I will never order from the place again. I ordered a two scoop strawberry sundae and I got zero strawberries. My “sundae” had two scoops of ice cream, a splash of strawberry juice (with no strawberries), and very little nuts. I’m pregnant and I was excited for my sundae this really upset me.

I am a glutton for punishment for returning here, more than one time but it is a convenient stop for ice cream in between my boyfriend’s house and mine. However, this is the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The first time I stopped, I attempted to order at least 5 different sundae options off the menu right in front of me in the drive through, and they were out of everything I chose, from ice cream, to ice cream toppings. Finally, after having the guy list what they DID have, I was able to come up with something, but the guy felt so bad, he gave me the ice cream for free. Second time, basically same scenario, same missing products, which means they never carry these products (visits were about a month apart) but pictures and listings of these products still on board. Also the “hot fudge” was not hot nor like fudge at all. Third time... “open 24 hour” neon light lit, absolutely no one there about 11:00 at night. Last time, they finally got it right, but I also didn’t attempt to order anything outside of what they have had available in the past. Fudge was not hot, but tasted like fudge at least. Also, would have loved to fill out the corporate survey any of these times, but have never actually been given a reciept.

I paid 6 dollars for a layered sundae, they put 3 SMALL scoops in it, hardly any fudge at all. And that’s basically it . And on top of that I waited a pretty long time, around 4 min for them to make it .. 100% not worth it at all, just go buy a bucket of ice cream at store !!!

Horrible service and they never get our orders correct they take too long and don’t order a Banana split they put sprinkles gummy bears and small amount of chocolate syrup when you order with “everything”.

Ive lived in Itasca for almost 30 years, and have had a bad experience at this Baskin-Robbins more than half the time Ive been there. Yesterday was the last time Ill ever go there. We purchased an ice cream pie for a birthday party, and did it on-line for pickup. We paid for it when we ordered it so all Id have to do is pick it up. When I went to pick it up, then didnt know what I ordered. They had one ice cream pie set aside, and could only assume it was for me (it was). Then the manager insisted I pay MORE before they would give it to me because the in-store price was different than the on-line price. Didnt matter that I had a paid in full receipt.I know how hard it is running a small business, but this is not how you do it. I will NEVER go there again, and based on my experience there, I cant recommend them for anyone else.

Ive only ever ordered iced coffee from this location. The man that usually works the night shift is great. Fast and consistent service.

This place is a joke! This manager is definitely not following the guidelines of a baskin robbins franchise.Everytime I go here,they are always running out of something.I ask for a hot fudge sundae and they never have hot fudge,its always some dollar tree chocolate syrup.If Im asking for a fudge sundae..I expect hot fudge and NOT SYRUP.This manage has to get her act together.She is skimping on materials to run this baskin robbins.She should not be in business! She is also always running out of bananas.Whats up!Im a paying customer and paying full price for your limited items on my ice cream.A call to corporate office is over due.This is a poorly managed baskin and robbins

Ive gone here five times since its near my home and every time something different has gone wrong. They dont have icecream flavors, asked about something new advertised and they had no idea, scarce icecream cake choices, and closed during business hours. Done waisting my time here.

Ordered an item we saw on the web site and they had no idea what I was talking about. Then I ordered an alternative, the regular hot fudge sundae and I was told they were out of hot fudge. Then after two let downs I order another menu item, the resses sundae.......they were out of resses ice cream. Ended up with two scoops of chocolate chip...ice and all.Trash can was overflowing and tables were not clean.Employees did not seem to care and were not concerned about a dissatisfied customer experience.Not well run at this location.

Didnt have waffle cones, for the ice cream and no bananas for banana splits. How does an ice cream shop not have the necessities for ice cream sales?

The employees were rude and disrespectful. The ice cream was good though.

Went to get shakes for my daughter ... they ran out of milk... they ran out of cookies and cream ice cream.. and they didn’t have donuts 🍩... they might as well close. Horrible service 👎🏼
