I went to Michaud for what I thought was some minor rush repair, upon my return I was told and showed pictures of just how bad the rust had gotten. The owner personally took care of me, explained to me all of my options and even did extra preventative work to get me by until I was able to resolve my issue and they were done the same day! They were more than professional went above and beyond all of the staff was very polite and I could never complain about price. I would not use another body shop.

Michaud Auto Body embodies true professionalism. The job on my vehicle may have been considered small compared to other jobs in their shop, but they still treated us with the same attention and care as Ive come to expect from them. We have used Michaud Auto Body a few times in the past and have always been extremely happy with the work they performed and condition of our vehicles when they have been returned to us. Wayne and staff are wonderful and very accommodating. I would not think of trusting my vehicles to any other body shop.

I trust no one else with my cars except Michaud Auto Body. I got rear ended and my bumper cracked. Insurance wanted to patch paint it. Wayne advocated for me and my car and its beautiful now! He even detailed it for me and buffed out my headlights. They handled the insurance and the rental. 10 years ago I was rear ended but worse. I didnt have to talk to my insurance once after I initiated the claim. Everything went perfectly and my car was back to beautiful after he was done. Highly recommended!

I got into my first accident when someone had rear ended me. A coworker recommended Michaud, and Im so thankful they were my choice! Professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Everyone inside welcomed me and were so personable. With any issue or question, and a simple phone call, Michauds answer was we will handle it. As far as quality, my car looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot. They detailed the exterior and interior, and the paint job is beautiful. (Did I mention they had the job done in less than a week?) I am so thankful. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I went to this place on Thursday(09/09/2021) to get the auto body work done. I was told that I have to wait for more than 10days to drop off my car on Monday(09/20/2021). I got a call today (09/15/2021) saying that they will not be able to take the car in. This person made me wait for almost a week for nothing. Very unprofessional.

Outstanding! If it were possible to give more stars, I would. They took such good care of me. They dealt directly with the insurance company, provided a rental car and made sure everything was back to brand new. Mitch and his crew made me feel very comfortable and confident that everything would be done right. Mitch is a man of integrity and of his word. Mitch and his team are a pleasure to do business with. They have repaired several of our vehicles over the years and their work is outstanding. For our major repairs, the process was seamless as they communicated with the insurance companies and arranged for our rental car. Communication was excellent and our vehicles were always ready when promised. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and I would highly recommend.

I am only leaving a 4 star review because they remove anything below. This place is a chop shop. I sent them my vehicle to be repaired in not to bad condition only real damage was passenger fender. I supplied pictures of the black and red jeep cherokee before it was dropped off and then how it was returned in a pile of pieces missing all hardware and mounting brackets. They blamed the insurance company but last time I checked insurance companies do not dismantle vehicles and lose and cut pieces. I really thought this place was great. Then found out they pay google to edit the reviews. I wish I could talk to the other people who have been silenced by this common everyday THIEF! I am consulting with a attorney to make sure this NEVER happens to anyone again. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE especially if you care about your vehicle in anyway they do NOT take care of your vehicle. My interior was dismantled and loaded with parts they destroyed my leather seats ruined my subwoofers and loaded my childs car seat with broken mirror glass. This was the worst experience with a autobody shop I have ever had. I bought the vehicle back after being deemed totaled and they gave it back to me just as that a TOTAL LOSS I lost 15k because he couldnt properly dismantle and reassemble my front end keep my interior in the same condition it was shipped to him in so I can no longer dismantle cleanly and sell the parts to make up for my loss because he made sure to make EVERYTHING completely worthless. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE HUSTLED NEXT BY A CHOP SHOP!!!

I cannot imagine having a more caring business in my corner! I called to ask if someone could look at my less-than-24-hour old leased RAV4 that had been sideswiped in a parking lot. They were able to take all the scratches out!! Kudos to Wayne and his crew!! I cannot thank you enough!

My car is an ‘05 & I stay on top of it to keep it in great shape. 90% of my car’s paint was dull and matte and my trunk has had little to no clear coat left and was tinting yellow, it bothered me to no end but I dealt with it for years. I went to Michaud because they’ve taken the best care of my car before, and they did a buff and glaze on my entire car, I could’ve cried. My car has never looked better, and they gifted me with a freshly painted trunk because it was still yellow after buffing. My car honestly has never looked newer after 15 years, they were so professional, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced!

