I arrived early and they took me in right away. Had a couple of problems that were covered under my warranty. I was able to use a rental so I wouldnt have to wait. Covered by Tasca dealership. After three weeks of back and forth the service manager finally decides the right thing to do would be to properly repair my vehicle no charge to me. Another week goes by and I am told it’s ready and fixed drive an hour to the dealership and my vehicle won’t start.

I had such a great experience here. Joe was great. We never felt pressured. I came in knowing what I wanted and he helped me obtain just that. We had our little guy with us which is always so tough when you know something is going to take a while. Joe entertained him the entire time and was so patient with us. I came here thinking I would have the best customer service experience ever but boy was I wrong. I needed some work done on my Buick Enclave and was told I should get a new engine and once it was replaced it would be like having a brand new car they even emphasize that the engine would be warranty. My husband and I paid approximately 10k to replace the engine and have repair done only for the engine to blow only a couple of months later and the the same people to tell us the brand new engine was not covered and there was nothing they could do. I’m truly thinking about taking some legal action but in the mean time I will share my experience on everything social media platform. The bucket kept getting passed we couldn’t speak with any one who would assist us with urgency again this was the worst experience I ever had if I wanted this Inefficiency I would’ve went to a side mechanic.

I brought my Ford explorer in for a leaking water pump and Mikayla in the service department was more then helpful. She took me right in had it checked out and found that I needed a new water pump she also checked out the whole vehicle and recommended a few other things to fix. She took me right back 2 days later after ordering all the parts I needed She gave me a rental while they worked on my truck. She also found me a coupon to save me as much money as she could. Not a great experience compared to other Buick dealerships I have purchased from. They could not handle a Mass DMV registration transaction within the time allowed under Mass law. Two weeks plus and still no legal registration in my possession. And no answers why a registration cannot be produced!(At time of sale dealer would not allow handling your own registry transactions).Tasca needs to do things way more efficiently to serve their customers!Would not recommend this dealership!

I appreciated the $25 coupon I received after they suggested the unexpected charge for an alignment for a two year old car with less than 10,000 miles on it, in hindsight I don’t think it was necessary and feels like an up charge. If it had higher miles or I was a rough driver I would agree. It took 3 hours (with an appointment) and they didn’t even wash or vacuum the car. I think I will make the drive to Paul Masse in the future.
