So there is Asian female claiming to be the manager at Potomac mills. Has the worse attitude in the store, after you tell her to let you speak to someone above her. she makes up words and lies to customer service center after you request to speak to someone above her. Her demeanor quickly becomes a whole different representative for Timberland store. People if you shop here and purchase something you realize you don’t like after removing tag. This Asian “Manager” will claim you have washed the product even having the receipt and 15 days within purchase date. I love the brand. I totally dislike this staff member representative at this location. Bad attitude and she will murmured while she is on the phone calling her people from Timberland and lie right in front of you. As a consumer I can definitely say be careful with this individual l! I’m handling this matter with corporate still

Just went there on 10-18-21 and they always out of stock on the field boots black those my favorite ones but cant find them anywhere..

Good place to go not sure if they still have the deal but as of two weeks ago they had a buy one pair and gets the other for 70% off so I ended up leaving with a bunch of stuff very useful if you havent gotten any winter timberlands

I will definitely go back here. They actually have jeans that arent skinny or pre shredded! I shouldnt have to get that excited to find a store that has normal jeans... Aside from that, the prices arent bad and the staff was really nice and helpful. All around good experience for me.

Went to replace my old work boots (Timberlands I had for 3 years). The staff was great, helpful but the only pair of Tims that I liked had creases in them.... If I am going to spend $149.99 for the boots I expect them to be brand new. After going to different stores I left empty handed. I understand you guys have a business to run but the least that could of happened was a 10% discount but that didnt happen. Hopefully when people are trying on boots you guys are more careful that they arent damaging the product.

Sean (Shawn?), the manager there, shouldnt be allowed to deal with any customers, ever. I went there with my girlfriend to replace a pair of shoes I had bought a day before. A few pebbles found their way into the shoes creases when I wore it that one time before determining they were too tight. I dont have a problem with him telling me we cant replace it in that condition. I promptly went back home, removed the pebbles and refunded them at another branch. My problem with this store manager is the way he spoke to me. He literally threw my receipt on the counter and without making eye contact told me to read the terms myself, speaking in a very rude way the whole time with dismissive hand gestures, and in front of his nice subordinate who wasnt trying to prove anything, unlike him. It baffles me that he made it all the way to become in charge of a store with these customer service skills.
