WONT come back to this location!!!!Bought a blizzard through the drivethru. Drove off onto the street THEN tried it and it was pretty much all melted and a big disappointment. I was eager to eat it so I wasted no time.... It should not have melted in 60seconds. Wont come back.

Smaller DQ but has drive thru and serve hot food. Wait was pretty long with bigger orders.

I went to order some blizzards for my family and the girl was working on another big order.. looked like she was gonna hand them to me and I told them they weren’t mine and she says with a snarky attitude “I KNOW”. Rude. Blizzards weren’t even fully blended and customer service is awful when asking for certain toppings. Place is dirty. Wont be back. Was better last summer.

Like most places serving food/dessert its gotten pricey, the portion size of your servings are greatly reduced, while the prices go up, up...... Its a once in a while splurge item, so what the hell....right?

Just have to say, service is on top always. Couldnt be happier!! The people that work there are very Professional, clean and well represented. And to top it off fast service and fresh icecream and food. Would recommend people to buy icecream from here not just for the service, and affordability and wide variety of blizzard flavors to chose from. The fresh icecream and food order is made beyond super. Keep it up!!

I can say Im very impressed with this locations friendly and fast customer service, great food quality, and the cleanliness, Keep it up!!I have seen this store since the New owners took over. And i had to go check it out! And i must say they are very hard working people. Very Professional!! The store is much brighter and looks like its open. Smells fresh, finally haha!! And the new owners have really brought the whole store together and it looks like a Dairyqueen now very pretty. And its Clean, someone had to say it. The previous owner was always very rude, always fought with his mother, and the prices were always so high. One time i came in during summer and it was really hot and i wanted some Ice-cream near where i lived, so i went in and the store was smelly, and i stepped on gum in the store and the owner was playing games, like what!! So i bought myself a small cone and got charged 4 dollars, and the cone tasted so bad!! What a rip off, I was so mad and i never came back. Anyways i couldnt be happier to go give a try to the new owners. They keep the store clean and the prices are much affordable then before. They are super friendly, and have fresh icecream, and they even have food at this location. I would definitely recommend this Dairyqueen!!

Noe was super friendly, and got our order super fast.

They need to hire more people. Especially in the summer. 15 minute wait in the drive through just to order something and then another 15 minutes waiting for my items I ordered... there’s about 15 customers here and only 2 employees. That doesn’t seem fair to them. They look really stressed out.

Nice do for the ones that are left. It is in a strip mall. Nice to sit in the air conditioning on a hot day. I still prefer the one in villa park. Just because you can sit outside. Gots that old school ice cream shop feel to it

Peanut Butter Parfait is so good I stopped by the Wood Dale store twice this week. Also bought a box of Buster Bars. The bars tasted okay, but were slightly deformed.

Poor girl was by herself in a Saturday night??? Blizzards were great but took her a while to get them ready. She was prioritizing drive thru and we were in store.

Prices seem high, the store runs on minimal services. One time I asked for ice water with my order, instead the owner/employee gave me bottled water and charged me without asking to clarify.Also, this recent visit, I ordered banana split and blizzard to go, with Chicken Strips meal, the owner/employee made the ice cream dishes first, while we waited for the chicken strips. By the time the strips were cooked, the banana split was half way melted. Doesnt make sense. Will not go here anymore.
