Great food, great staff, great iced tea! The food is all homemade not frozen or anything. The breakfast sandwiches are prepared in front of you as soon as you order it. It is a great place really is a hidden gem.

Get their apricot glazed donuts & their Croissant Breakfest sandwiches (Egg, cheese, sausage & bacon) Absolutely remarkable!!Bruh it felt like Sasuke susano put a dent in my taste buds!! This place is rockin fam!

I think the muffins they served us were left over from Friday. They were horrible, dried out & crumbled all over. Never again.

I always go here for my coffee, i dont think i would ever not go here when in mass.They have great service and I go here as often as i can. Im short on money, but anytime i get a little bit of change i make sure i go here. Always greeted so kindly. Keep up the great work!

Best breakfast sandwiches and coffee around.

Excellent donuts. Good coffee. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. But OH MY GOODNESS are they slooooooow. Not a fan of waiting 20 minutes from the time I get thru the door to the time I leave. People are friendly enough, more so to the regulars, which is fine, but did I mention they are slow!!!!! A little bit of structure and multitasking could speed things up. Sorry, I want to give a five star review, but it’s slower than slow.

Always a very busy place every morning Monday through Friday. Seems like no one passes by the place because of the delicious donuts and pastries that they have for a quick morning breakfast with a cup of coffee. I like going later in the day now that Im retired walk around the side of the building just sit there and enjoy my lunch while watching the waterfall

Stopped by this morning with my two young sons. Tasty breakfast sandwich. Cant argue with the price.

After multiple opportunities given here, here’s another food place that won’t be getting my money anymore, does anyone knows what good customer service is? What about saying thank you, or smiling? Keep up the bad work Worcester.

The server was very rude when I asked which donuts they had to offer. Acting like I was asking her to go in the back and make fresh handmade donuts. The coffee was not flavored at all, and had almost no sugar when I asked for extra sugar. Will not be going back there again!

I have known the operator Billy Kasper for many years all the way back to our sons playing little ball together. I managed the Donut Express team. Bill runs a first rate donut shop,great coffee,pastries,and donuts. Very friendly staff.

Great staff and nice atmosphere. Flavored coffee are not made with those syrups. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh and made to order.

Been declining in quality. The coffee has gotten so bad I dumped my cup this morning. Bitter and stale tasting. The donuts lately have seemed less fresh as well. Most of the staff is friendly.

This place rocks, they make made to order breakfast sandwiches that are delicious. I recommend the meat sauce with egg and cheese if you like some spice!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I ORDERED A COFFEE FROM HERE AND ASKED FOR ALMOND MILK WITH TWO SPLENDAS AND THE LADY WORKING PUT REAL SUGAR IN THE COFFEE. I THAN ASKED IF I COULD HAVE SPLEDA IN MY COFFEE. THIS LADY GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND MADE ME A NEW COFFEE WITH CREAMER RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME IN MY COFFE. I ASKED IF THE COFFEE SHE GAVE ME WAS ALMOND MILK SHE SAID YES I ALSO SAID I HAD AN ALLERGY TO DAIRY. LETS JUST SAY I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH HER LYING TO MY FACE LUCKILY I DIDNT DRINK IT AND HAVE A REACTION. IF YOU DO ORDER FROM HERE I WOULD BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS.
