Independent.. so glad I called you … 👍The nice man on the phone walked me through what was wrong, an easy fix that I wasn’t aware of .. so honest, no cost!A few minutes later …my garage door works again! We recently had a spring break on our garage door. We contacted another local Garage door company that quoted us $700 to replace springs and pulleys on our garage door. I thought that price seemed a bit high, so I contacted Independent Garage Doors and spoke to Mike. I am so glad we did! Mike sent someone over within hours, and the repair cost us $146. The pulleys were fine, and just needed to be oiled, the springs were replaced. We plan to replace our garage in a few years, and I guarantee you we will be using Independent garage doors in the future!! Awesome experience all around!!

Great place to deal with, had a old door that just had to go, talked to vinny about a new door and gave me some good advise, so I went with what he had to offer, they set up a time and all I had to do was remove my door, not a problem, well he came early buy that was fine because he finished early and I had the rest of the day to myself, nice guy to talk to while he was working, I offered my help but he didnt want any so I just stayed out of the way, well I got me a very nice door now that the wife can lift to get her car out of, I would recommend him anytime, thanks vinny, ask for a raise, you should get one, great job cleaning up too.

The 5 star says it all. I called when one of my openers stopped working after lighting knocked out our power. Nicole was VERY nice on the phone as I explained how I tinkered with the opener and now need help. We set up an appointment and it was fixed (replaced) quickly and for a fair price.

I just had Independent Garage Door work on my door yesterday. I needed springs replaced and repairs to get it back to good shape. Mark from Independent Garage Door came to service my 2 garage doors. I cannot tell you how impressed I am! He did such a great and thorough job. He walked me through what the issues were, what needed to be done and when he was done it was working better than it had in years. I dont know what else to say other than when it is time for me to get replacement garage doors, I know where I am going!!!!

I had issues with both of my garage doors and made an appointment. Vinnie was my technician who made a small adjustment to get the first one working. The other door was banged up from a car and the rails were bent where it could not be lifted. Vinnie looked at it and thought out of the box where he was able to straighten out the rail Using some clamps and steel took the time to check out the motor and had it working perfectly. I had previously got a bid from another local company who wanted to replace the complete door assembly and motor.Great job done by Vinnie. I recommend this company highly.

Highly recommend. Last fall, my garage door mechanism broke, leaving my car trapped in the garage. An on call technician was able to come that evening, get the door open, and diagnose the problem. I needed to have a new opener installed, and they did the work within a week. Just recently, the opener started malfunctioning, so I called them. Within an hour, the mechanics came to my house and fixed it- and did this free of charge! They have been nothing but helpful and friendly, and with reasonable prices, too.

Such a great experience from start to finish! Independent Garage Doors essentially rescued us from an installation job that my husband started and really needed help with. From the get go, they were nothing but willing to help us out, even despite the fact that we didn’t purchase our doors through them. Nicole got back to me in less than 24 hours (which I feel NEVER happens when you send an inquiry through a website!) and within two weeks, they were at our house and even helped us to fix the one door we had already installed (incorrectly, which we never would have known). Our garage door spring broke one Saturday evening. I used their site to email them as a non emergency and they called me within 10 minutes of their opening on Monday AM. They also got someone out that day to take a look. Even though they had to order the part, they made a temporary repair until the part came in. They called me when the part arrived and replaced it late on a Friday afternoon. They were kind, quick, efficient and affordable. I would highly recommend them!
