Their donuts, pastries, bagels, and egg sandwiches are delicious. We have never been disappointed with the food, nor the service.

I asked for a mixed dozen. They said oh, we dont have many kinds left, but proceeded to provide me with a beautifully arrayed box of 12 unique doughnuts that were the delight of the office. Much lighter & less greasy than Dunkies.

I love the ice coffee it’s so fresh and not burnt like Dunkins I don’t even go to Dunkins anymore also the breakfast sandwich is so yummy and taste fresh as well…

The chunky monkey iced coffee is to die for! Their breakfast sandwich was nice and fresh. Totally better than the other drive thru coffee places.

Love love love this place ! I finally found a place that makes my coffee perfectly. I had the crazy mocha and it’s to die for. I also ordered the pistachio muffin and it was so fresh and warm it melted in my mouth. On top of all that, staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They put up with me being so indecisive with picking a flavor and suggested I try the crazy mocha. I will definitely be back !

I’m a strange breed between liking things that aren’t too sweet but just enough, like having one dark Hershey kisses chocolate is good enough kinda girl, and Dippin donuts has my all time favorite glazed donut. It’s best fresh when bought during the day and isn’t too sweet but just has enough to go with the amount of dough. I love that they still have seasonal coffee flavors like eggnog and pumpkin, which I’m a huge fan of. The staff person was nice, she listed all available coffee flavors for me when she could tell I was confused on what flavors they had without me having to ask her. Definitely will come again!

Was so disappointed with this donut shop. The older woman at the drive though really needs a refresher in customer service. But the worse of it is the donuts themselves. Do not wast you time and money. I am sure the donuts are only made once a week(maybe on Sunday) because the donuts I purchased this morning (Friday) were anything but fresh. Also I asked for two of each (plain, coconut and butter crunch) I received 1 of each (plain, coconut, butter crunch, blueberry, red velvet and chocolate glazed) . Ended up throwing out the lot. Thank you Dippin Donuts for wasting my time and money. NEVER AGAIN !!!WOW- Two bad reviews about the same person and then within a day eight great. Good try, but next time tell your friends to stagger their reviews so its not so blatantly obvious.

I went here this past Sunday and I was so pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was and how delicious the coffee was! I’m making this my go to coffee shop! 10/10!!!

This morning I came through the drive through at Dippin Donuts at Pesanos and I ordered a Hot Chocolate. It was hot, fresh, and amazing. A lady took my order and i had asked for a choco frosted donut she gave me two! the customer service was amazing! Def. coming back.

Well what can I say about Dippin Donuts.... Best place for fresh delicious Anything in Worcester Massachusetts, I live in NYC and the only reason I cant to Worcester was to try the delicious variety of Donuts they have...and the staff is just so courteous and sweet omg is like walking in to a family reunion!!!! Guys please give this family owned establishment a visit you wont be disappointed it was worth the road trip for me. If Im a satisfied customer you guys will be satisfied as well so dont hesitate give Dippin Donuts a try and you wont try any other place ever again

The older lady that works the morning shift was very disrespectful towards me. I have cancer and all I asked was if they can make sure they use gloves, she slammed the drive thru window closed and was very unprofessional about the whole situation. Not pleased.

Every time my daughter and I are in Worcester this is a stop we always make! Not only is the customer service great the donuts are always amazing!!!
