Outstanding performance. Booked Covid 19 vaccination on line and the whole process was outstanding. CVS should be in charge for the entire state for booking appointments. Great job and friendly and courteous staff. THANK YOU!

Had a script called in for me. This was the closest CVS. I called to check if it was ready to go. Waited about 10-15 minutes for an answer, I was stuck on hold. I decided to head over while on hold. I made it all the way to CVS while on hold. I get to CVS and there are three people behind the counter. Im still on hold and can hear the phone announcing there is a call on hold which is me. There is someone else standing in front of me, no one is helping. Finally get some help and the guy at the counter says it will take 15-30 minutes. I can still hear the phone announcing Im on hold. Never coming to this location again. If they cant even answer the phone or try and help customers in the store then I have little to no faith they are doing or even trying to do there job correctly. Never again.

The most incompetent CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. Called and was put on hold for 20 minutes only for some new pharmacist to pick up and ask me why I was calling. The man told me my order was on “back order” but put it nowhere in the system to be filled or that I needed it.I was told they stopped making 23 gauge needle. I dont know is a common answer out these people’s mouths. I asked for a syringe injection needle and she charged me for 2 of them.. i hope the 40 cents was worth it lady because after the stress and back and forth you all put my thru..Then they tell me when another CVS has filled my order, they won’t call them and take the order, my doctor has to send a whole new order to them. I was told this on three medications and two are non-controlled.Im going to park street because not one of these people know what theyre doing and it’s embarassing for them and time consuming for me.

This store and pharmacy rating. The store is dirty, there was no other way to describe it. The staff in the store were friendly but the pharmacists are not friendly or helpful. I feel this matters when it comes to explaining medications and side effects. I would not recommend this particular location to pick up prescriptions or shop if you are worried about cleanliness.

Very dirty pharmacy. The staff with the blue scrubs and dreads was very rude to one of my clients. She did not have a mask on and was coughing as well. Shes on the consultation area. I really hope the DPH takes a good look at this because she should really be reported.

They cant do nothing right. They rude.let me explain Im not talking about the whole staff only the pharmacy staff. I think most of the girl specially the Latinas one have a special attitude or discrimination problem 2on communication. They always have a problem when you try to ask a question and trust me the customer is never right there you feel like there gonna attack you at anytime and all you are doing is there job they take accounts without even asking the patient and then they cant handle all the accounts and deliverys so I go to try and do there job for my clients and they treat me like Im the problem you have to patient for the attitude you receive there for 90%of the staff that dont like there job or are homephobic.

The male pharmacists there are actually really nice but some of the helping staff in the pharmacy section can be very rude. Karlie, for example, appears to have anger issues and a bad attitude. I hope she learns to appreciate the job more and recognizes the impact she has on those around her.

This CVS has the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The pharmacists are incompetent, especially Jennifer. Not only do they fill the wrong prescriptions, they also fill them way too frequently.All of the other staff there is great and super helpful though.

The Worst! Lidia doesnt know what she is talking about and doesnt let you explain situations. She talks over you then hangs up! choose a different pharmacy if you want to deal with people who care and know their job. Maybe she needs more training not sure, but I can tell she hates working there. smh

Very convenient location : directly across the street from the park, directly behind Worcester city hall ; a Dunkin Donuts and Honey Dew are on the same block ; the best head shop in Worcester is directly next door ; the Midtown Mall, though far from its peak state of operation(s) in regards to business [not exactly booming... in fact, would likely be more closely described with term(s) such as dying] ; Worcester Career Center, no longer DIRECTLY next door [to the opposite side of Lilis (head shop)], is still rather close by - a few blocks around the corner up off of Main Street - (perhaps, a roundabout guess, being) still just hardly a 5 minute walk around the corner ; Worcester Department of Transitional Assistance [or, Worcester DTA], where one might receive their food stamps, cash assistance, etc. [Although, that basically covers their available services... not to belittle, or... erm... downplay(?) The actual magnitude of what it is they do, and/or offer, and thus consequently provide here, to the general population (however, their customer service provided is generally, most definitely, lacking... to say the least... very generously withholding anything further, in that regards ... ).The store is very clean, rather large, and otherwise, as far as Ive seen thus far, run rather well... efficiently, service is generally prompt... and, well ...I have yet to have a bad experience at this location.About to become my home store/pharmacy (as far as a CVS location anyways... to handle my existing available refills). Moved Sunday, is now the closest one. Not worried about the transition one bit.
