Super friendly workers here. It was super easy to make an appointment, and didnt have to wait on anyone when I got there. I came just for state/emissions so it was pretty quick. I used to go to Lake Ridge Auto Care but their customer service has gone down, and the wait is crazy. Id definitely take my other cars to this location to get work done!

I have occasional problems with slow leaks in my tires because I drive on gravel roads. The guys always address my problems promptly and efficiently. Was so satisfied with their Care that I now go to them for routine servicing. Love them. Highly recommend!

I will never go anywhere else. After going to the dealership for a free oil change and tire rotation. I was told I needed $1000 more of work done. I told them no and went to Care 4 Cars. They were honest and explained everything to me. I didnt need brakes and they redid the tire rotation that was not done right. Care 4 Cars is where I will be going from now on.

I cant comment on their service in normal times, but until this pandemic is over, please exercise extreme caution in dealing with this shop. I did not see evidence of any COVID precautions or accommodations - none of the staff wore masks or made an effort to consistently maintain distance, and with the garage doors shut against the cold, it was an enclosed indoor space during the times I was there. Its an extremely risky environment, especially for anyone with vulnerabilities, and especially for how high infection rates are right now.

They where very friendly and was able to get to my needs right away. I enjoyed the fact that they are a local family running a business and staying alive in this times.

Can’t complain. Nice group of guys that work here. I typically have my yearly inspections done here but have recently had them start doing some routine maintenance on my old Mustang. Fair pricing and 100% satisfaction with their work. Rob has even been kind enough to offer drop-offs at my house when extended time for repairs is required instead of using UBER back and forth. No hesitation to continue letting these guys work on my vehicles.

I cannot express well enough my impression of the quality of work performed. Everything explained, all questions answered, time frame was explained and the mechanic staff went out of their way to explain details of repairs.Unlike some dealerships/repair shops that takes your car to the back and from that point on everything is a mystery to the customer.

Everyone I have dealt with at Care 4 Cars is very friendly and helpful. Mike is thorough and explained all of my repair options. A faulty part caused my check engine light to come back on and they stood by their work and fixed it for free. Totally trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

2 weeks ago, had two front tires replaced. I was in & out no problem. Employees are very Professional & Friendly.Last year & again just recently needed a tire plugged, different vehicle tire. Friendly staff. I called to see if they could repair my tire that had been flattened by a screw. They were able to squeeze me in and out within 20 minutes of arriving. Robb, the owner is nice and honest an didnt try to add on extra services/recommendations that werent necessary.

Good place to bring your vehicle for basic maintenance needs. Usually come here for oil changes, and other minor repairs. Best to call first and make an appointment as they do get busy. Note that they do not conduct state vehicle inspections. Very friendly service!

This is by far one of the best garages I’ve ever been to. They treat you with dignity and respect, they take care of what needs to be done without charging you an arm and a leg. I was very pleased with the service provided at Care 4 Cars. My cars A/C wasnt working, and they took the time to give me an estimate and discuss possible solutions before even looking at the car. I was able to schedule service for the following day, the work was done quickly and accurately, and the price was very close to the estimate given to me. They also found a way to save me money on the synthetic oil change that was needed. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I will definitely go back!

It was easy to get an appointment and the quality of their work is excellent. I was in and out in a timely manner. I have been using them for several years and their work is always great.

Leaving work and 20 miles from home I noticed I had a low tire, stopped in and they took me right away, found a nail and repaired my tire. I was back on the road and on my way home in less than a half hour. Professional, and personable and honest. So happy I stopped where I did. I will return if I need car care again

As always the guys at Care 4 Cars did more than fix the flat tire, but they discovered that there was a leak around the rim of the tire and they sealed that as well. They cleaned out the window well for us and discovered a very dirty air filter from all the pollen we have been subjected to this season. We trust them and never worry that they are doing more than is necessary. Most of the time they dont find anything extra to do. Honesty and integrity are the two words I would use to describe this repair shop.

When my husband moved to Lakeridge, we left a mechanic that we trusted. I was very leery of having someone else take care of my car. I do use the same mechanic for 17 years. However, from the first time I contacted this location they were very personable professional and knowledgeable. They have always treated me with the utmost respect. Good reputation from what I could gather from other reviews - other garages had some pretty bad reviews posted - and I was happy that I found Care 4 Cars. Im not sure where the limits of their capabilities end (I didnt ask) but I believe they can handle most difficulties pretty readily and if not, the owner, Rob, is honest and will flat out tell you.

Horrible experience! took our truck for state inspection. The man who always sit in front of computer at left side of the place was such a rude, unprofessional and arrogant person! First, he was very disrespectful and wont let you finish what your saying. He promised to call as soon as the inspection is done, and 2 hours waiting at nearby starbucks, no call. When we called them he answered the phone, keep talking and then hanged up the phone! extremely rude and unprofessional. Thanks to Mike who answered the call the second time. I wish he could be the only one handling call and customer service.

We have used Care for Cars for quite a few years now. Our most recent experience was just what we have come to expect. Regular servicing and our yearly safety inspection were performed, but these guys went beyond that. They warned us that our battery would not hold up over the winter. It was just about dead. They had installed this battery and it was still under warranty. They took care of it all before we had a bad hair day one cold winter morning! This is why we keep coming back!

Rob and his crew provided the usual courteous, timely, and quality service. Have been going here for years and would recommend them to anyone.
