Patiently sat the drive-thru window from 5:49-5:53pm with no sign of life (assuming they were just busy in there). Pulled around the building and she locked the door in my face, ignoring me. The door says they aren’t supposed to close until 8pm… and even if there’s some new closing time of 6pm (not listed anywhere) I still would’ve been here on time.

Even though I picked up my donuts at 830am, one of them tasted stale like they were from yesterday...

Food items are made with quality ingredients and are alot better than D&D and Cumbies. Even the donuts are so much better. Try Honey Dew, youll be glad you did.

Worst experience ever. Coffee like dishwasher, filled donuts with little to no filling. Do not waste your time nor money.

Used to be my favorite location but they hired a bunch of new people and the consistency stopped and the customer service is not the same. I was a regular, now I rarely go. The employee got mad and had an attitude when I told her my mocha madness was missing mocha and she had to add the mocha. Really lazy people now, I had to change to the Bellingham location for consistency.

I was the only paying customer in the store. Waited nearly 15 minutes while the only employee in the building made her 2 friends about 25$ worth of free food and drink talking about how faded they were. 👌

Just spent ten minutes in a drive-thru because the workers decided to make everything for everyone in line before even cashing out the first person(who order 1 bag of food) cant imagine how long they were even sitting there waiting. & i live right next to this one, and i would rather spent the 10 minutes i just wasted waiting for them to decide when they wanted to cash people out, and drive to the king of honey dews on Pulaski blvd.

I was a loyal customer to Honey Dew for years but it seems the last few months the store has gone down hill. My coffee is never right or even the correct coffee I’ve ordered. I stop daily on my way to work and I do not have time for them to remake my coffee when they mess up. The girls are so busy talking to each other that they do not pay attention to the customers. Very poor customer service!!! I will no longer be stopping there in the morning as my experience today was the last straw..... I will drive past Honey Dew from now on and go to a local “mom and pop” coffee shop!

They dont listen to your order as ypu say it to them and when you correct them they give you an attitude. After correcting them they still do the opposite of what you told them you wanted while still giving you an attitude at the window.

If you cant get open for 4am dont post signs telling the public.Fourth or fifth time they havent been opened. but this girl doenst even have the decency to explain why she has not yet opened or when to come back.No she just ignores people, runs and hides in the backGood attitude, Shes going places in life.

A New England chain that continues to hang on as what I referred to as cardboard donuts saturate the market this is way better and their muffins actually taste like muffins not loaded with sugar on the top

The place is clean, the coffee is 100% better then Dunkin, the donuts are bigger and better then Dunkin. The service is wonderful. Theres a girl that works there I believe her name is Michelle, she waits on me more times then non, this girl works harder then any other person there. The other worker r great, but this girl buzzes around, taking care of customers faster, while helping the other workers and she always has a smile and a kind word.

This is the best coffee place in the city. The staff is always a great group of people and I never leave disappointed. Thank you Honey Dew Woonsocket!

I ordered some coffee special drink that looked 🔥 in the picture ok? Then I order some basic breakfast..mind you its like ten or so in the morning on a Sunday like I want some breakfast you know?! They microwaved my sandwich and whipped together some frozen looking almost like a off whitish color when I asked for extra caramel, Im the type of person who will pay extra if need be, I pay for this almost twenty dollar meal Im about to grub on and then I live down the street I get there in like not even five minutes away. Get home eat it while sipping on my coffee drink that doesnt look like the picture that I ordered and it was tasting good and the breakfast sandwich was cold even when I first got it so I start to try it cheese isnt melted and folding over the sandwich, needless to say it tasted ok but the people were nice so I didnt say anything but I got super super sick almost immediately after the fact of only eating this now I feel like theres several babies inside of me jumping around and Im a guy! 🙄🙄🤯🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤬🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Friendly service, good coffee as well as donuts, pastries and sandwiches. Theres parking available on premises, restroom is also available too. Good for friends and family.

The bagels were good, and they were friendly enough, however their meat and cheese portions are laughable at best. For $5 each I expected just a tad more than the cold scimpy breakfasts sandwiches I received. Next time I’ll be getting my entire breakfast from Cumberland farms just a block away for half the price!Ps Cumberland farms coffee has really stepped up their game FYI

They charged me mad for a nasty sandwich that was not even cooked then gave me my coffee it was was made incorrect! Keep in mind I go there because Ive had enough with Dunkin donuts because theyre messing up all the time and it was nasty AF, sorry I would be rating this five 🌟 truth is Pulaski BLVD in Bellingham is 🔥 always and theyre not rude🤷‍♂️🙄

They open at 5am. Got there just after 5am. Employee came to the door rolling her eyes and said, sorry Im the only one here and I had people at the drive-thru waiting. NO ONE was at the drive thru but okay. She just seemed like she did NOT want to be there and did not want to wait on customers. My friend and I felt like we were bothering her.
