I bought a 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid from these guys in April. They worked with me on financing and I ended up finding a plan that worked for me. The car came home, and I realized that the passenger side fog light and windshield wiper fluid reservoir were damaged and didnt work. I was originally dismayed, but they ordered the parts right away and fixed it within a week, free of charge. They also worked around my schedule, which I appreciated. The staff is very friendly and informed, and now I have a new car that runs perfectly, meets my mileage needs, and just feels nice to drive in. A couple of hiccups, but they were very gracious about all of my concerns and now everything works great and Im very happy!

I first wanted to wait a couple month before writing about my purchase of an all-electric 2016 Fiat 500e from MetroWest - then I forgot about it. Now more than seven month later and doing 95% of my driving with this speedy and amazingly roomy vehicle, I want to recommend MetroWest. Eugenes knowledge concerning EVs is extremely solid and working on the transaction details with Amanda was as well pragmatic, friendly and straight forward. My smoothest vehicle shopping experience ever. I will definitely check out their inventory when Ill have to get another car in the future.

During my holiday I decided to visit Metro West auto sales to see an electric Fiat 500.Idea was if the car was good to have a mediation company to ship it over to Europe.When arrived Eugene the owner gave us a warm welcome and a test drive with the car. Once back he proved to be very well prepared in shipping cars over to Europe as he is very experienced in exporting cars.Along the process of shipping he was always friendly very fast with replies and showed to care the car went out fast and shipped in its condition as bought.I can really recommend this company as a tourist customer so can only imagine when you are a local how nice it is to buy a car here.

Sleezy cons. Purchased a Ford Explorer from them for my girlfriend. Car didnt even last a year. Transmission was giving out, the electrical harness was faulty, blower motor died, and the mounting for the seats had rotted loose. Luckily we sent it to Adesa Auctions (Probably the same place they buy all of their cars) and got into a much safer and reliable vehicle. I would have left a review sooner, but I forgot the name of this garbage pile. Steer clear of this place. Go somewhere reputable that doesnt live off auction cars.

I recently purchased a Kia Optima Hybrid here and this has been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. When I test drove the car I realized the back up camera was not working and a side button was missing from the passenger side seat. They fixed both of these issues within a few days with OEM parts. The communication every step of the way is what really set them apart from other dealers. I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way with clear transparency (which is very refreshing when shopping for a used car!) There’s no pressure here whatsoever and no pushy sales or extended warranties pushed on you. It’s just good people who are willing help! If you see a car you like here, go for it!

What a lovely experience! I had come in here with specific car in mind but unfortunately when I got to the dealership, someone had come in earlier in the morning and purchased the vehicle that I wanted! The sales rep mentioned that she will keep an eye out and call me if they get anything that I might like. Within a week, they had found me my dream car! It was even better than I imagined. The dealership also offers to register the car so I had them do that for me and I was driving away with my new car within a week of the purchase! Definitely not your average sketchy dealership, they have been very communicative and go above and beyond. I highly recommend!

I went to buy a car at metrowest auto sales in worcester ma. i had signed the contract and i told the manager that it needed tires and a few other things before i completely paid off the car. earlier today aug 5th, 2020. i get a call from metrowest auto sales stating that he needed to up the price after me making a down payment on the car and i told them that they had to replace everything that with in the 30 days grace period and magically the car was unavailable for me to buy the car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THEY GO AGAINST THE LAW OF SELLING THERE CARS. The damage yo this tire was not from me. i had told the lady in the office 2 times and told you after the 3rd time. by law you are suppose to fix the problem within the first 30 days. you fo mot make the consumer to pay for things that have been damage before i drove it the first time.

First of all I love my 2016 Nissan Leaf. It is becoming my favorite car ever (Since 1970).Metro West is about 60 miles from my home but it had the best price for exactly the car that I wanted and was even the color that I wanted.I waited for three months before posting this review because I wanted to make sure there were no problems. The car has been superb. I love so many things that I didnt even know about the car.I was so happy about the experience of buying the care. Eugene was great. We took a long test drive and talked about all manner of things but especially the problems of buying an electric car. Eugene was extremely knowledgeable and showed me apps on his phone for charging stations and that Nissan Dealerships have free high speed chargers that you can use for free.The paperwork was a breeze but I did have to register the car myself. Even that was well worth it to get this car.My experience with Metro West was the best Ive had purchasing a car. Eugene will be my first call the next time Im looking to buy a car