From the moment I walked threw the door Wayne the manager evaluated my truck. Asked for the police report and did all the rest from there. Got me a loaner filed the claim and fixed my truck way beter then I could ever expected. The staff and technicians here go way above and beyond with nothing but top quality work and materials.

Stopped buy to have Michaud Auto Body take a look at my car that has a dent on the rear quarter of the car. Wayne came out with me and took a look and said he could try heating the area and pull dent out and then buff the area. I said great lets try it. They did and in less than 10 minutes it was done and looked really good. Wayne said sometimes we win so no charge your all set. Idk how this place has 4.7 stars instead of 5. What my insurance company estimated to be $550 in damage, only needed a few mins of tinkering to fix, FOR FREE. They absolutely could’ve charged me, especially since I was expecting to shell out $550. Anything less would’ve been a “win,” and I don’t know anything about cars. But I didn’t pay a dime, and this was my first time ever going there. The owner, Wayne, said “that’s just how we do business here.” Especially during a tough time (I’m out of work because of COVID19), this really made my day. This place is run by good people. I’ll definitely be going here for all future work, and referring everyone I know.

Wonderful experience, wonderful people. I would never take my car anywhere else. They are quick, extremely nice, and you can tell Mitch really cares about his customers. I had to have work done on my car because I was rear-ended and they walked me through the entire process, completely allayed any fears, ensured that the other insurance company would cover the damages, and they even arranged my rental for me and cleaned my car inside and out when it was time to pickup. For an insurance claim they went above and beyond. I feel like they could have just done the bare minimum because they were getting paid regardless of what they did. But from the excellent customer service to returning my vehicle to me sparkling clean(cleaner than I dropped it off Im embarrassed to say :-) Im very impressed. Great service above and beyond. I needed a mirror and paint. They put the mirror on as soon as they got it to ensure me and my familys safety till my appointment for the paint.

Michaud was recommended to me by a trusted neighbor of mine after I was in a crash. Michaud took care of me when my auto insurer, Commerce, would not. Commerce was weeks late getting the appraisal to Michaud. By the time Commerce sent my appraisal and found out the car was a total loss, I had run out of rental coverage. Michaud picked up Commerces slack by lending me one of its rentals, which gave me enough time to find a replacement vehicle.A few months later I needed a new bumper after hitting a raccoon. Michaud completed the work quickly and even saved me from paying my deductible by coming in under budget!Highly recommend this shop.

Michaud did a great job on my maxima. Had over 10K in damage and they used 100% factory parts even though the insurance does not pay for it. You cannot tell it was ever in an accident.

I brought my 2016 Subaru Outback to Michauds after someone hit my rear bumper and took off. Michauds handled everything. The rental, the insurance appraisal, everything. The car was ready only a few days after being appraised. I was quite surprised when I received the call that it was ready so soon. When I arrived to pick it up, I they had detailed it both inside and out. It looks like a completely new car. Wayne was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, and how to handle the insurance company. He was extremely courteous and informed me on pick up that anything that they work on has a lifetime guarantee. The woman at the front desk (Im sorry, I forget her name) was also very helpful, reaching out to the insurance company while I was there to verify that a deductible reimbursement check was being sent out. They completely stand behind their work, and do an excellent job at it. Theyve earned a lifetime customer. Dont hesitate to give them a try. You cant go wrong. Thank you Michauds!!

Great work, reasonable price. They really do try to work with you and warranty all their work. Their working hours are terrible. Be prepared to take a couple days out of work just to drop your car off and pick it up. Fridays are a mad house. I only give them three stars because of the inconvenience.

Took my 1992 Honda Civic hatchback here for front end repair an got my car back with a dent on the hood that wasn’t there previously an a snapped bolt on my headlight that they snapped reinstalling an didn’t bother to fix or say anything just gave it back to me for me to discover my headlight shaking down the road they didn’t seem to care too much because of my cars “ age “ even though the car is in really good condition for its age I called back an they said they would fix it only to cover up the dent an chipped paint with a water based paint that later washed off after he told me it was clear coated they also gave me a 100$ check that didn’t cover anywhere near the cost of a new hood wouldn’t return back here or recommend this place to anybody seems like they only look out for there wallet an not your cars finish suggest everyone to choose providence auto body !
