The store is clean, organized and well stocked. If you dont feel like cooking they pastas, salads along with desert just to serve. Thank You to all that work here.
Great place to find all the things you need in a small place.
This is the only Indian grocery store nearby here in Woburn so it’s very convenient but the prices are little bit higher than most of the stores in nearby city.
So my bill came out to be $9.95. Owner said won’t take card cuz 5 cents less than $10. Okay, I know where he is from in India so no surprises here. Got a kachori with no filling in it, but hey that took the bill to over $10 and I could use my card. I am very sure these guys pay full taxes on the cash they collect every time the bill is less than $10 🙂
Complete one-stop-shop for Indian groceries.
Weird ringing ( fast that cant tell if he rang correctly)
The owner is very passive aggressive and ill mannered. First he stopped me from taking a cart because he wanted to put his empty cart in place then he has a problem from me breaking the okra in my own bag of okras (not whats in the basket for sale). Every thing is very expensive as well for example Allegro 5L oil is $28.99 and a tiny bag of green cardomom is $15.99 😳. Never going back to this cramped place with garbage customer service.
The young lady is the nicest of all employees. Her communication skills are very good. All the other ones have no sense of professionalism or courtesy. The man can get super rude at times and make you not wanna go there. Their small (cheese & jalapeño) samosas sometimes have no filling in them. And fried in low quality oil/ or they must reuse the oil a lot. Once I bought them, and right after eating them, I felt sick, in my throat and stomach especially. I could taste the stale oil for sure. Please improve some quality of food and customer service.
They cheat.I caught them double charging for a very low cost item - which would mostly go unnoticed or ignored because of its insignificance. The cashier double rang it, noticed it, and then left it in there uncorrected. This kind of fleecing can amount to a large amount of money over time. This was on 1/23/2021 around 11:00 AM in case the owner wants to identify the responsible cashier. I will be reporting this to the state officials of course. Other shoppers should carefully check their receipts.EDIT: This was NOT an honest mistake. I called back the cashier and from the way he responded it was clear that this was a common occurrence. Just think of how many unsuspecting customers dont notice this.
Tiny space with quite crowded aisles. But that is what most Indian grocery stores are like in the USA. I will definitely go back there. When I had an issue, the cashier immediately helped out.
The produce here is generally very good quality - for example, I always get bruised garlic from other grocery stores, but EZ Indian’s garlic is pristine. I actually came looking for vegetables to use in Chinese cooking, and they stock many of those staples, like cabbage, eggplant, green beans, scallion, and daikon. They have a good selection of spices, grains, and flours. The only downsides of this shop are that it can get a bit crowded (thin aisles), and some of the dry snack items are old/past their sell by dates, so be sure to check that before you buy.
We love this little shop. It has plenty of groceries and much to offer, whether you are making ethnic food or not. Absolutely the best place to buy fresh spices inexpensively.
Super friendly working staff who take an extra effort to get you what is needed. It is popular indian store hence lots of people visit it and hence the stuff is always fresh and at a very good price.
Great little grocery store near the parking lot. Went in to get a Kurkure Chips packet and instead got my entire weeks grocery from the store as it was all very well packed and easy to shop. Quick lines.
Must try Vada Paav and Samosa. Jalebi and ready made Parathas are also good!!
One of the best grocery store in town. Their prices are cheaper than most Indian stores in the area. Owner is also a very nice guy. Always ready to help and smiling. They also carry very fresh produce (Specially their bhindi)
I’m from a small town in northern Maine with absolutely no place to buy this type of product. The young lady was so helpful picking out the best spices and chutneys for me. I was in awe when she cashed me out, I almost felt like I was stealing! Can’t wait to come back!!! (I was shopping at the Woburn Store today)
They sell old stocks of chapathies. The pack we got yesterday had fungus all over it!
Friendly staff. Fresh snacks and vegetables.
Reasonable prices and you’d get most of the Indian day to day items here.
Small place but you find everything here.
