First off I want to say how pleased I am with the improvements of this location! I started shopping Sally many years ago when I lived in NH. I found this place when I moved to MA. It was close and convenient but at the time it was not a pleasant experience. The women/girls who worked there were very snooty and rude to me, and so after only a year or so I stopped shopping here all together.I learned of some products from a friend and decided to give them a 2nd chance. I was greeted right away when I entered, and from the opposite side of the store! The ladies were very attentive and friendly! Never once did I feel ugly or undeserving of being there as I previously had.It was very clean and organized and the young woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about her store and the products within. She gave me very nice advice. I complimented the place before I left as I was breathing a sigh of relief. Its not easy for women to shop beauty products... so many out there are snobby and judgy. I no longer see that here, very refreshing! Ill definitely go back! Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. Purchased 300 worth of stuff. Went back to exchange one of the products. Girl was rude as hell. Gave me an attitude god knows why. And in the end when asked about a bag to put the stuff I had just bought told I had to pay 15 cents. Horrible service.

I have had great customer service every time I have gone in the store and interacted with Tori . She has gone the extra mile in assisting me to find what I need . I dont know much about colors and she has always taken the extra time to make sure I get all I need . I appreciate you Tori . Youre a great asset !!!

I really love the OneNOnly Argan Oil hair Color 8G. I would have given 5 stars but I got extra Hair color last time I was in the area. I bought 2 of the color & 2 developer. The staff person found one of my color in the showroom but had to go into the back room to get the second tube. I had almost finished one of the color tubes which was fine. Doing my hair this morning I had to use the new tube of 8G color. My hair turned out much darker . Box was marked 8G light golden blonde & it turns out the tube was actually 7G medium golden blonde so now when we are done with Covid I will have to address this error with the store staff, return the 7G & get the 8G instead.

Not happy that my coupon didnt work and I was told it was online only. The coupon clearly stated on the bottom could be used in store or online. This happens all the time. They were under staffed also.

Great staff that are knowledgeable on products, and the store is so clean. So convenient with my shopping at Webster square plaza.
