Very under-stocked, unorganized and messy store, and the last 3 times I was there, there was no carts, and the place wasn’t busy at all! Like others have said, the employees and manager are rude and so unfriendly! Other d trees I’ve been to, in other towns are better stocked. There is always only one checkout open and manager is awful, will not help out with cashiering or get someone to open another checkout! Cannot ask her if they’re getting any more of this product, or that one, because she’ll just reply with a snippy answer! I spend AT LEAST $30-$50 a week there, but will have to go elsewhere from now on!

I love this place. Very well organized layout and friendly staff. I can always find what I need here and love that you can get so much quality stuff at a great price, especially helium balloons, craft supplies, and household cleaners.

Place was very clean. And super organized. But the lady at register with accent was rude and made it uncomfortable, until person took over.

This store is great my only question is when are they ever going to repaint the yellow lines on the parking lot? Because there definitely overdue. And I always see people having a hard time parking their vehicles because the lines are faded away.

This is a dirty, messy store. There were 14 people standing in line & only 1 clerk working. Had to knock on managers door to get help.

You know Id like this dollar tree better if they had enough staff to keep the shelves stocked. Many shelves ranging from 50% to 90% empty. Its better than it was 2 years ago but I feel like theyre short staffing to save money and losing money with their empty shelves. Maybe it was just because of the holiday season?

Many gardening and outdoor items were sold out. I’m wondering if I was in between shipments. I was able to snag a couple pots and some interesting books so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

I was shocked by the level of trash at the entrance and throughout the store.I made a comment about it so that the people who worked there and others walking in could observe the dangerous condition of the store for older people and those who have bad vision.Slipping and breaking a body part.I am new to the area.😳

This store is filthy. I agree with the person that they felt like they needed to go home and shower after shopping there. Why doesnt management care enough to keep the store clean?!?

Everything was good except the hand sanitizer was empty. They had a jug on the floor to use.

The only complaint I have is they dont have enough help to keep the aisles clear of debris. Otherwise, you can always find something there. Maybe online nextime?

Cannot believe how disorganized and the lack of motivation displayed at this location. Although there are signs requiring masks to enter, nobody enforces it. Even the staff was half unmasked today! 1-2 cashiers working and always 1-2 out smoking near the door. Nobody working there seems to be real happy about it. Bad store, avoid it!

Everytime I go in this store, I feel dirty when I leave. I have never seen a dirtier store. I feel now, especially with COVID extra precautions should be taken to show you are trying to provide a clean and safe place for consumers. I am also very disappointed the site does not provide curbside pickup. I called to have some balloons filled ahead of time, and the answer I recieved was no you have to come into the store to get them very disappointed!

Staff was not very nice but the deals are good.

My first time at this location. It was a good visit. There wasnt a lot of people there so it was nice to be able to take my time and look around the entire store. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Ill definitely be going back to this location

Well for starters i use to work at this store a few years back and it was always very neat and never messy. Now when i go there i always hear the new manager talking really loud and obnoxious and always has a poor attitude. I waited 25 mins to purchase 2 items i didnt even get to purchase because the registers werent working also the lines kept moving from place to place with no guiding for social distancing and kept losing my place my line..eventually walked out with out getting to purchase my items. Not enough cashiers

Ive been in this store 2 times now and their shelves are always empty. Not impressed.

This dollar tree is an awesome size and has a super nice selection.

Variety of stuff all for $1. Great for invitations and thank-you cards, gift bags and paper, and helium party balloons, also puzzle and coloring books youd pay more for anywhere else. Also have everything from toys to household supplies to makeup to seasonal decorations, even food and drinks, ALL for $1. Awesome place for cute little gifts, party supplies and crafts for kids, supplies may be limited during Christmas time when more people are buying more.

As I walked around this store, I constantly asked myself, is this place going out of business? The store was, at most, 40% stocked and Im not exaggerating. The majority of the store was empty shelves except the seasonal area which was decently stocked at about 75%. Ill be honest, I dont plan to visit this store again... Ill spend the extra couple bucks and go to a big box store.

This Dollar Tree is like all the other onesA big mess Dirty shelves empty boxes o shelves. It seems tho staff would rather hide in the office than do any straighting of stock It seems like this is the norm for DT. Doesnt Anyone take Pride in their store. Id love to straighten and wash shelves!!!

