Their customer service is honestly terrible. every time i go to the mall in go on there i have a bad experience. the clothes are cute but very cheap and thin material therefore i only buy when there’s a sale.

Went to the mall on a Sunday specifically to cotton on to buy some vacation shirts, saw they opened at 12 so i got there 12:02 gates still down. Im like hmm maybe running late i walked around for 20 mins and they were still closed!!! I was about to leave when i see the girl finally opening up the doors. The whole time she was talking on her cell phone. Even while opened she had her cell on and pausing it for a customer. Crazy!!

I’m so annoyed. Why isn’t the fitting room open??? I don’t live close therefore I have to take it all the way home just to come all the way back. It’s so frustrating

I used to laugh cotton on, but there clothes arent the same anymore. The last couple of time I went inside nothing caught my eye. I will keep checking when I go to mall. Hopefully they will get some better fashions especially for men.

Great clothes but bad customer service. Very very rude night manger Skylar. Was rude toMe and mom since we got to the register. We were not rude or impolite at any point to her. She was very rude about the exchange and gave my mom attitude over every question. It got to the point where we asked for the supervising manager because she became extremely rude to us, even tho she was super polite to the customers before us( who by the way was trying to set her up with their son, even gave her business card to Skylar) and she told her manager that we was being rude in a very unprofessional way and when we was trying to explain the situation she told her manager to handle us then and made a whole scene about it by slamming door very loudly in the back. I’ve work in retail and food industry and never ever been treated like this! Thankful briana the supervising manager apologized and treated us with respect which is why I gave this store 2 stars. Definitely will share my experience and will be contacting corporate

Its ok. The mens styles are pretty good but the quality isnt. Bcz of this, I only buy stuff there when on sale.
