I left my car for wheel alignment in afternoon. He said he is gonna finish the work and call me 05:30pm but he didn’t. And they never worked on my car. I had to come to the workshop and it’s closed. Now I have to wait to bring the key for the workshop. And toke my car, wasted my time. Don’t ever go there. The guy was Michael.

Terrible communication and customer service. They had my car a full week and did nothing before telling me they couldn’t do anything. I understand they had previous engagements but to agree to something simple and keeping my only form of transportation without knowing what they are capable of is a serious lack of professionalism and communication. I should have listened to a nearby shop when they suggested on using anyone but them but they lured me in with a cheaper price.

Ive had my vehicle services here before. Prices are great as are the mechanics.However on this visit, I had my state inspection and emissions done.Staff are professional and respectable.

Great place. Went for a safety inspection.Arrived there just before 7:30 am. and just happened to be first in line. In and out in a flash. Have been going to them for years and will continue.

Came in for camber adjustments told the clerk exactly what I wanted . Paid $99 just to walk out with the exact same specs I walked in with and got told “ we can’t do camber” when I asked why the camber specs didn’t change. Never was told before hand that they couldn’t do what I needed . I’ll rate it 0 stars if I could because they ruined the camber months ago as well

Called to see if there was a line for State inspection...guy said no...one car. Drove there prob 10 minutes to get there and there were 4 cars in line and the guy was on a break. I just left. I had other things to do. Tomorrow Ill try again.

If you want quality work done, stay away from this place. I had them replace all rotors and brake pads. A few weeks later, I hear a loud grinding coming from the rear. I noticed the rear calipers were scraping the inside of the wheel. I took it to another shop to have it looked at, and my caliper bracket bolts were missing on both sides, which means my caliper could have fallen off and I would have lost rear breaks. They said whoever replaced my brakes must want me dead. I thought about going back in and raising hell, but its not worth my freedom. Stay the hell away from these jokers.

High priced wanted to charge me 25 dollars for a 4 dollar light

I used to like coming here years ago. Personally I would not recommend this repair shop unless it’s an emergency. Definitely don’t do an inspection here. They will fail you for a side marker bulb being out when they could easily replace and charge you for it. The last straw for me was when they said I failed inspection for an exhaust leak and to drop the car off and let them work on it. Yea right. I took it to another shop with excellent reviews. Guess what they found no exhaust leak and said I was lied to. I ended up passing inspection no problem.

Their inspector for safety and emissions is very courteous.

Due to the fact that a mechanic looked at my vehicle and noticed that i would not pass safety because of small items without doing an inspection where i would be charged makes me feel theyre trustworthy. The mechanic informed me without charging me and told me from the beginning that i would not pass and why makes me want to utilize their services again. Now after i fix my vehicle i know where to go where at least they can be honest with me.

I go here all the time for any of our vehicles inspections. I do wish they had a better sitting area, but it’s okay enough. The service counter is not handicapped friendly, but the customer service is pretty good. Their bathrooms are typical shop and gas station bathrooms, but they are kept mostly clean at least. I still wouldn’t change a baby in there without a can of Lysol though. Most of all the people who work here are really friendly and get things done very quickly!

I dont ever write reviews and I am writing this one because they failed my inspection for unapproved headlight bulbs which are the headlight bulbs that it came with from the dealership. I asked the man what was wrong with my headlights and didnt give me an explanation to my question. Later that day I did inspection somewhere else and it passed, so I suggest you save your time and money and go somewhere professional.

Very happy customer. The mechanic did a great job and only preformed repairs that were needed. I will be using this shop in the future and would highly recommend this shop over other is the area.

Called up to make an appointment because I know how wait times can be on Saturdays. 9:30 I call and ask for the earliest. He tells me 11am. Ok so now I have to find something to do until then. I show up and the guy acts like he has amnesia. He tells me its a few people ahead of me and they dont do appointments. I leave then call to see if I can speak to the same guy. Now he isnt there all of a sudden. No ownership of fault, no remorse no anything. I wont do business with this place. Poor service.

The absolute best, so warm wonderful, and friendly. Thank you to the whole team for being so kind to me. And never making me feel like I’m being tooken advantage of which is rare . Especially when I know so little about car maintenance. My mother who recently passed also was a huge fan of you guys. Thank you for serving my family so well. She always sent me and my siblings here. Lucky to have found you guys!!!!

Horrible place, I came to have my car inspection, the inspector Sam takes his sweet one ignoring the fact that is 90^ and people are waiting in line for hours, if you complain he will find something wrong to reject your car. He said tires however I took it somewhere else and my tires were fine . They just trying to make profict by selling you mechanic work

Everyone there was very helpful and courteous. Im a Vietnam veteran with certain handicaps and the employees were very accommodating. A very good place to do business!

