They were really patient with me. I forgot my card and I had checked I already in the cashier was like what do you live far from here and I was like no. So she said were going home and get your car and Ill hold your baskets for you.so I did and she had to sit right there when I walked in and she ready to go shes very nice and very helpful good store good employee

Its in a convenient location. I save alot with their sales plus the coupons plus the $5 off $25 store coupon. So I usually spend less than $25 after all that. The sales people are always friendly and curtious. They will help with anything and answer any questions you may have. Store and parking lot is always clean.

Not very good.there was a guy out in the parking lot trying to steal money from people he was yelling at the ladies in the parking lot and one dropped her wallet he picked it up and made the girl give him 20 dollars for its return right before i got out the door he ran into a house

One undeserved star because it wouldnt let me continue with no stars. Horribly hot this spring/summer! I would have spent far more money if I hadnt been drenched in sweat with my glasses fogged up. I heard from another shopper that the Alton store is even worse! What is wrong with you people?! Those staff of yours shouldnt have to work in an unhealthy environment and your customers should definitely not be subjected to such unethical cost-cutting. You have many senior citizen shoppers (soon to be myself, sigh) who could be harmed by this, get it together cheapskate corporate! *thumbs down*

Everybody please share this my daughter walked into Family Dollar in Wood River Illinois with a service dog and the manager that is on duty Tuesday June 27th at 9 p.m. did not let her have a service dog in the location she was very rude and disrespectful to my daughter that is 12 years old when I called up there to speak with the manager all she did was state that my daughter was a liar did not whatsoever try to fix the situation the place needs boycotted so please share the hell out of this let the world know what Family Dollar is like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
