This place might not look so good from the outside but the owner nelson is really friendly and honest on what can be done to your car and how much everything is. he has a ton of knowledge on what is going on and if he doesnt he makes sure that he will find out before he touches anything. for all the people with negative comments and reviews this is a real business man that works hard for we he has to do and does a great job. you obv didnt like your service because you tried to cheat him out of something or try to play games.

Do not go to them for anything, they will screw you over. I paid for a stereo to get put in and they did not put in a dash kit. Told me to wait a week, it has now been a month and now they stated that I did not pay them for the kit when I paid $25 extra on what I gave them. They are thieves and will take what ever they can from you. Not only this but I also found out that other people that have gone there have gotten their stereo stolen after they put it in, pretty sure they jack people they install equipment in.

Soundquest is the premier installation of your automotive electronic need ..super professional and the quality of work is unmatched in Massachusetts I have had many vehicles done here but my latest one is a 2005 Mercedes S430 4matic..ordered the newest innovative touchscreen upgrading all the old giving the car the most crisp sounding system he installed an 1800 watt amp 15 inch kicker and it sounds awesome I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