I have always believed in supporting local businesses. About a week ago I came across Metrowest Auto Sales not too far from my work. My son will be taking his road test and wanted to look at a few cars they had just to get some ideas for his future purchase. I called the owner Eugene and scheduled an appointment. He waited for us extra half an hour because my son was working late. We arrived and were very pleasantly greeted by Eugene who showed us around, allowed my son to look at a few cars available. Also talked about different features they had and our financing options. Even though we are not making any purchases yet, I strongly believe we will be going there to purchase a vehicle for my son because of the level of professionalism, great customer service skills and personal attention we received that day. Tested a 2012 Prius plug-in here which seemed ok but then I looked at some of their other cars and decided to go elsewhere...For example, there was a Honda Civic hybrid right out front that was covered in dirt and pebbles. They also had a Camry hybrid which I was going to test out for my father but the oil clearly hadn’t been changed for at least 20k miles and the drivers door sounded like it was going to break off any time when opening and closing it. Ended up with a CPO 2016 Prius at a reputable Toyota dealer. I guess I will give two stars since at least I wasn’t pressured to buy and they did let me take the car out by myself.

The owner, Gene had a growing collection of affordable EVs. Though he didnt have exactly what I was looking for, he was able to find it for me.My initial hesitation with this process was due to a bad previous experience with another dealer who offered to shop for a car with my specs, and when we came to look at the car they had found, it had obvious damage that wasnt disclosed. Then they did a shoddy job fixing it and still tried to pressure us into buying it (which we didnt). It was just a waste of time.I certainly looked at online sites but the process of importing a vehicle from another state was going to be significant work. So finally I decided to let Gene give it a try.- I placed a $1k deposit (refundable if no car was purchased)- I provided search criteria (model year, price, color, condition, added features, miles)- Gene watched multiple auctions and sent full email specs of any vehicles that matched, with detailed photos- For any cars I wanted to bid on, we agreed on the max bid amount. As soon as the auction was over Gene let me know the result.- Car was shipped to MetroWest and checked out thoroughly.It took a few tries but we finally succeeded. My final price was the total auction and shipping price plus a fixed markup. No haggling or hidden fees. I comparison shopped at other dealers, and for a similar price I got a vehicle in much better condition than the alternatives - which had higher miles or evidence of damage even with a clean carfax (like our previous bad search experience).This didnt come up, but it is important to note that buying a car without being able to see it personally is inherently risky, but this is mitigated by the fact that any problems not disclosed in the auction would have to be fixed prior to delivery. The auction house is on the hook for describing the car accurately and MetroWest would handle any discrepancies.This process wont work if you need a car *today*, but if you have some time to shop and youre not willing to settle for what you can get within a short drive, this is a great way to expand your search space and get the *exact* car you want without days of busy work or taking on personal risk.Also, if youre just looking to go affordably electric, check out their little menagerie available for purchase.

Please avoid this dealership, I purchase a dump truck, the first day on my way back with the truck... A/C went... now I have a $6,000 repair on the truck because the truck needs a sensor and a turbo pipe... he sold me a warranty and guess what... they won’t cover it. Now everyone is washing their hand with the truck. I will make sure this dealership get all 1 start!!! This is ridiculous. Mind you the truck it’s only 2 months old. I will fix the truck but rest assured I will make sure authorities know about this even do I will be screw because supposedly the Limón law doesn’t apply to commercial vehicles...

I called to inquire about a viehicle that I had alteady sent two emil requires about with no redponse. I got some guy on the phone I could not understand. When I asked him to repete him self he got very rude. I would not deal with them if they were the last used car dealer on the planet !