Just had Virginia State Safety Inspection. People were very courteous.

Great for basic services but they are hard to work with for other stuff like changing out rims on a car.. great for inspection and oil changes though.. friendly staff.

A little pricier than other places Ive been, but I will pay a little more to support a local business IF the customer service is good. My personal experience here has been great. I trust Dale City Auto with my car. Atef has been very helpful and demonstrates the level of customer service every business should engage in. 1 star was deducted because the pricing is higher than local competitors.

I got my car inspected. They were fast.

I got the state inspection done here. Quick service and youre in and out in a reasonable amount of time as soon as you get your car into the carport. Usually theres a line of cars waiting for an inspection which can take some time. Still, a convenient place if you live in the area.

Worst place I’ve been too. The inspector for the state inspection, tried to get me get my lights fixed(aligned) in order to get a sticker for $40. He couldn’t fix it and he backed out and gave me a rejection sticker. So very disappointed in how I was treated there.

I sat in the store for 30 mins and not a single person addressed me. Two employees popped out of the back and didnt address me either.I wont be back anywhere they are branded.

Do NOT go here for inspections or repair. They are not honest and can not be trusted. I caught them in a lie because they rejected my car for the same reason 2 years in a row after the car was driven for only 1,538 miles during the year. When I called their bluff and said it was done last year they lied to my face. I had them print my receipt from last years work and went elsewhere. You have been warned. Go at your own risk!

Prices are high, customer service is garbage. I live walking distance from them, but would rather tow my car down the street to another service station than take it to these guys. They say they focus on quality care and price their services accordingly but that couldnt be farther from the truth. Wouldnt recommend and will never come back.

These people are dishonest & untrustworthy. The manager Pierre Moussa did not inform me that there would be a fee for merely looking at my vehicle. After the Technician Joe couldnt find anything wrong with it they still charged me for looking up a code; which you can get done for free at any Auto Zone. I paid the fee & left. Overnight I contemplated wether to write how I feel scammed, tricked, & ripped off or just let it be? I decided I would call, explain how I felt, & ask if they wished to make it right? They declined. I really just want people to be fair & honest.i guess thats too much to ask fot human beings, to have humanity. #NoIntegrity

Ive never wrote a bad review before but I wont standby and let anyone get taken advantage of like I did. I went there early in the morning to get an oil change and have them look at my check engine light, I assumed it was the O2 sensor and wanted to get it fixed. I walked in and waited a couple minutes, not because there was a line, but because the lady behind the desk was having a side conversation w someone about how she just got off one job and has to be here for so many hrs, etc (very unprofessional) she finally turned to me and expressed a pessimistic attitude saying its going to be a long time before they can get to it, making noises under her breathe like she wasnt happy a new customer came in. I told her no worries im dropping off and ill wait for a call. Around 4pm I havent heard from anyone, the cars been there all day, and they were closing in an hr, so I called. They sounded caught off guard, maybe they forgot about me, idk but they said theyll have my car ready by 5. I asked if they were able to check the engine light, maybe it was an O2 idk I wanted whatever it was to get fixed. When I went to pick up my car they said that it wasnt the O2 sensor, the code had to do with low vacuum/pressure leak. They said they had to run a smoke test but couldnt do it today. At that point I was frustrated but said fine Ill come back another day. I went to pay and they tried to charge me for the oil change (understandable) and an extra $90 for diagnostics. I told them I wasnt paying that because there was no diagnostic work done, the only thing they did was hook up the OBD2 tester to retrieve a code, I told them thats a service thats free, autozone and many misc places offer that for free so Im not paying for it. She stood her ground like I was going to give in but I didnt so she eventually got the manager, the manager who told me they did start doing other diagnostic work on it but is now at a stand still because a smoke test needs to be done and they dont have the time right now. I told them Im not paying $90 for a code I couldve gotten for free, the car was there all day and there was plenty of time to get everything done but they forgot about me and had to rush at the end of the day to try and get it done. He disagreed and said they were busy. I told him why start a job you cant finish? And why charge me, its not my fault? He wasnt letting it go so I had to agree to half ($45) to get my car back. As soon as I pull out, turn right onto Dale blvd my car shifted like something was loose. I pull over and realize they forgot to tighten the lug nuts! The next week I went to a different place, it took them 20-30 mins to find out that it was a broken seal around the gas cap and fixed everything for less than I already paid dale city auto service. I recently moved to this side of woodbridge and was looking for a close and reasonable mechanic. I will assure you, you will not find that hear!

They charge too much. They put the scanner in and they realize that they need the Car but they play dumb so that one spends more on the Car in parts that dont really need a Latin community please only that there is no other place please I personally do not recommend THAT place