Friendly staff. I have to exchange some merchandisers due broken items. Never had a problem. More staff would help but thats an issue all over. Needs a good stripping and waxing.😁😀😊

Love the selections... recently visited..floors and shelves were dirty and empty. Why not close it during the weekend have your crew come in on thier shifts and clean up..restock. I see the new flooring. ( Remodeling)I dont want the crew out of work for the weekend as they are super nice. Thats my input. Thanks

This place was so dirty with many empty shelves. It was stocking day so boxes everywhere and only one person on the floor stocking. Made it difficult to shop. The floors were black with dirt. No excuse for letting a store look like this. Poor management is quite evident. Used to be one of the nicest Dollar Trees in the area. Not any mire

Really great selection, from seasonal items to school supplies, cleaning items and groceries too. The staff is some of the nicest anywhere in Rapids. Stop here first to avoid overpaying somewhere else.

The bottom shelves are so dirty, the items would have to be washed if you did decide to buy, especially the detergent. I put the pickles back after I saw the dirty shelf the food items were on. Please, please, please, rid those filthy shelves. I used to love the Dollar Tree in Rapids, but now Im worried. Please clean up, pick up, & straighten up. It must be next to impossible to find people willing to work there. So sad. I know its hard. Management/ corporate needs to step up, pay your employees more/ hire more workers/ cleaning crew.

This place is so unstocked..stuff is all over the floors. Shelves are empty..boxes are everywhere. It us just plain dirty. For heavens sake..dont they pay them anything. Not much incentive to do better it seems. Im thinking poor management

Youd be amazed at some of the items you can find in here. Dont forget to check out the far back corner when your there, as this is where you can find food (& trust me, its good). Customer service is always friendly.

The store in Wisconsin Rapids is a complete mess. It never used to be this way, dont know what has changed, but it is gross. Things are cluttering the aisles and doesnt look like it has been swept in a year. I think its a manager lady that is super rude to customers in line. On varies occasions I have seen her yell and roll her eyes at people. Ive went in other Dollarr Trees and had much better experience.

A good place for select items. Staff is usually cashiering, not able to help. Otherwise, if you have the attitude of you are paying a dollar for everything, it is a good place to shop.

I love this store. I buy all of my shampoos and makeup at the store. I also like the cookies and they have giant bottles of soda pop for get-togethers.

Definitely not a tidy store. Items made in China are likely poor quality, e.g., reflective tape that barely reflects light back toward the source of the light.

I really like that some of the important products I need are just $1.00, however you get what you pay for in the end. I bought a small saw and the plastic handle broke after its second use.

Place was very disorganized, messy, nit clean. Empty spaces everywhere. For the 3 rd week in a row theres no deco mesh 6 inch. Girl told me they had to sell the old stuff before they could put out the new. Boxes sitting all over the floors. I was there at 2 oclock today and the one cashier was the only associate I seen, very disappointed.

The womens bathroom is gross! Super dirty walls have poop on them and boogers. The floors are nasty as well in bathroom. Wouldnt hurt to do a deep cleaning in the womens restroom. Also there is dust and rags and you name it on the floors throughout the entire store tucked up under shelves and next to shelves. Its gross I have seen barns cleaner then the dollar tree in wisconsin Rapids

This store is not the cleanest nor the most well stocked. The bathroom was absolutely filthy. The freezer case was almost empty. Not a good visit.

Fairly standard. People were friendly and the prices were reasonable.

The deals are all usually pretty good, the Stars usually pretty unclean

Very long lines, and only 2 cashiers.. Had to wait even longer for a lady who bought something, then wanted to return it right away. She didnt even have to go to the back of the line..

I cant believe how empty this store is on main items for months. Also it is filthy. The lines are so long to check out that people either walk in and then right out or leave while in line. Something seriously needs to be done with management! Corporate needs to get involved. ASAP!

Very disappointed, store is not clean or stocked. Manager is smoking up by door and there are cigarette butts all over ground by door, instead of in bucket. Store has really gone down hill ever since the other manager left. The food aisles are empty. Why what has happened?

Its Dollar Tree, not a Gucci store. Does what its supposed to do. The entrance to the parking lot off airport is jacked up and if you dont go up it at a snails pace youll probably rip your bumper off.

Where else can you get a cart full of food for around 50.00..not walmart...and the hamburgers are fantastic...!!!!....this place rocks...love it

They have items that other stores dont have along with regular items without price gouging. I love that store.

Not very happy about no air conditioning on in store. I asked Manager about it and he said it is automatically turned off at 4:30pm but the store is open until 10:00pm. I will not be shopping at Dollar Tree anymore at night. Its unfair to the customers and the poor workers who are sweating terribly trying to work and keep an upbeat attitude.

Its a shop where almost everything costs a dollar plus tax. Many things are bargains and many things are smaller than normal size or below normal specifications. As a customer, its your job to work out which is which!
