I had such a wonderful experience at this store. Very thoughtful staff who helped me with some formatting issues for a printing project. They went above and beyond trying to make it work for me (especially since it was a time sensitive project). Excellent customer service. Sejal was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Happy with the result of my printing project.

For someone that has to ship a few things a week, this is my go to place!! I drive past 3 other UPS Stores just to go to this one. They are reliable, extremely fast and very helpful!! Plenty of parking.

I am a periodic user of shipping services (once every couple of months). Recently, I needed to ship a larger number of items as I prepared for a move. Sajal was more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Measuring, weighing, packing and shipping was seamless. I might not be an expert in shipping, but I am in customer services. Sajal and her store are top of the list in my opinion and I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of these services.

Reasonable printing prices.Notary public are typically on their own schedules at these locations. Call to ask. Would be helpful if they posted it in the description of the business here.

This is one of the only few places where UPS service is excellent. Sejal was so helpful and so quick to respond, it made the entire process of shipping easy. I shipped my things through my friend and Sejal kept me updated on every step of the process and made sure I knew what was happening when through call and email.

I went to UPS to get assistance in shipping a box of company golf shirts to our support team in India. Sejal was outstanding in helping me navigate this not so simple process. This included walking me through the process up front (logistics, customs notifications, fees, etc); then working with me to communicated with UPS international in getting the shipment to the destination, which was a bit complicated, however with Sejals help, completed successfully. I am grateful to Sejal for great customer service and give UPS my highest recommendation.

I would NOT recommend this 348 Cambridge Road Woburn UPS Store if you need a notary public and would also compare prices for all other services before going there. Their charges for notarizing paperwork are more than double all the other UPS Stores in the area. When I initially called the store to see if they did notary services they said they did but never mentioned there would be a fee or how much it would be – they should have, especially given how much they charge: $10 per SIGNATURE. When I got there, they also didnt mention the fee until AFTER all the paperwork was done. The whole process took no more than 10 min, my paperwork was well organized beforehand, and I pointed out where each person would have to sign, stamp etc. but I was then charged $40 for just two short documents plus two witnesses signatures on one of them. Even when I asked the charge, while they were ringin it up, they didnt tell me. They only told me after it was complete. When I questioned the unreasonability of that charge and the fact that no one mentioned the fee ahead of time, I was not treated as I would have treated someone if it were my business – there was no apology, no effort to correct things, no empathy, and it was the owner herself (I found out later) who did the paperwork and who frankly could have charged me less if she wanted to or refunded me some of the charge right then and there to make up for it - but she didnt. After I left the store, I called approx. 8 other UPS Stores in the immediate area. Thats when I learned how overcharged I was. The other local stores charge just $10 per notary STAMP i.e. not per signature. So I would have had to pay only $20 elsewhere but instead was charged $40 at the Cambridge Rd. Woburn store. Ultimately, I went back and the owner, DID refund me $20 of the $40 I paid, and I am grateful for that, but still there was no apology or any other accommodation to show she actually cared. Also, I was respectful in all my conversations with her. There was no reason she shouldn’t have behaved more kindly. I myself am a small business owner and to me, reasonability, accommodation and kindness are some of the most important factors in providing services. Although I was satisfied that the owned did refund the $20, I didnt feel it was done out of goodness of heart and I will never use this Cambridge Rd. UPS Store again. I am glad there is another in Woburn that I can use instead. Hopefully the Cambridge Rd store can learn from this review and realize that repeat business is the best business, and if you are just reasonable, kind, and sincerely accommodating, people will be repeat customers and it will help your business grow.

Over the past month I was in the UPS (348 Cambridge Road Woburn) store several times. Each time I went into UPS Sejal provided excellent customer service. I was always greeted with a smile. She was able to print many papers for me in a timely manner. I very much appreciated her help and her pleasant personality.

My friend and I are trying to ship a big box to LA for moving. Sejal was wonderfully helpful, with all our concerns regarding packaging, shipping safety, and price. She recommended that we change our box to a sturdier one, and even helped us repack it into a smaller size for a lower price. Her customer service is excellent. Very satisfied and confident that our needs are looked after here.

The lady at the UPS store is very nice, friendly and helpful. I will take all of my UPS needs there. Two thumbs up.

Convenient for me. Parking is available. The staff is actually willing to help with any mailing issues..had an oversized box which brought the shipping cost up. The staff suggested the possibility of breaking the box down to a cost effective size. He then retapped and lowered the cost $10. It’s a novelty nowadays to encounter this type of service. Definitely will bring all of my mailings to this store.

She’s extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about supply chain, logistics and in addition does great print work.

This new UPS location has become one of my favorite stops on my to-do list. Sejal, the owner I imagine, is so helpful and friendly. Even my two toddlers love stopping in to mail a package or pick up print items.

I had the best UPS experience Ive ever had at this store. I had a pretty massive item to return to Amazon (6 ft x 3 ft x 1ft, 114lbs) and I needed to box it up. Sejal went waaay above and beyond, helping me cobble together boxes that would cover it...all in between helping other customers. She was incredibly friendly and helpful - I was so impressed. Theres another location closer to where I live, but Ill be bringing all of my business to this location from now on.

Shipping packages has always been just one more errand on my endless list of chores...however...Sejal Patel, the owner of the new UPS store in Woburn, has made this particular errand a Destination rather than just one more stop. Sejal is friendly, helpful, professional, and supremely passionate about making sure that every customer receives personalized and efficient service. I actually have several UPS stores only blocks away from my home, and yet I look forward to driving the 8 miles to Woburn because I know the service will be impeccable...and its always nice to be greeted by name!
