The lighting and lack of decor made it seem pretty gloomy in the inside but they have a nice selection of warm clothing.
Mike is probably one of the worst store managers I have ever dealt with. It’s sad cause we drove so far to come this NorthFace location and spent almost $600 worth of items. He was extremely rude, his voice of tone was obnoxious and it felt like he didn’t care for his customers at all. When I asked for his name so I can file a complaint he said, “good luck” and didn’t even care. I rarely write any negative reviews on google but this was just too much. Corporate office needs to look into the managers who are representing such a beautiful brand. Mike made a messy scene in front of other customers that could have been handled by not ringing us up with a sour attitude to begin with. Just horrible! I will also be calling customer service/relations to file a verbal complaint with details more specific details on the incident. He has no care nor respect for veterans.
Great first time experience. Im frugal so the idea of spending $200+ was crazy to me but I had heard positive things about the North Face brand. I found a great jacket that was originally $210 but was discounted by 40% and I also got a 10% veterans discount so the price was $113 and some change. It fits well and seems to be good quality.. I would definitely recommend checking out this location.

Terrible attitude of Cashiers. Not friendly upon returns I purchase quite often online and LOVE this brand unfortunately this time I bought something i had to return the cashier was plain rude about the whole procedure finding excuses to not return an item that was Still within return policy. Customer service in the outlet was below the brand standards.
The store is amazing.The staff was cooperative .Got three hoodies for me and 2 for my husband .But unfortunately they dont have 2xl in hoodies 😕 .But still worth every penny

I would never buy anything from this store. Just had one of the most terrible experience with the cashier Esme. The intention of my 6th visit after purchasing a jacket was to get a larger size of it. But couldn’t succeed in five attempts. Every time I have told to come tomorrow we will have the jacket ready. I couldn’t believe that Northface cannot supply its products in 6 day to its own outlet store. It could have been very easy if I had bought Columbia or any other brand.Regardless of the supply I cannot believe the cheep customer service of there cashier. NF could have giving her a training at least.
Great store, prices are good for outlet. Floor staff was too helpful within about 5 minutes we were greeted over 6 times. Should have them in zones instead of making laps around the store was really annoying.

Got a chance to grab a very good deal of jackets but the quality seems it’s compromised not as expected after a wash. Even though sometimes depends on budget hope they had similar qualities🤔. Still recommend to visit them
I love the North Face brand style and this location didnt disappoint and we were able to find some very nice clearance and sales items that could have really been sold for this session for about 65 percent of the original.

Walked in and three associates just stood in the middle of the sales floor talking and laughing the whole time. Didnt greet or offer to help. Had great deals but we didnt didnt buy anything.

The only reason Im giving it 3 stars is because of the price they offer on black Friday. My experience here tonight wasnt too bad until I have to deal with a saleslady who was restocking in mens jacket. Forgot to get her name but she was Asian that wears glasses. I asked if I could get one from the rack shes pulling the clothes from and she shouted,one moment sir! in a very demeaning manner. This kind of people are the ones you shouldnt hire. I mean, I get it, they have to work overnight but its not like theyre not aware of that before applying for the job. Would never be back here or recommend it to all the people I know.
This was my first time in a North Face store. Im more of a knockoff kind of guy but needed to exchange a gift jacket from my kids. They didnt have a match to my gift, but thanks to a MOST helpful and professional floor associate I found a more expensive jacket marked down by 50%! I know I will have many years of warmth wearing my new The North Face jacket!
The staff was helpful and the line moved pretty quickly.

Went to this store walked in and on the mannequins in the front were many jackets over layers of clothes one jacket I bought 2 weeks earlier, the white one on the left in photo. The sign in front said $89.99 I got to the register and was told the $89.99 referred to their therma clothing that was underneath the jacket (that you can’t see) the jacket was $179.00 I asked for a manager. A girl came out told me she was the manager and the sign was for the therma wear I said there’s no sign stating that she said it’s right there pointed to the highest rack on the wall, She said we just do what we’re told. I then asked for a general manager she said she was then I asked for corporates number....she went behind the counter and wrote a number down I tried calling as I was in line and it was written down wrong 😡 on purpose! When I asked her if she conveniently wrote down the wrong number she walked away. Customer service sucks in this Store! I will not be back and will not recommend!!

Terrible customer service. My wife bought a jacket that had a defect on it then they wouldn’t return the jacket! They don’t care about customers instead hanging out in the store chatting and not paying attention who actually needs help in the store. Nerve going back there! Please check your items buying there cos you won’t be able return it if something is wrong with it!
