Extensive inventory. Anything you need you will probably find. They follow you around the store from entrance to exit and even watch while you are checked out. I feel these are explicit instructions to employees from store owners. But like I said, they have every kind of braid you could ever want.

I previously shopped here about 4-5 times to get hair for upcoming hair appointments. Those experiences weren’t to bad. But my most recent experience was the worst experience ever. I went there to get some hair for box braids, I asked the employee working about what hair I would need and then showed her a picture of what I wanted specifically. She grabs me the packs of hair and tells me this is what I need. I then asked again if it was the right hair and she reassured me that it was. So i go to check out in which was about $50 total and then head to my appointment. To make a long story short, the woman working gave me the completely wrong hair and i went back to just exchange the hair for the correct one. The clerk was rude and didn’t try to help at all. HORRIBLE customer service. I am never going there again!

Employees profile customers and follow you around the store as if youre a thief. This has happened to me every time I have gone in there. We, black women, need to stop supporting businesses that disrespect and criminalize us. Take your hard earned coins elsewhere!

Everything in the store is good 100% the only problem is the women LITERALLY follow you around and most of the times they not even saying nothing to you. Legit on your face like 6ft apart is does not exist in they’re vocabulary 😭 mad uncomfortable too I get out the store without getting everything I need.

They have a huge inventory I love that. The only thing I didnt like was feeling rushed and pushed around while I shopped. I had never been in there so naturally I wanted to take a look around, but I didnt really get the chance bc it was just uncomfortable and felt Awkward.

Great place! I’ve been coming here for years. They are the largest beauty supply store specializing in Human and synthetic wigs, extensions, clip-ins, ponytails in Worcester. Their prices are very reasonable and the people are very nice! Definitely would recommend this place.

Great store, everything you would need for any hair style. They have been open through the Covid-19 using social distancing, and keeping doors open. Thanks for knowing what was essential

Price was good, nice people working there.

I went into the store trying to buy an attachable pony tail and one of the employees told me that the piece I was buying was just a tie that I could put in very quickly and it looked like just weave but she insisted that it was a ponytail and sold it to me for $25 and then I got home and opened it and it was just weave. She gave me false information on the product and clearly knew it wasnt what I was looking for but sold it to me anyways.

Once again visited main beauty supply today. I was stalked I was profiled and please believe I had enough money to pay for everything I wanted and more. For some reason I was not allowed to shop in peace I was followed in every aisle even when I went upstairs I understand that people steal but following me is not going to stop people from stealing. as matter of fact following me is preventing you from catching people who are stealing. you are following the wrong person. I am no longer shopping here I should be respected where I go spend my hard-earned money and not be harassed profiled judged just because I look a certain way. terrible way to do business.

The old man who owns the place charged my card $924 yet my purchase was $92. When I went back to let him know, he said I should have checked the receipt. They are so arrogant and have no customer service.Very unreliable and rude owner/employees, I placed my order which they sold to another person few days after they called me to say it was available for pick up. I had gone there twice a month after placing my order and it wasn’t in then when it arrived they sold it to someone else and didn’t even feel sorry about their poor customer service and the inconvenience of going there several times looking for my order. Would not recommend this store to anybody😭

Has almost every beauty product and hair tool I could ever ask for. Was surprised to find they also sell Adore Hair Dye which is super difficult to find. Staff is really friendly. Every visit to this store is a pleasant experience! The only annoying thing is the 10 dollar limit if you want to use a card instead of cash. If you are a product junkie you will want to buy everything. DO NOT BUY EVERYTHING.

The owner is not nice at all. But, pretends to be. He overcharged me and when I went to tell him, he was so disrespectful and rude. I will never go back to Main Beauty Supply. Theres other beauty stores you can buy from. My family will not buy from them as well. Spend your money, else where.

Very rude. They don’t value customers they follow you in every single row you look at. They are like a robocop on you. Is ok to protect your business but not to the extreme of making people feel on uncomfortable. Not everyone steels. The owner is very rude and has no manners or ethic. I have not shopped here in over 5 years but I will never forget how I was treated on several ocasions.it is very important to leave my feedback so people know where your valued money is going.

The people that work here are not friendly they make it seem like every customer that goes in there are going to steal something, they watch you like a hawk and make you feel VERY uncomfortable. You cant even shop in peace without one of the employees standing right next to you. Very uncomfortable environment. Will NEVER be going there again.

They have all you need for your hair, I mean everything for hair, the ladies there very nice and friendly but parking is a problem.

As everyone else has said, they follow you around as if youre going to steal and constantly and aggressively ask you if you need help, even after youve politely declined help the first 5 times they asked.
