but my hair turned out amazing. We had great conversations and the other stylists were coming over to see the amazing work she was doing. This was the first time I ever had my hair professionally done and it was completely worth it. I will definitely be going back for my hair projects in the future

I showed up 20 minutes after they opened Saturday morning. There was NO ONE in the place. I was told the wait would be until 2:30pm. I noted that they were empty and was told that if someone from the wait list showed up, they would be taken first. Really? Put me in a chair, give me my 20 minute haircut, and take my money. Ridiculous! Went to great clips, waited 6 minutes.

It was a great experience.. Kelly did a great job to my hair .. I havent had my hair cut in almost 3yrs.. had highlights done.. and 2 inches taken off.. it looks great.. thank you so much..

First time ever getting my hair professionally dyed and I absolutely love it! Britt did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did so good getting my color to what I asked for. I’m very happy with my experience.

All 5 of my children got their cuts done the other day. Very friendly staff and very good at what they do. Keep up the great work!

I had an appointment today 5/12/2021 at 9 am I was there at 9.07 and the lady at the register said i was late and that I lost my appointment. I was there at 9.30 last week and she said she could get me in at 3 pm . Its incredible you can be 7 minuets late at a doctors office and not lose your appointment but your 7 minuets late at a hair solon and lose your appointment . I will never go back there again . Then she said she could get me in at 11.45 . Cost cutters will get me in for less at 11.30

When i called very nice on the phone made an appointment got in just fine Jessica she did my hair did a fantastic job color is awsome and all other things she did were okay will definitely. Go back this time ill make sure to tip her for her wonderful job

If I could give less then a one I would, i Went in to get my hair done, didnt get what I wanted even tho they had me there for 5 hours. Ended up paying 150$ for something i didnt want, If I knew they werent going to do it right i definitely wouldve went somewhere else, or done it myself I Wouldnt recommend, especially if u want multiple colors. I told them i didnt like my hair and they were in a hurry to get home didnt even bother offering to fix it either. Now I have to fix my hair myself because they didnt do there job.

On many occasions, I set up appointment times for my son to get his haircut, only to have to wait 30 minutes to an hour before they can get him in. This is ridiculous! Why even schedule appointments if you’re not going to adhere to them? Absolutely pointless! We will be going elsewhere from now on.

My stylist Kelly was awesome did a really good job on my hair also rest of staff were fun and interacted with you. I love my new color.

Went in on Wednesday, they said they were booked. This week I tried booking appointment on line for Wednesday they said they were booked??

Kailey did a cut and balayage on my hair today. I was super nervous as I went from hair halfway down my back to chin length. I was nervous for no reason though.. my hair looks amazing!!! Best. Haircut. Ever. Kailey was so great and so easy to talk to too. This location has a friendly and fun atmosphere, and all of the hair stylists clearly get along really well. Great prices too! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you Kailey!!

I had a lovely stylist named Maddie. She was extremely personable, recommended a cut flattering to my face shape, and even styled it without extra charge. She showed me how to properly style my hair and gave me some tips!

Outstanding. If I had to describe this outfit in one word, it would be outstanding. I have been going here for quite some time and the girls are very good at what they do. My haircut is always perfect. I tend to be picky with my haircut because it is part of the first impressions that I leave work people. They never let me down. Also, if their professionalism is not enough, they are very friendly and I always share a good laugh with them while getting my hair cut. I could not recommend a better place to get my hair cut.