Awsome fresh produce a hidden gem great prices too
Best prices in the area
Good but limited selection (it is a small store) average /above average prices. Good service
This place is awesome!! They have possibly everything you can look for in an Indian grocery store! They also have fresh samosas, bada pav, laddoos, beeda/paan, dhokla, and much more!!
Good store. Always fully stocked. Easy parking. Reasonable staff.
Got what I wanted. Clean store. Will keep returning.
I wish i gave zero star if possible, nonsense employe I ever seen in my life .
Place is small, but you get all everything you need. Also homemade samosas available.
Please do not buy rice from this place! They sell expired rice. I bought a bag of brown rice yesterday and came home to find bunch of alive insects in the bah. Upon taking it back to the store, they did not even care to apologize for selling such disgusting product. They refused to own or take the blame on the quality of the food product they are selling. They need to be more responsive and customer oriented. It’s better if this place is raided for expired items and closed for good!! This is absolutely not how a business is conducted!!!!
Excellent little shop. Unbelievable selection for the size. They have all the necessities and everything is neatly organized & fresh.
Very expensive. Some of the stuff is more than double. If you drive little bit north, you could cut your bill in half. Also some of the sections are very filthy. There is another store in Lowel. Small but prices are very reasonable, much cleaner.
I have move to the area recently and found this Indian grocery store to be real nice. Its has ample parking, great fresh produce, great selection of frozen items and best of all if you need anything special, they can help you get it. I highly recommend this store to everyone.
This Indian grocery shop is a bit expensive compared to the other Indian groceries around Woburn and Burlington area. The staff here are warm and friendly. Good place to do quick shopping for groceries. They have limited veggies. This is very much like your street end grocery shops in India where you stop by very often to get things in small amounts but go else where for monthly groceries.
Been going there for over 9 years and love it! They have everything you might need and more. They also keep all the seasonal food and other items in stock. The staff is very warm and friendly and go above and beyond to help you!
Pretty good. Its a small shop. But has most things..
Great little grocery store near the parking lot. Went in to get a Kurkure Chips packet and instead got my entire weeks grocery from the store as it was all very well packed and easy to shop. Quick lines.
Excellent little shop. Unbelievable selection for the size. They have all the necessities and everything is neatly organized & fresh.
Good little Indian store. Helpful owners
Too cramped to walk through when people are present. Veggies are ok and not so fresh... Can get all the other indian groceries. They do serve dhoklas, samosa and sweets that u can carry out. The owners are nice and kind. Just that its too cramped. Parking is present but when u come in a busy hour its hard to find a parking. Its located in a busy street
Expensive and small
Good selection at reasonable prices. Fresh produce too and excellent customer service!
Nothing is chang if i told something they are med with me i have better options
Very nice store. I always shop here. Has good parking slot. And almost available with all varieties of products.
Good grocery store where you can get Indian grocery items.. Large variety of mouth fresheners are available which I didnt get in other Indian store.. Variety of fresh vegetables are also available
Very nice store. I always shop from here. Has a good parking. And almost available with all brands
Excellent response to my questions on telephone on Tuesday evening about availability of Swad Charoli . . . . visited on Wednesday afternoon and was received very well . . . very polite people running the store . . . kep it up!
Good store manager and good stock of Indian grocery
There is parking, well stocked, helpful storekeepers and moderate prices
Its a small place, crowded with good stuff. They have an enormous range of spices. Prices are quite reasonable.
Very nice and helpful people. Their samosas are awesome.
I think they have everything, crammed into a fairly small space. Its cozy.
Great selection of Indian food. I wish I knew what most of it was. Be adventurous and try something different.
Everything is great except they have old school credit card machine so its kind of slow. Great service very nice and friendly
Pretty close to my home. Hence convenient. I wish Indian grocery stores could be cleaner.
Great little store, have all the items you need and specialty ones too like indian mangoes directly imported from india, Had Banganpalli box used to get in NY. close to main center and temple.
