I needed gas... This was next to the highway.I pull in and the attendant demanded I give him a 15% + tip. You dont demand a tip before you even pump the gas. Full service does not require a Tip.The service guy was rude and asking questions about what was in the Xerox boxes in my car.I wasnt going to argue with him .. and kept asking if I wanted a fill up even when I only asked for 20.After the forced tip... I ended up paying 3.22 per gallon. And not the 2.79 advertised.This place is as crooked as they come. Dont go there.

If I could give zero star I would! And Im also assuming my review may be taken off by the company if they see it. Well here is the deal: I have only visited two times and every single time I bring my car there, I came back with a new problem. And yes the service manager Frank WILL totally blame it on YOU without even taking an investigation first. The first time it came in to fix my heating system and could not get the wiring right so one of my service light is on and Frank told me that I have to pay for it (now he is tricky and he made it sound like as if he is helping you) the Second time, I came in for a check engine light on and they charged me a full hour even when I already told them it was probably because of the gas cap. Gas cap changed - came back with a new problem with the gas tank. And came back to Frank - IMMEDIATELY he started blaming it on me but only find out that they forgot one of their tools IN MY CAR!! HOW CAN YOU EVEN TRUST THEM FOR YOUR LIFE?? Not to mention they rip off your money withe a straight face. Frank if you are reading this, yes Im talking about you and your business, I am NEVER EVER gonna come back again for anything! What is wrong with your conscience!!!

Never go here, should be shut down

I just went here to get $20 worth of gas and handed the attendant my credit card, he then proceeded to walk away and left my car pumping. When I looked back at the pump it was already at $31 so I jumped out of the car to turn off the pump myself. The attendant then angrily argued (rather than saying it could have been some type of miscommunication, even though it wasn’t) that I had asked for $40 worth of gas. He proceeded to squeeze the handle and starting pumping more gas into my tank. The miscommunication was obviously completely intentional and a way to get me to spend more money on gas there. I will not be going back and advise everyone to stay away from this place.

It is not open for 24 hours. Google fix that.

Had a guest over at our apartment, who parked in a spot clearly marked Visitors parking only. Three hours later, his truck was gone. Called, and the guy was incredibly rude on the phone, cussing at my fiance. We drove over to the Sunoco station on Shrewsbury street to get it; No one was here and we had to wait for someone to arrive. The whole thing is a scam. They get kick backs from businesses in the city for towing people for no reason. Like all the other reviews say, they need to be put out of business.

Attendant was too busy licking boots to notice they overfilled my gas tank

I was treated rudely, left on the sidewalk in middle of the night, was illegally towed, offered no assistance in getting my car back through the proper procedures, told they accept cash to NOT seize my car and sadly dragged into this racket they are running. This place should be put out of business FOR GOOD. Come on Worcester, your a better city than to let this kind of SCUM bring down American infrastructure.

Terrible customer service, rude, threw my change

The driver was nice and even backed it up in traffic, pretty amazing.

Towed my car from Jillians last night even though there were plenty of open parking spots and I happened to park in one that was for the Goodwill next door. Tower claims that the owner of Jillians wants him to do it. I have to imagine the only explanation to tow your customers car would be that they are receiving kickbacks for doing it which is really scum of the earth stuff. Wont be visiting Jillians again and I am reporting this company to the BBB for the lack of any attempt to notify me that my car was about to be towed which would have required 10 steps into Jillians.

I have been here 3 times to get gas & not ONCE did I get gas! The 1st time they said they didnt take K-Mart bonus points& he was rude& I said I wouldnt be back. he then yelled at me to leave! 2nd time they told me it would be 10 minutes to get gas & just now, my Price Chopper card wouldnt swipe & he said he couldnt punch in my #. 3 Strikes youre OUT! Ive also seen their tow truck speeding through town with a car hooked up! I KNOW they screwed up these cars! I dont know WHY they are still in business. POSS!!!!!!!

Never, ever have we encountered such a rude, obnoxious, foul mouthed, dishonest, cheap, lack of morals business owner. Pats Towing at 5 Shrewsbury Street in Worcester should be out of business. This is how you treat my family visiting from out of town? Just remember Karma

This is the worst place ever! Tows you when there are no signs in front of the spots they are towing from. Has no justification as to why theyre towing besides doing their jobs when the companies they are towing from are closed for the night to begin with...

The owners are very rude and the towing service/garage will likely damage your vehicle.
