My family and I came in the store today. The shopping experience was fine. My children picked out their clothes and we went up to the register. The black gentleman working the left register sighed as we walked up to his register. Never made eye contact and was very unfriendly. The two shirts I bought my son were suppose to be 2/20 when I got home I realized one rang up full price where as the other one rang up just half off. So thats annoying. On top of the bad customer service. Very disappointing.

Quality stuff, pricey for outlet store, good luck big and tall finding much of anything for you.

Had less of a selection than I was hoping for as far as shoes.On the plus side, all the employees were very friendly and helpful!

Terrible customer service so if I’m being over charged it should take 24 to 48 hours to figure out why I’m being charged after 2 days of of my original purchase date what if it’s a disabled person who can’t see well or someone who doesn’t have the habit to check their bank account once a week Under Armour would have got easily away with that.Next, they’ll probably tell me you’ll receive a refund check within a week WOW now that’s what I call Under Armour customer service outstanding honesty it doesn’t look nice on Under Armour I should have spend on Nike but everyone makes mistakes the best thing is to learn from my mistake and I’ll make sure never to use their online services so that they won’t be able to save my card information and charge me when ever they want to I’m just disappointed how you guys played this game hopefully this would get the corporation’s attention.

Attempted to go to store 15 minutes before closing for quick visit, employees denied anyone from entering saying they were closed despite all signs saying they close 15 minutes later and employees confirming. Unprofessional

Friendly staff and very helpful

Came here to find some workout clothes for my son. They had great sales as they usually do, the store was well kept and the employees were actually working as opposed to talking or on their phones. Steve helped us at the register and gladly gave us our military discount. He was really friendly and welcoming. He shared where he is from originally and that he is new to this store location. Will definitely be back to this location.

Nice store and helpful reps.. it was really busy... selection of shoes was smaller than I expected. The black Friday desk was very good...50 off everything, just straight 50 on everything...I thought that was great because there was no small print problems...

I really like UA stuff because it is the best sport gear I have. Even the boxershorts stay good after several years.

I used to shop from this UA outlet but today I was so disappointed because there was a black, short, rude lady was working with the cashier has zero customer service because she refused to give me extra bag, I asked her for two extra bags (small size) because I need to put the items that I bought from them in these bags to send them as a gifts ..and I told her that but she didn’t care