This is the second time Ive purchased a used vehicle and the first using a used car dealership, so I was apprehensive. I was looking for a low cost electric vehicle to enter the market and this dealership seemed to carry a selection of electric and hybrid vehicles. Amanda and Eugene were very straightforward and easy to work with and this purchase wasnt an easy one. I test drove the car and, beforehand, they explained that they just got the car and needed to replace the brakes and tires. At high speeds I was able to see what they meant. I told them Id wait until they replaced the brakes and try them. I called a day later to understand what replacing the brakes entailed and I was satisfied that they were doing it properly based on the Eugenes explanation of the work that was planned. Trusting them, I put a down payment on the car and they explained that if there was any problem and I changed my mind, then they would refund the money. I wanted to secure that car and the down payment was so paltry (< 1.5% of the cost of the car) that I was willing to do that. Ive read a couple of low rating reviews of people who felt the car was sold out from under them, but if you arent willing to put the ridiculously low down payment to secure the car, then you clearly arent willing to commit to buying it and it is your fault for making that choice. Car worked great and Eugene worked with me to address my 1 big concern before buying it. Now, they were really great about me picking up the car. I was in between 2 trips, so I explained to them my needs. I put the down payment before my first trip and purchased the car when I returned. However, I did not have time to pick up the car before my next trip, so I paid a small fee for them to register and inspect the car for me while I was away. There was a miscommunication (on their part) about when I was picking up the car. Amanda looked up my information and immediately acknowledged the confusion and cleared it up accepting responsibility. They dont play games. I picked the car up 10 days after I purchased it. They arranged an after hours pick up putting the key in a lock box which worked beautifully so I didnt need to miss work to get it. Everything Euguene told me about this car checked out with the research I had done on it (I did not tell him I knew its history already). They didnt have anything to hide. Im very happy with the car and felt good about the purchase. Ive invested a lot of time writing this detail so you can get a feel for my experience working with them. I would go back to them again.

After finding the car I was interested in, I contacted Nadia and requested some additional information. Every time I communicated with either Nadia or Eugene, they were both professional and prompt in their responses. They sent me additional pictures of the car and they also arranged to take it to a local Subaru dealership to have a used car inspection completed for me since I was not planning to fly out to see the car.During this time I read the many testimonials on their website. Many of the same themes in the testimonials were applying to my experience -- best prices, professional staff and honest people.After completing the purchase I worked with them to get the car transported back to WI. This is the only car dealer I go to in Metrowest area. Always the best deals and incredible service. I bought my Honda from them six months ago and they beat any price that I saw around. Unlike many other dealerships, you can feel that you are not getting ripped off and the car you are getting will be reliable. These are the friendliest and most honest car dealers that you will ever find.

Rented a uhaul from this place and no one was here to fill our order at the expected time. The process was not well-organized and they were clearly not prepared for myself and the two other customers who showed up on time to get our rental trucks. The owner eventually showed up, but this was definitely an inconvenience for a service that was paid for. I’d recommend renting from a legitimate uhaul location rather than this dealership.

Eugene was excellent to work with! I purchased my first electric vehicle this week, and now dont pay for any gas on my daily commute. I will return in the future when its time to move on from the family minivan.If you are looking to get into EVs, a used one is a great way to start and this is the place to go!...Just make sure Eugene shows you how to set the charging schedule before you drive off. I spent a day panicking that my car wasnt charging...only to discover it was set to only charge between midnight and 3am by the previous owner!

They carry a wide variety of cars. They even have 2 different electric cars: the Fiat 500e and the Smart FourTwo EV.There are also plenty of conventional ICE cars and even a few hybrid models.

My husband bought his car from this dealer and had wonderful experience. he was able to fill out application online and get approved without going to the dealership first. the next day we came there together and test drove the car. it was in great condition and just as in pictures. the thing i liked most is that they are not typical sales people who are usually excessively persistent, on the contrary, we were able to test drive the car (just two of us) and then make our decision without any pressure. would highly recommend this place.

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara here. Purchase went smoothly. They were friendly, and accomodating throughout. An issue did arise after sale was completed, which unfortunately resulted in a tow. However, they were completely willing to have the needed repairs made, and in a very timely matter. I would certainly recommend them in the future.

Went here to buy a 07 Honda Civic. The car is in wonderful shape and very clean. Had some issues with payment but worked out in the end.

Great dealership with nice staff and good cars! It was a struggle for me to find a good used car and a dealer i can trust. Been searching for months and finally came across of a truck i was looking for. I immediately called the office and scheduled an appointment to come and test drive the car. Went there later on that day and drove the car, was very pleased with what i saw. Truck was exactly as it appeared on the photos, clean and well maintained. I left a deposit and went to the bank next day. Guys at the dealership were super nice and cooperative. Next day i showed up there with a check and got the vehicle. Very happy with my purchase and will come back here for another vehicle when time comes.
