My husband and I went here for the first time yesterday.....what a great experience! Angel was incredibly wonderful to deal with, his personality and professionalism is certainly a major asset. Our exams and time spent with the doctor was great and Samantha was absolutely awesome in walking us through the myriad of insurance options and helping us make great choices! I was very impressed with Eyes and will definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr. Feucht and his staff are simply amazing. They provide great care. The staff is also very attentive and always nice when you go into or call office. They can be very professional when required and very down to earth and friendly when striking up normal conversation. A welcomed experience.Love the selection of glasses they have as well!

I’m not one to leave reviews but i felt this needed to be said: Samantha at Eyes on Worcester is extremely unprofessional.Literally my first time ever going to this place my first impression of the place was amazing. The employees were super nice until i got to the part where i had to try on glasses. Apparently Samantha was training this women named Leah? I’m not sure if i got it right. Leah introduced herself to me and then said she had to get her supervisor because she’s still training.They came back and Leah proceeded to explain the next steps.. Samantha RUDLY interrupted her mans proceeded to insult her.. in-front of a new customer?? i can’t even imagine what she does when nobody is around. I then had to ask her about 2 times for her to send me a copy of my prescription.. got an attitude. never got it. Had to email her another time and finally got my prescription.The doctors and staff were very nice but i don’t know if i will be going back if someone with that negativity will be there.

Great experience. Went in for my first appointment here, yesterday. They were super careful and had awesome protocols for Covid. The “eye” aspects of the appointment were great. From the exam to the picking out glasses portion, my experience could not have been better. Thank you!

Ok, so being a new customer I don’t really post reviews, and I wish I could have given this place a 5 star, but I couldn’t. For one the staff at the front desk was very friendly, Natalie especially. Anyways once Dr Feucht came in he seemed nice at first, but I felt like he was being sarcastic at times which made me feel uncomfortable especially when it was my first time there. I had been going some where else for many years but was forced to look else where because my insurance was no longer accepted, anyways I paid $130 for a contact lens exam which was extreme when in the past I’ve paid $80, and that was not only at my last eye doctor, I’ve gone other places and that was the set price... I will never do that again! Anyways so I finished my appointment and once I was done with my trial contact lenses I had called to see what my next step was, as mentioned before Natalie was very nice and she was the one speaking to me, she had told me she was still training on the contact lenses part, well it came down to her figuring out the pricing of the contact lenses when someone in the background was telling her what to do but she was being so rude to Natalie and I could hear everything she was saying to her, me personally if someone is just training on something they’re LEARNING! There’s no need for an attitude while training someone. It got to the point where I had told Natalie to not get discouraged and that she was doing a good job. I’m not sure if I will ever go back to that place, sad to say just the whole vibe was very uncomfortable.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had with an eye appointment. When I was waiting to be called they yelled for the next patient to come up but they didn’t come out to the waiting room to let the person follow them instead they stayed in their seats. We were very confused as to who they were talking to, the glass is closed off so we can see them so it honestly was really annoying they kept calling us but how were we supposed to know they were talking to us. The whole appointment felt rushed their wasn’t anyone else it was It busy at all. They didn’t dilate my eyes to check my eyes so I feel that this visit was incomplete. After that we looked at the glasses the lady was very rude and didn’t seem to be good with people. It felt rushed and she basically made it very clear we were wasting her time. The staff that work at the desk are truly rude and they don’t seem to care. They aren’t good with people and Seem like they are forced to do so. I’m truly disappointed in this place. They need better staff.

The exam was fine, normal, and didnt raise any concerns, but the Dr. gave me 3 different sets of expired contact lenses (and not just a month out of date... these had all expired over a year ago). He also gave me expired contact solution (this was only a couple months expired, but still). It makes me concerned that theres apparently so little oversight of their stock that they can give out lenses and samples that have been expired for over a YEAR. Makes me wonder what else there is minimal oversight on?

From the moment I spoke with representative to visit with Dr I was very comfortable and very impressed by the technology compared to my other eye specialist was just so far advanced.It was something that I personally did not expect. In short when I walked out of office I new I just had the best eye exam technology has to offer.Thank you eyes on Worcester for being so professional.

