Seriously why is only one person working here? I waited over an hour for someone to help me. There is no sign in method to leave and get a text to come back when it is your turn. You just have to sit at Verizon for an hour… how fun. Will not ever be coming back to this store. As someone who is about to move their own plan and is deciding between Verizon and t mobile… this experience wasn’t helping your case

My husband and I returned here today to find William, who worked with us the last time we were there. Good to see that he was here, we made a purchase of two new phones and two iPad plus some accessories. He was very helpful explaining everything to us and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back to see him!

I dealt with Anthony to switch over to Verizon from another carrier. The two other employees there assisted (Megan and Chris). It was a quick process. He explained the options available in a clear and concise way.I was impressed with all of their effort toward customer service. They had all the devices and accessories that I needed on hand. I am truly enjoying Verizons service. I noticed an immediate difference in my cell coverage.

I visited this store a couple weeks ago looking to switch carriers to Verizon. Magen helped my family of 4 get the right phones and right plans at the best value. I came to upgrade my phone, and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Victor was a great help! They didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, so I settled for a different one. After a couple days of having it, I knew I really just wanted the one I originally wanted. Victor and John got it ordered for me and I was able to return the new one and get the one I really wanted. I will always go to this location

Truly one of the best experiences at a cell phone store. Justin Dryjanski went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and very patient. Just got my new Note 20 and we stayed almost 45 minutes after hours transferring my data. Exceptional experience and highly recommend this store.

Guy who sold me a phone promised a bunch of changes to reduce my bill too. It was all bs. He did none of it. They didnt even apply my payment. Had to call Verizon 3 times. Eventually had to contest with my bank on my card. Hes no longer there now.

I got very good assistants at this location. This is the third time that I have had to come in because Ive had a question, they have helped me understand it. I am not very understanding of the new technology that exist therefore he was able to explain it to me in a language to where I can comprehend. It is obvious now that at the other location where I did purchase the telephone they were more interested in selling then explaining what I was getting. I think I will stay with this location. They seem to explain it all whether I bought the phone there or not. The employees were dress nicely, clean-cut and very friendly and willing to assist.

I would highly recommend this Verizon store. Saul was very patient and professional as he helped guide our family in setting up our new phones as well as being transparent with the Verizon billing process. Annoyed with the staff at this location. Jose was supposed to order a Google Pixel 4XL for me in 128 g storage. When I called to see if my phone was in because no one had called me, Anthony picked up and helped me. After 2 hours of BS and mess ups because Jose had ordered the phone under my husbands number, we were still polite and understanding. Got home with new phone only to find that my storage was 64 g which means the wrong phone was ordered. Called back for a fix and showed up to the store to find that Anthony was going to drive to Yorktown to get a phone for me. Husband called to confirm and the phone was already spoken for but no one contacted us. Called again for a fix and that was weeks ago. We even reached out to regional managers because of the poor customer service and the way this was handled. Complete silence. Absolutely appalled at this store. We have been nothing but accomodating, polite and patient. Wouldnt suggest this store to anyone even though they say they have the best interest of customer in mind. Clearly this isnt true or someone would have fixed the issue that was caused by one employee weeks ago.

How do I express my thanks for all of the wonderful personal attention given to me over the past three days. Three Verizon sales gentlemen helped me submit a phone insurance claim to replacing my broken phone. Did they have to help make the call when my phone was dead? Nope, but Justin did that for me.The next day when my replacement phone came and I wasnt satisfied, did Patrick have to sit on hold for twenty minutes waiting to talk to the insurance rep to help me get a replacement for my replacement phone? Nope, but he did it and then helped do the impossible and got an upgraded replacement phone that was delivered to my home in less than 24 hours! I was so grateful for his time and help.Once I got the new phone, I had no clue how to set it up or how to get things loaded back into my phone. I headed back over to the Woodridge Verizon Store and met with Manager Abe Shukur. Abe got me up and running, answered all of my hundreds of questions, gave me advice for my new device, and helped me to understand the phones features. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable. I appreciate everything Abe did for me and cant thank him enough.I have been with Verizon for more than 10 years and have always received quality service. During this stressful time of losing the use of my phone, I was afraid it wouldnt be a very good experience but I was wrong. Justin, Patrick, and Abe helped to remind me, through their words and actions, why I will remain a loyal Verizon customer.Thanks guys!!!

I went to the Verizon Store looking for a replacement phone and didn’t want to wait to get one online. Patrick Barajas said that he would have to order the one I wanted. He suggested where I could possibly find it and he would transfer my data since I am a Verizon customer. That is exactly what I ended up doing. Patrick was extremely helpful and patient. I was able to watch exactly how all of my info was being transferred between phones. He answered all of my questions. This was the best and quickest experience ever. Thank you Patrick.

Had some issues with my newly purchased Airpod Pros that I bought through Verizon... The guys quickly pointed out that it was user error (the stem of the Airpod wasnt pointing straight down... Hah!) and just like that, problem solved.They then took a look at my account and found a way for me to get more for less... Cant beat that! Thanks guys! Ill be sure to be back!

Classic bait and switch. Tried getting the iPhone SE, the store manager tried up selling me on the 11 and Xs. I said no, so he ordered me the SE for the $399 price advertised on version website. I go to store for a pick up a few days later and he tried to charge me $410. Pre tax. I don’t take kindly to being lied to.

Bought a phone on contract. Returned the phone a few days later because they could not give me a trade in promo. A few days later I was billed for the entire value of the phone by Verizon due to this store not properly returning the phone. No communication back from the account manager of this store to resolve their mistake, and now Im on the hook for $1k

Got my new iPhone on Wednesday night with Ashley and Estephanie. Both were really helpful about the product/plans. Had a little hiccup due to me having a lot of pictures and videos so the cloud wasn’t able to upload it right away but she made sure that somebody was able to help me at the store when I came back. Today I came back and Marco helped me transferred all my media back without a problem. Amazing service and highly recommend coming to this store for your phone needs!

Went into the Verizon store to pay my bill and the Sales Rep Jay was very informative and helpful. He got me set up on papeless billing and autopay to save money on my bill. He also showed me about their rewards program that I was unaware of. Great store and great employees there!
