I drove to the E. Liberty Store From Cleveland, Ohio because Lee was so very Helpful during my Phone Call to the Store while searching for a product that was Out of Stock throughout the entire Sherwin-Williams system!We need a Gallon of Concrete Stain and the Base needed to mix was non existent. Lee made a suggestion to substitute another Base and adjust thepigments to achieve what we needed...He did a fantastic JOB and I am grateful beyond words...Thank You Lee for the Super Service...

The Wooster downtown location was a great choice for getting helpful & friendly service.

I always use Sherwin Williams paint - but - Id rather go to the North end store. Seems like the downtown store employees (and one inparticular) are not as knowledgeable, personable, nor helpful.Frankly I feel talked down to - I KNOW MY PAINTS AND APPLICATIONS - too bad they either dont know their own products or dont feel the need to share their knowledge with customers.

Professional and courteous employees. They generally take less time to mix the paint than the big box does.

They have a huge selection of colors, and the staff is great about giving advice and suggestions.
