I made an online appointment to have tires installed. I ordered the tires on the website and was shown a list of available service times. I scheduled a noon appointment and entered all of my information. I received a confirmation email a short time later that showed the appointment details along with the tires to be installed. I arrived for my appointment and was told by an employee that they dont have the tires I ordered. He stated this is a common problem with their online appointment system. I asked what tires he had in stock that matched my tire size and he advised of a different brand and quoted me almost $200 more than the tires I wanted. He also stated he would have to go get them and it would be an hour or so until they could start installing them. I declined and walked out. A simple phone call would have sufficed, that informed me of the discrepancy. Instead, I rearranged my schedule and drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing.

The Best customer service I have received by any auto repair center. I really appreciate all the efforts that James Tanner and Adam Knight put forward fixing my Mazda today. From a customer service department they put on solving my issue a top priority. I was pleasantly surprised and Great work! I will use your services again.

James Tanner went out of his way and helped us when we had a double blow out about 3 minutes away from the shop. He had us taken care off in 20 minutes and stayed over just to get us back on the road. Great customer service! & Great work attitude from the technician! Yesterday went in to have my tire checked in wooster said stem was bad and replaced that said all tires were dry rotted and need them all replaced drove about 3 miles tire was flat again went to Walmart they found a staple in tire stayed very easy to find tires will not need to be replaced till winter will never go back there very bad service

I picked up a nail in my tire on my way home from work and called an hour before they closed. The manager told me to come in and they’d do their best to get it fixed for me. They patched my tire and were extremely nice and quick. This is the second time I’ve been there and I have nothing but good things to say about them! Highly recommend.

Great service, all very professional. They were patient, explaining everything they were going to do before doing it. Willingly offered a less expensive alternative for one of things needed fixing on my car. No attempts at upsetting, just laid out options and let me choose. I will be taking my car to them when the next repair is needed.

Him and his staff changed our tire, inspected the other three and placed the spare back in the stow away area. I just picked up my car after getting an oil change at Monro. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the fact that my washer fluid was not filled, which should be included as a part of the courtesy inspection. After many visits to Monro, this is the first and only issue Ive experienced.

I choose Monroe every time I need something done, whether a sound concerns me, or I’m looking for routine maintenance to be done. Oil changes are affordable and I know I can trust if they find something that needs done, that it truly needs done. The manager James has always been respectful and ensures customer service is on point. The workers are honest people who will do their best to give you information and make sure your car is taken care of. I would highly recommend!!

I needed brake work and new tires. I was able to get everything done at Monroe. I stopped by for an estimate and then scheduled the work. My wife dropped off the car, they checked her car tires while she was there and communicated with me about the car. Everything went smoothly and the car drives so much better. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars was the cost may not have been the lowest, but the convenience of getting it all done at once outweighed the price difference.

I drive at least 30,000 miles a year so it is very important for me to have my vehicle in prime working condition at all times. The folks at Monro always take at least 5-10 minutes to discuss with me the inspection results of my car. This is invaluable to me because if my break pads (or anything) are wearing out in the near future, I prefer to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. James Tanner and other managers always talk with me and tell me what if any repairs I need done or if I am good for another 3 months. Thank you Monro for hiring professionals that are not in a rush to get cars in and out. Quality matters and Monro knows that.

I was losing air in my tire on a Sunday and Monros was the only place open. They were happy to help me and check out the problem. Ended up having a nail on the inside of my tire so I needed a new one. They were able to fit me despite only having two people working. They explained everything to me along the way and laid out the options including the ones that wouldnt make them money. John and Jim were very helpful!

Had some good work done from them. But today when I had to take my car in not long after them changing a ball joint and found out they put my rotor on incorrectly and now I have to fix basically my entire braking system on one side makes me want to not recommend them. Just be careful if you go there for brakes. Its probably not worth it . They did well on tires before however

On a cold, rainy evening, after I got home from work, I realized I had a nail in my tire. It was 6:10pm and I could hear the whistle of air leaking out of my tire. The only place I could find open in our area was Monro. So I called them to see if they could fix my tire. They got me right in. They were able to fix the tire. The staff was friendly and courteous. The manager, John, was very helpful in answering questions regarding repairs to my other vehicle as well. Quickest and cheapest tire patch Ive ever had done. Employees were all friendly and helpful. Anything I cant do myself on my car will be done here from now on. Employees are much more competent than the grease monkeys youd find at other tire/brake/oil change shops.

This is a solid place to get your car worked on. Ive been going to them for years. They have fair prices and good customer service. Always wanting to help you and honest with what needs done vs. what should be done eventually. Their hours are great too. Look no further for light mechanic and maintenance work.

James and John were amazing. Truck broke down on July 4th and couldn’t do anything. They looked at and were able to get it fixed up the next day. Both of them were beyond hospitable and welcoming while I waited for parts to be brought in from Cleveland. Highly recommend Munro for any auto needs.

I talked with the service manager, (Justin Ward,) at this location on Cleveland Dr. I recently had a screw in my tire and needed the tire replaced as i was driving back to Columbus before the holidays. Although they didn’t have the Michelin Primacy tire in-stock to match the other 3, they replaced it with a Goodyear Eagle tire instead.The only gripe I have with my experience is that they did not ask if I wanted to opt-in for the Lifetime-Install Package, which is a $30 add-on that I did not request.The Lifetime-Install-Package includes mounting, balancing, valve-stem installation, TPMS Inspect & Reset, alignment check, and wheel-torquing. I was not asked if I wanted this add-on, as it was added automatically onto my invoice.Other than that, I had a wonderful experience

I had my chevy Cruze balanced at another shop (not monro) that had road force balancing three times in the last two weeks and they just couldnt get it right. I called up Monro and in the same day they tossed the tires on their balancer, showed me the process first hand, and really made me feel like they cared about my concern. The manager didnt even bill me because he knew I had already paid for a balance at the different tire place that messed up the service to begin with. This specific shop is run very well now. You get quality service and they actually talk you through the issue with your car.

Went to get my tire patched today even at the end of the day they were super fast and helpful. Thankfully they fixed it on the spot since we have children to take to school in the morning. Would definitely reccommend them to my friends.

While the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, and were able to fit me in. The actual work was done. The problem was rushing to finished the job the tech forgot to torque the wheel lugs. Darn near lost my front tire on the highway. This is completely unacceptable.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found that my tires were out of balance, out of alignment and that my brakes were going bad. They fixed it all for an extremely reasonable price and did it quickly. The customer service is great and my car handles perfectly now. I had to get a TPMS sensor on my van changed and they were able to do it right away and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes all together. They took the time to explain what exactly was wrong and showed me what they were going to do which is great so next time something goes wrong i know what is wrong exactly. Very friendly people and no surprises when i had to pay would highly recommend!

With closing time just around the corner they gave us a great deal on four new tires and had us back on the road in short order. They were professional, economical, and fast. I showed up on Saturday morning at 8 and they took my car right into the garage. I was the only customer there, so Im sure that helped get it done so quickly. During my wait I chatted with John in between his phone calls and paperwork. It might be a chain store, but John makes it feel like a family business here in Wooster. I will definitely be back!
