I needed to get my emissions test done today, and there were just way too many vehicles in line at all of the places located on Prince William County Parkway. I did a quick Google search and found Parkway Automotive only to be 2 minutes off the parkway. The gentleman who assisted me was quite pleasant and I and the emissions test was completed within minutes of arrival. My recommendation is get off the Parkway and support your local small business owners. You may find yourself saving a lot of time by taking this advice.

They gave us an honest second opinion instead of trying to screw us out of $1,000. Will definitely use these guys again in the future

Jeff and the service team were amazing. I called minutes before first time arrival asking if the conducted emission inspections. He explained that they were busy in the morning as a result of numerous overnight drop offs but as soon as a bay opened he would fit me in. He gave an estimate of between 30 minutes to an hour. As I waited we engaged in friendly conversation on football and D.C. in general. Before I knew it my car was ready and out I went. Great experience, very efficient and would suggest to anyone looking for automotive care.

Great service, reasonably priced, and very prompt! I am very satisfied with the service provided at Parkway Automotive.My vehicle died on the way to work ... Engine started banging, I lost all acceleration, and then the engine shut down. I Had it towed to Parkway Automotive after Canton Auto Repair said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could get to my vehicle. Within minutes, the mechanics at Parkway had diagnosed the issue and began repairs. Very knowledgable mechanics! My total bill was about 1/4 of what I expected and I was back on the road before the next work day.I will definitely use Parkway Automotive again, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.

This place is a hidden gem. In a pinch I was able to get my emissions test done without delay and they were very professional. I highly recommend this place. Just ne weary that your GPS will not tell you to turn into the driveway. Just keep your eyes open!

I have been coming to Parkway for a few years now, I have an old car and would like to maintain it for as long as I can. As always I truly am glad to get a ride home when repairs take all day. The owners are personable and explain the necessary repairs. I will continue to tell folks to come here and get dependable work done.

Was visiting woodbridge, came in for an ac recharge, after paying $245 which I thought was very high for a simple recharge i bit my tongue as it was 100 degrees outside. It worked great......for half a day. Since I had to get back to NYC I just let it go thinking there was a leak in the lines even though they clearly mentioned in the bill....no leak was found. Went to my regular mechanic here in NYC, charged me $125 for the same service check lines, belts and guess what ? No leak was found on the second service either. 2 weeks later, still works like a dream. I have no idea what these guys at Parkway did, but I felt this was a ripoff.

You must take your vehicle here for all your maintenance and repair needs. 12 years of working in the automotive parts business teaches you to do your homework in finding Wrench Turners who dont just throw parts at a problem and Hoping its fixed, or Charges Ungodly amounts for simple maintenance. Parkway Automotive has kept my cars running in tip top shape, for what I consider fair and reasonable rates. The peace of mind in knowing that other than a flat or other traffic you will not find yourself on the Shoulder due to their work is priceless

I have used Parkway Automotive for almost 10 years now and they have been amazing to me. Their honesty, knowledge, friendliness, etc is unmatched and I have referred them to everyone that i know of anywhere near the Woodbridge area. I would highly recommend them for anything from basic oil changes/maintenance to larger jobs.

Went to the dealer with a used car I had just purchased for a repair and have them look it over for any additional repairs that should be completed. After getting the price back from them, went to Parkway and asked them to look at it and quote the repairs necessary. What a difference. 1st thing was that they didnt agree that there were issues on some things that the dealer wanted hundreds for and secondly, the items that they said needed repaired were going to cost a lot less than the dealer. And they said that the repairs I needed didnt have to be done now, but could wait till later as they were minor but should be corrected. If you ever wanted a repair shop you can trust, this is the only place I have found that meets all my requirements.

Selected this place based on the good Google reviews, which turned out to be a costly mistake. This automotive shop stole a genuine OEM car accessory from my vehicle which I now need to repurchase out of pocket. Be extremely careful about all the positive reviews. Recommend looking for another automotive location.

I have tried many repair/maintenance shops and have been disappointed. A friend recommended I give Parkway Automotive a try and I did and have been with them for a number of years. They are honest and do fine work. Once they even searched the internet to find a lower price on an expensive part I needed, and saved me hundreds of dollars. Not the fanciest shop in town but in my experience they are the best!

Needed a tire repaired and found the right place. Courteous and efficient. A bit costly to repair a flat tire but again i am used to the.$10 fix down in Miami. I am glad i found this place

Went there for state inspection seeing the good reviews. This was my first trip to an auto shop and it was raining. I saw the door open and did not see anyone, so I slowly pulled inside the shop through the door which says State Inspection (which, I know now, I shouldnt have done). He was not very pleased about it which is Ok. I apologized and told him this was my first visit to a shop, but he did not believe me. He showed my inspection sticker and said you surely did inspection before (the car dealership did it for me the first 2 years when I went for my routine servicing). Then he said he is not doing any more inspection that day. I apologized again and left. I am pretty sure this is a good place and my experience was an exception.

Parkway Automotive is the place to go. Jeff and Jimmy are honest mechanics that will not do anything to your vehicle that does not need done. Ive been going to Parkway for over 10 years and have always been treated fairly. Another reviewer said parts cost too much but from my experience, Parkway Automotive repairs your vehicle with OEM spec parts and not a cheap substitution that will break in a couple years. I replaced my water pump a couple years ago and the NAPA part went bad within a couple weeks and Parkway fixed it for free. My vehicle has over 195K miles and its lasted this long because Parkway Automotive does quality work and fixes only what need fixed. Place is fair, trustworthy, fast, and will always do the right thing by the customer.

This guy started out okay. He did fix our brakes reasonably but after that things went downhill. Be careful- he will charge you random fees and somehow your bill will be way over what he originally quoted you. Over $150 later and I have nothing except the information that my AC doesn’t blow out cold, something I knew walking in there. He also found a “nail” in our AC compression unit...it all seemed very sketchy and unprofessional and when he found out we were optoing to not pay him another $700 for the AC he was spiteful and racked up random charges and fees. I think business is slow and they need every penny. Beware of this place.

Got my emissions test done, was fairly quick and cost 28 dollars. They have a tv in the waiting room in case you get bored and a restroom available to customer thats clean.

I have always felt that parkway automotive has treated me fairly and giving me a fair deal.

Parkway does great work promptly and for a fair price. I typically call, drop off my car before work and its ready that evening. Im sure they have busy periods or big jobs where thats not possible, but they are pretty upfront about time. Theyre also upfront about projected prices and very patiently explain what was wrong and what needs to be done. There are no blinker fluid charges and they dont upsell for maintenance that you dont need. When the new part failed after a week due to a manufacturing defect, they replaced it without cost with a new part from the OEM manufacturer. Ive recommended them to friends for years.

I came here because my car was over heating and loosing coolent. I had went to a garage a day befor where the pretty much told me my car was toast.Came here and to my surprise they told me everything was fine . I really appreciate them being so honest and only doing what needed to be done. Instead of rackin up the bill. I will most certainly be back for and issues in the future!

Always honest. You can trust what they tell you. If they cannot fix your problem they will tell you that too. Been using them for over 10 years.

They advertise that they accept service contracts.... except when you get there suddenly its No you pay upfront for all the work, and then you go through your service contract to see if its covered, we arent going to call them. Grade A job guys, way to do the literal bare minimum for the customer as possible. How about you just take that part off your website and stop misrepresenting yourself?