The staff is very nice, Dr Feucht is great, all of the equipment & techniques used to check my eyes are modern & clean. The one test that checks behind your eyes (not covered by insurance) for $40 is worth it to me. I want to know about the possible start of diabetes & glaucoma in my system since it runs in my family! Buying a year worth of contacts through them is a steal! I have been going to EOW for two years now after being recommended by my previous Dr of 30 years who retired.

Had a fantastic experience when I visited the office for my annual exam. The staff was very friendly and courteous and I was in with the doctor in what felt like a breeze. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable and also took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions and concerns very patiently. Definitely heading back there next year!

This is a great eye doc practice! The staff and the doctors are very helpful and work well with my insurance coverage. Most importantly, my contacts are very comfortable and my vision is great also. They also have a good selection of glasses frames, and they have a very helpful person assisting the customers in choosing the right frames and glasses for their needs. I had a great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable in letting me know what my insurance covered for glasses and contacts. They let me know what additional costs I would be paying if I wanted different coatings or other lens options for my glasses. Great overall experience. The staff was informative, friendly and punctual with my set appointment time ( which seems to be VERY rare with eye docs). I found the doctor to be thorough and outgoing, but not too chatty. I found a killer new pair of glasses and I am planning to return for sunglasses.

I called just now to make appointments for my family. The call was aswered and put on without even saying hello. I called again and the same thing happened. I thought there was a connection problem but the third time I called someone actually said please hold. Thats when I realized there were no connection issues. Then, after waiting 3 minutes on hold she hung up. If making an appointment is this hard, I suppose the actual experience will not be pleasant.

My Optometrist changed practices to Eyes On Worcester. Of course I would follow him wherever he went. I was very nervous going into a new venue after all these years. Not to worry. The ladies in the front office are terrific and made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Tracey the Optician was great and helped me find frames I was comfortable with. The new equipment available for my eye health was state of the art. All in all, my experience was 5-star all the way. Thanks Eyes On Worcester !!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Feucht and all the staff I encountered. I came in with a scratched cornea and they fit me in ASAP for an emergency visit. Dr. Feucht fixed up my eye quickly and followed up several times to make sure I was healing properly. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. I will be getting all of my eye care needs from now on at Eyes on Worcester and recommend all my friends and family do the same.

My experience was wonderful. I did not have to wait long. The doctor actually help me out. I went to another doctor that accident my prescription completely wrong and he fixed the mistake even idiot. Came here on a Monday morning during a snow storm for a long overdue checkup. I walked in without an appointment and was able to be seen immediately. Fortunately for me that day, a few people called out so I was able get an appointment the day of.I met Dr. Saini who gave me a very thorough exam and made me feel at ease especially since its been so long since I had an eye exam. At the end of the exam he gave me recommendations on glasses and contacts that best fit my needs. Will come back again!

The eye doctor was very nice Dr.F, I have no idea how to spell the name haha but he is one of the partners that own the practice. The visit was so quick, and Ive always struggled finding the right perscription, he found me the perfect one in less than 10 minutes. The woman who helps you pick out your glasses is kind and honest and fully explains your insurance benefits and costs. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Brought my 8 yr old whom Wasn’t to thrilled about having to go in the first place but was instantly comfortable and made to feel welcome the eye dr kept his attention the entire time by talkin to him and asking him questions making the entire exam go so much faster then u would expect . Ever wonder why people shop for eyeglasses online, Target, Pearle? Went here for the first time. Had my prescription. Just want to look for frames. Oh we have to put your info in the system, then you have to wait to see the Optical Manager. I dont think so. My time is too precious. Yet they promote wanting people to review them on Google, FB, etc. Ok, here it is!

