Absolutely horrible company. Being forced to use them through my apartment complex with completely outdated internet speeds. 25 down in 2021? Absolutely disgusting. Just spent the last 6 hours waiting for a technician to come to my apartment, was told they were running a little late 2 hours later I call and they tell me the guy never even showed up to work and that no one else has been available to take the appointment. Guy on the phone was extremely rude and condescending too, I told him what the other agents Id talked to previously had told me and he said the exact opposite. Horrible company, dont move anywhere that youll be forced to use them for.

I am just amazed at how great they were. I was here at the store a couple days earlier and I was dealing with Lorna when I bought the phone initially. My husband and I went to get a quote to add a family member on our phone plan. It was extremely quick and easy. Rep was knowledgeable so we ended up deciding to just get the phone and go ahead with it all. It was incredibly efficient and easy to do. Will be going back to this store for all our at&t needs. :)

John and Tony were unbelievably helpful! They were very kind and courteous and completely bent over backwards to fix a problem I was having. They both genuinely care about their customers.

They sign you up and give you wrong information for pricing.I signed a contract with 3 lines for $130 a month and I ended up only getting 2 lines for $150 a month. They also promised me some promotional credits on my first 3 months and never got them. Every month my bill is different. I was supposed to be at $160/month plus taxes on a monthly basis and here I am paying almost $220 a month. Their sales rep lie to you to get you to sign up and does not follow through. They give you wrong information so when you sign up and your contract is active you are out of luck. I do not recommend this store.

I went there yesterday, the staff was exceptional. They greeted me immediately. I had a few things I needed assistance with beyond needing a new phone. They all helped me fix and figure out my issues and taught me a lot. They transferred all of my contacts and photos. Put my screen cover on meticulously. Set up features and everything I needed or just asked for help with. The were kind, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. Thank you Byron, Lorna and Zack, I really appreciate all of your help over two days now. By the way I love my new phone.

As a long time AT&T customer I have had the single best experience ever at this store. The employee that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question I had. The part that truly impressed me however was the outstanding customer service for not only me, but also my son who was having a rough day running errands with me. He took extra time to grab a stress ball for my son to play with (he made sure I saw him ensure it was clean beforehand as well), and also was kind enough to alter his speech to my sons level when he again went out of his way to put his chicken tendies and choccy milk in da fridge (he disposed of them for me because my son was finished but was being a toddler and was very concerned about getting them back.From the bottom of my heart, thank you Doug.

Lifesavers. The old-fashioned 12v USB-A adapter we were using wasnt able to charge two modern Android phones. The nice gal at the at&t store hooked us up with 12v direct-to-USBC and USB micro chargers and got us back on the road.
