Fast, tons of pumps, prices beat the competition hands down. Well lit and well staffed.

I have never seen a WAWA this filthy. I went in for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. there were none so I picked up a sausage, egg and double bacon on croissant. that turned out to be a sausage, egg without cheese on a bagle.

This Wawa is a good one but they always run out of products and don’t have it for weeks but the one up the street from them always have their products in stock. Corporate should check that out because you don’t want people to go somewhere else when you have good prices!

Ordered a custom made salad and got a pre-made one that cost half the price also didnt get the fruit smoothie in the order. Food was ordered via a delivery service. Guess someone was being lazy.

Great hoagies

I like Wawa hoagies. When Doordash started delivering them, I ordered from this location once or twice a week because they pretty much have the best sub I can find in the Dumfries area. A few months ago, that all changed.The Doordash menu, simply put, doesnt work now. Try to order a sandwich and your bread options are marble rye or plain bagel, your cheese option is no cheese. Around the same time I noticed theyve been pretty stingy with the condiments as well. I dont know what happened, weather a new manager or employee changed the Doordash menu so they didnt have to make as many hoagies. I do know, that the other Wawas further away that dont deliver to me have working menus.

Got a sandwich and the toppings I wanted wasn’t even there. It’s sad when you can count the little bits of lettuce they put in there. Plus they were talking way too much and not doing there job.

Unfortunately Ive Notice wawa putting less meat and Raising prices on their Hogies..over the past years..they use to be really good when they first appeared here in Woodbridge back in the late 80s..

The store is pretty good and Ive gotten my breakfast here and was pleased. The mornings are difficult as customers often leave their cars and go inside. The gas price is average. Recently renovated, and usually has a BBQ truck in the parking lot next to it.

Great place. Newly remodeled. Nice place. They make pretty good subs and the coffee service cannot be beat. Fuel prices always on the low side. Always my go to convenience store. One caution. I experienced fuel line freeze up after filling up there once. Have steered clear of their pumps when the fuel truck is there (which is a couple times a day it seems) during very cold weather. My truck wouldnt start for three days waiting for above freezing temps. (Winter 2017, northern VA).

Every morning like clockwork.. Set your clock by it. Staff knows my name and are very friendly. The manager, Maliwa, is amazing with her customer service! Happy to be part of my daily routine. Coffee is excellent too without breaking the bank

This is my gas station. Stop here a few times a week. The gas pump situation is a serious issue. The morning time everyone goes to pump gas and then leaves the car at the pump causing serious congestion to get in and out of the gas station. Not to include i had to sit and wait for the person to come back from the store with food and coffee in hand. The morning rush hour time when everyone needs to get to work and get gas could have a better flow.

The clerks are always interested into keeping the lines down. If a line gets longer than five people, someone opens another register to get people in and out. They are pretty courteous. The prices are pretty good in comparison to other gas stations.

Great Wawa in my opinion. Good food, good service and a good amount of gas pumps and parking. Nothing to complain about here as far as I know

This one of my favorite spots in Woodbridge VA. You have to try the chicken empanadas they are absolutely delicious! Yum!!!

Depends in what time of day you go, but the service can be really bad. I love the subs at other stores, but this one sucks. They never make the sub how you order it and their customer service nerds to be greatly improved.

The morning and noonshift is awesome when your there. Go in there late night the staff are rude slow and seem completely disinterested in even being there. Had to ask to be rung up after waiting at the counter for at least 5min while staff were more interested in conversation amongst themselves and seeing me waiting they didnt even care if I gave my business to this location. Late night staffing def needs improving.

I LOVE Wawa!!! Great place to fill up on cheap gas, quick food and even an adult beverage if you choose to! This is not your average gas station.

Carlos good but cant say the same for night shift supervisor. She rude and abrupt. I need seen someone in a senior position act in such a minor in several years. Please check your folks on there customer services skills. Thanks

THE PEOPLE WHO PREPARE THE FOOD DO A HORRIBLE JOB .

The best Wawa in Woodbridge. The staff here are some of the friendliest people. I love Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Kuldip. Peak commute times and weekends are very busy and the lines do get long but they hold it down and call people quickly for backup.

I cannot go into Woodbridge without going to this particular WAWA. The staff is friendly and fast. I also love the fact that you can have a small 2 oz. sample of coffee on the house. It is such a good place with good staff, good food, and decent gas prices.

No changing tables for babies. Came off the highway specifically because we thought a large gas station/deli would have them but no dice. Needs changing tables yesterday.

They gave me something completely different from my order without telling me. When I asked why after coming back, they told me it was because they didn’t have enough for my order. I said that was fine but would have preferred to been told before paying and walking out of the store. The manager looked at me like I did something and begrudgingly gave me a refund. Seems like this happens frequently at this wawa. People who saw the interaction expressed how similar things happen to them at this wawa rather frequently. Manager needs training and the whole store needs to tighten up.

I love Wawa. I live in the western side of VA and there is no Wawa. They have Sheetz, which personally I dont like. Whenever I come to the East side I always go to Wawa. Best food, great prices!!!!

I love Wawas but 2 of the employees were fooling behind the food counter and one the black guy kept saying to the white girl cleaning the floor “you a bad girl” over and over and over. If i wanted to go to the mall i would’ve..

This is my favorite place to eat breakfast or a snack. They serve very delicious paninis among many other choices.

Lazy attempt to fix the air machine. One layer of tape over their broken hose. Couldve at least taped some kind of sign

This place is always super busy but, service is always pretty good.

Free air for your tires, great made-to-order food, clean, brand of tobacco my husband uses is cheapest here. Reminds us of a smaller version of Texass Buckeys gas stations.

It would be so much easier for people to get their lunch if they had coverage during lunch hours

I love Wawa. I stopped here on the way to a friends house and was very disappointed. The bathrooms were dirty, the icee machine didnt have lids. Apparently someone spilled a decent amount red icee on the floor that was never cleaned up, so there was a large sticky puddle. Definitely not as nice and clean as most Wawas

Its a typical WaWa. Sandwiches are surprisingly good and the staff is fine. Does get crowded at times with an occasional wait at the pumps.

Horrible there is only one person in the food section and when I ask about why that is the rep told some cut there finger and why did they not replace that person with a new person once the employee injured themselves the is bad management and bad customer service

We can be quick to complain. However, a recent trip to a competitor reinforces how right WAWA is getting it. My AM needs are pretty simplistic, namely good coffee and a donut. Due to time constraints, I had to go to a competitor whose bread & butter trade is touted as coffee & donuts. My purchase reminded me why I havent frequented the other guys for awhile. The coffee had the full bodied robust flavor of the cups styrofoam, and the donut was dry. WAWAs coffee always has a good fresh taste. And the donuts (which are prepared off-site) are always moist. Keep it up WAWA!

The most stressful gas station ever!!! You can never find an available pump or a fast moving cashier. Dont go there unless you have all day to waste.

Horrible I stopped, traveling back home from Pensilvania to Richmond and I have a two year old son, first went to the bathroom and they only had two stalls in the womans restroom and then after waiting five minutes I find out they dont have a changing table ! Pissed me off.. worst experience at wawa Ive had