Great staff friendly, professional over all best place to get care for your eyes

The staff here is very unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude. My eyes were hurting real bad and I needed an urgent replacement for my glasses. I had a recent prescription and stopped by to ask for a quote. The lady we spoke with was reluctant to talk to us even though it was 40 minutes before closing time. She made every effort to point out petty reasons to send us away. She had this, ‘I don’t care’ air around her. She first asked me if I had my insurance details on me. I did so she had to move on to the next thing. She asked if I had the prescription. I had a copy on my phone and showed it to her. She said she found it hard to read the prescription from the phone and will need a printout before she can talk to me. (This place probably has a printer, no?) Even on my phone all she had to do was zoom in to see the prescription clearly. She was clearly pretending to not be able to read so that she can make it look like she sent me away because of a genuine reason. The irony is that a person who fixes vision for a living claimed she could not read my prescription!This place does not need customers.

I had been a patient for over ten years under the previous ownership so I was extremely disappointed at the customer service during my most recent encounter with Eye on Worcester. I called to schedule an appointment on a Friday because I had lost my contact lenses the night before. I was unsuccessful at connecting with anyone, left several messages, and tried booking the appointment online. I did not receive a call back until the following Wednesday. By then I had already gone to HB Eye doctor on West Boylston St and had already received my contact lenses thanks to their excellent and prompt response. I will no longer be a patient at Eyes on Worcester. If you are looking for a good eye doctor, and great customer service, I highly recommend you checking out HB Eye Care.

I went to see Dr. Feucht for contacts. I have a high prescription and astigmatism. I have tried wearing contacts in the past with little success. But Im wearing them now! He got the best possible results and was very thorough. He explained everything to me about my vision and the pros and cons of going up or down on my perscription. He also worked with me to get the correct strength for reading glasses to use with my contacts. He is a genuinely nice man who seems to really care about his patients, their eye health and quality of vision. My husband and daughter will be seeing him as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Feucht to all.

Absolutely the most frustrating experience Ive ever had with an eyeglass store. I brought them an pair glasses that they refused to fix and insisted I had to buy new frames. I bought the brand new frames which they proceeded to immediately break and refused to compensate me for. Luckily I went to Forgues Eyecare who were able to fix both pairs.

Quick rushed revolving door of clients, seemingly knowledgable yet rushed service and extremely tiny selection of frames and no way to order any frames/color of frames as well. Pricing was average ++ . They were honest about costs, but they were 100 more dollars than I was quoted at vision source for same lense but more expensive/quality frame from VS. I was so rushed I hope I actually like the completed glasses when they finally arrive in two weeks. I never write reviews in decades of google, but felt this truly was a rushed high pressure situation. that being said.. Update- although I did not get an eye exam and the situation had nothing directly to do with a doctor, The doctor did call me and hear the situation. I think the tiny selection of frames it what it is and he admits they are overwhelmed right now and are rectifying the situation by trying to hire new help. I added star from 2 to 3. Just for the fact that he did atleast call.

Okay, so Ive been here twice to bring my daughter and son. The first time I went I thought appointment went okay. Although I did have some issues and concern with how Dr. Feucht was with my kids, I thought it was an okay experience. Ive now gone here twice and my second time bringing my children i felt way more unpleasant and disturbed. Initially when i first went in Dr. Feucht was very handsy, kept touch and tickling my children a lot. This second time around that i went, he was way more touchy with my children i felt extremely bothered and disturbed, after speaking with my friend who referred me here and stopped going because she felt the same way, I no longer will be going here.I hope you take this review into consideration and change the way you approach your young patients Dr. Feucht.

Very disappointed....my daughter 5yo started going to this eye doctor about a year ago. Previous she went to one other eye dct. Its been determined shell wear glasses for the rest of her life. Personally Its all about money. Every three months come back for another check up o wait lets try patching lets up the scripts every 3 months to bill for new glasses. Bring glasses in to get fixed dont even fix them right. Get home and lense pops out again. Told if we put new eye pads there gonna ten bucks a piece but for you well do five...all the about making the dollar. Ill stick with walmart at least they fix there products no charge and they fix them right the first time. I will NEVER recommend this place . E turner

Went in for a new prescription and when I went to get glasses somewhere else they said the prescription isnt possible. So I went in to have them fix it and the girl at the desk had an attitude with having the doctor fix them every time Ive tried to talk to her about it. Not very impressed with the costumer service.