I went in there not knowing what I should do with my hair but I did know that I wanted to get a certain color put back into it. They asked me what I did or did not want and my only two things were I did NOT want it to be black and I absolutely did NOT want red!.... well it ended up red on top mixed with purple in the middle, and who does red and purple together? Not me,... I dont feel comfortable with it and I do not like it. I waited a while after getting my hair colored to see if it would Fade Into the color Kelly spoke of. But it never did so when I called them to see about getting it fixed she said that it was too late and I will have to pay full price once again and still not guaranteed I will get the color I want.I honestly didnt expect that outcome, while I was there getting my hair done it was a good time and great conversation and I absolutely love my hair cut. But Ive never had a hair color that I disliked so much. And with how much I spend on my hair (often) its disappointing that they didnt care enough to fix the problem

If I could give them zero stars I would! Its a place that you take your kids to for a hair cut but the employees there curse like crazy! The owner took over 3 months to get back to me with my complaint (they didnt dye my step daughters hair correctly) & the only reason she did was because I contacted the corporate office (they were excellent)! Then Tammy, the owner, after finally calling me, took over 2 weeks to call me back with a solution! By that time, I was done with her & her salon! I talked to corporate & they sent me to a different salon that was owned by someone else! That was the Plover store & they are excellent there! I would NOT recommend the Wisconsin Rapids Fantastic Sams to anyone! Go to the Plover Fantastic Sams, they are absolutely amazing!

My sister went here to get her hair colored and cut. She had a 20% off coupon that she forgot to use that night, went back the next day not satisfied with the dye job (you cant even tell its supposed to be red) asked to use the coupon they wouldnt let her use it (even tho she had it the night before just forgot to hand it over)they did nothing to rectify the dye job. They did offer to do highlights that would cost HER more money. Poor service-if less than 1 star was an option I would have picked that.

Requested all over color with medium size highlights & trimmed hair approximately 2 with face framing. Very satisfied.

Worst experience Ive ever had there. Go in Friday night 5pm (tonight). This older lady asked me what I was there for, I said Id like to get a color. I was told its was a 20 min wait. So I wait and then this young lady helps me, I tell her what I wanted done with my hair. She goes back and mixes the color. Then the older lady comes over to me, taps my shoulder and says what did you ask for when you came in? I replied with a color. She responded with No you ask for a hair cut but I guess thats okay smiling the whole time and I again said No I asked for a color. Her responses Oh sure you did and walked away. How rude is that, calling me a liar? If you didnt have time for a color, you should say. There was still 3 hours till close. So I just got up and walked out before the lady came back that was doing my hair. The older lady shouldnt work at a place that involves customers if she cant understand what a customer even asks. Nothing the young lady did was wrong.

Never made an appointment! Called to make one. Very unprofessional when answering phone! Never said it was fantastic Sams I was calling (I had to ask- thought I got the wrong #) then when I asked for a highlighting at a certain time was just told NO YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT SOONER THAN THAT! no explanation why was it cuz they were booked or because they closed b4 I would be done I have no idea I just thanked her & hung up!

Had my hair cut there once. It was ok. Staff not overly friendly. Just stopped in to see if I could get a cut. Sat and the counter for a few minutes. Nobody even noticed I was there. Dont think Ill be back.

I went in for a color and highlight, the girls are nice however I went home with hair so dark I looked like I had jet black hair, the highlights placed wrong so they couldnt be seen and dye stain all over my forehead, neck and ears.My cut was good but I would not go here if you need a color. Its going to cost me more to fix what they did.

I have never walked out feeling disappointed or unhappy about my haircut & color. I used to dye my hair with $3 boxes of hair dye in high school and didnt realize how much damage I was doing to my hair. I didnt care because it looked good to me and it was cheap.. And Im paying for it in the long run. These girls have been giving me advice & being brutally honest with me about what I need to do to get my hair back to being healthy again. Not to mention theyre easy to conversate with and theres never an awkward silence. Rosemary, KellyJo & Ashlyn, thank you all for never letting me down and doing such a wonderful job on my hair!

Yeah, I simply wanted 1 on top and 1/2 on the sides, when I got home (after going to work) my wife pointed out a slab of hair on the back of my neck she completely missed. I even had to go back in thirty seconds after I left due to her missing a bunch of hairs on the front.

Dont go here for a perm. They are lazy and will try to convince you your hair is too damaged and will fall out. I left and went to another place to get a perm. The manager said my hair was very healthy. This is the second time they did that to me at fantastic Sams. :(. I would give a zero if I could.