Sometime good thing comes in small package. That said, been doing grocery here for more than 3 years now and counting. Below is my finding:Pros:1) parking: right in front of store and lot of it!2) fresh produce: count on it.3) special requests: always accommodating and can help you get it if out of stock!4) reasonable price: compare yourself!5) sweet owners: can vouch for it anytime any day.6) frozen section: good range of items7) indian sweets and mango: yumm and fresh.....Cons:-(seriously yet to find one)Summary:Highly recommend people to try if have not tried yet.
Great store .u find almost all the stuff close to many restaurants. So shop hav lunch
Worst service ever. Products are too old that it smells and made me sick. And when I tried to talk to them for their own good, woman gave me attitude.
Great Store. Great owners.Thought small in size it does not lack in the different types of products it sells. Lots of varieties to choose from and the produce is always fresh. The owners are always accommodating in special ordering if you need something that they dont sell.I have been buying them for years but the store has changed ownership twice. This are the best owners to date and the quality food and choices of the food they are bringing in is excellent. Recently they have started Vadillal Ice Creams which are a classic brand of Ice cream from India and they are the only ones who sells.Overall great people and great little grocery store in Woburn. Quite better than the clutter in Burlington. Give it a shot.
Complete inventory of all Indian food items - vegetables, spices, grains, flours, snacks, sweets, etc. And also at very reasonable price, some products are cheaper than other grocery stores. The family that owns it is very friendly, helpful and take special requests from their customers, not like the big franchises who only care about their business.
Got mangoes in the evening, that became rotten next day, upon sharing the concern, was told too bad that I didnt check the quality of product. I wasnt able to post the pics of the rotten fruits. Store sales guy says it its perishable item 😐 should have finished it earlier....I never had to finish 12 mangoes overnight in the fear of rotting next day.
Good store to have gro ery of Indian Test
As the name says, its EASY to find any Indian item ranging from grocery to house utilities.
Well organized and clean place, where you are likely to find all those thing which you might need.
Nice shopping experience
Been buying groceries here for over 3 years now. They have very good and fresh produce. Clean and family friendly store.
I agree with the other reviewer that this place is very well managed. Plus, the people behind the counter took the time to give me tips on how to cook some foods. They were very helpful to someone new to Indian cooking.
What a nice surprise, great products, nice little bakery inside.
Good store. u will get all basic things.
Well stocked for Indian food items but a little crammed to move around.
Great prices, really nice people
Best place to get indian foods.
Best Indian store.. you can find fresh vegetables and Indian candies, Indian mangoes ( best mangoes seriously ), best sweets etc.. clean and friendly staff .
All the required things and no major fuss
Good quality and reasonable price grocery store. Also very good customer service.
Good Indian grocery stores. Please note they dont have meat and fish section.
Cant really rate it dont remember being there
The tall, young woman, owners wife, is rude.
Has all the spices and vegetables. I wish they can expand the distance between isles
Those shopping baskets need to be CLEANED ASAP!
Near by me and very helpful staff.
Great community store
Great people, clean place and very satisfied with the quality of purchase
They have almost everything that I usually purchase. The prices are competitive ...
The convenience store with everything in it Lottery Keno desk
The staff is friendly and really close to the parking. This place offers products at reasonable price.
Fresh groceries. Reasonable prices.
Great spot, very comprehensive and compact, helpful staff
Agree with one of the other review, a small store but with lots of variety of Items. Green vegetables are always fresh. Their frozen section has range of items and they regularly have new items in their store so never bored of shopping there. They keep fresh roti and some more indian snack items like samosa and vada. Owner is very welcoming and answers any question you have.Plus, lot of parking space is available infront of store and on main street. There are couple indian restaurants on street and a temple near by so great place to shop indian grocery and food.
Compact store, but stocks a good variety.
Owners greet you with smile. Almost all needfuls available.
I get all the stuff I need from here. The folks who run the place are so nice.
Amazing selection for a small store. Friendly staff.
Owners r very friendly and taken care of customers. Has great range of products.
It is a small store, difficult to move around. The prices appear to be somewhat high.
Great grocery store, could be more clean
People are helpful here. Plenty of parking space in front of the store.
