I use to love Price Chopper. The ones in Worcester MA have not enough stocked items & raised prices. I stopped going. Now shopping Market Basket or Walmart.

Very big, large selection of various liquors but they seem to excel at wines. U cant find what youre looking for, ask because the employees are always more than happy to help. Lots of parking w/ handicapped parking right near the door, ( most places the handicap parking is a distance away, makes no sense.) Very clean the times Ive gone there & they are quite adamant about safety, ( COVID19, masks, sanitizers, etc,) Lots of carriages so u dont have to walk around w/ too many products, lol.Theyre very strict w/ IDs so be aware u young uns, lol.Also, I may not drink beer but what Ive seen is extensive, especially w/ craft beers, local beers, etc. They also have racks of snack products like chips, etc. Prices are competeitve.

Everything in stock good help and I never have a problem find what Im looking for and if you do its always somebody there to give you a hand and help you great store I shop there for 30 years never had a problem price is a good and help a great happy 4th to all of you down in Austin liquors God bless

This Austins location maintains the standard you expect from the chain. Staff is generally pleasant and helpful. Excellent selection with many esoteric local offerings and some off-the-beaten path oddities. Layout is easy to navigate and the area is kept clean.Good luck taking a left onto Park Ave. out of the lot.

I appreciate that they ask for i.d to confirm age. however I dont like the fact I was asked to step outside and wait for my best friend, CAUSE I forgot my license at home after the many times I come here. I have lived in the neighborhood for almost 2years now and spend alot of money here. I am sure not everyone gets asked for i.d as I have witness many times I did NOT have to show i.d. concerns me CAUSE I look like I am 15 but there are under age people who look in their 30s-40s. The only employees who give me a hard time and are rude are the younger ones as the older woman and man already know who we are and are very nice, respectful, friendly people.

Great selection. On most days, some of the associates will kindly help if you look confused & start reading the label. Im grateful for that because the variety can be overwhelming. The associates that cash you out are also usually polite & professional. Once in a while, youll run into the oddball who starts off friendly then ignores you when you ask back how their day is etc. Its funny though, because then you know its time to get your purchase & go make friends elsewhere!😏☺

Austin liquors is our go to wine store. Nice and serviceable. People there have always been friendly and helpful. Nice wide aisles and good lighting. Best thing of all, great prices!

Not as good as other location. They have a very limited selection of certain alcohols including gin. For such a big place youd expect their spirits section to have diversity- its all lower end products. Says what they think of the people in the area.

A wide selection and decent prices, you can get some great craft beers and they have a make your own six pack option. There are cold fridges for cold beers, wines, and liquors.

Went in on a Sunday and the place was empty! Only two other patrons in this large store. Needed help, which was provided immediately. Cashier gave me a couple of good suggestions.

I had the worst experience ever at this store. My fiance and I have been going in there everyday for a week straight and he went in as per usual and I sat in the car. He comes out and tells me they refused to sell him alcohol because he has an out of state license, which I looked up the law and its illegal to deny someone purchase of alcohol. So I went in there and the lady tried to refuse service to me, when I pulled out my ID after proving to her that its illegal for her to not serve me and threatening to call the police on the establishment. She finally allowed me to buy my alcohol, when I pulled out my bank card she snatched it out of my hand and tried to tell me I couldnt pay with my card because its a work cash card, which is also illegal. I then snatched my card from her slide it pushed my pin in and walked out of the door before the transaction finished. I also noticed she didnt ID anyone in line before me, and most of the customers looked to be underage. I will be filing a report with the police letting them know they are serving to minors. I did nothing to be treated the way I was. I hope to god the get it together because its very disrespectful to customers to act the way the cashier acted. She was very rude and she tried to steal my bank card from me. I am very displeased in this establishment.

Prices are reasonable and a huge selection of wines.

The ownership of this location changed hands recently, and maybe its just transition pain but the store is thus far, worse for the change. Specifically they no longer post on their website their monthly specials, and even in the store its difficult to find a list of whats on sale. Often times beer (which is what I usually buy) has pricing that doesnt match what rings at the register and many items just dont have any pricing on it at all. Also the registers dont show you the price as they ring up, only the clerk can see the price unless you lean over the counter. Hopefully the new ownership will get more organized and resolve these issues.

Service, and selection is good. Can, and bottle machines are slow, and area is messey.

Closed before 7pm night of storm, walked their to find out. Says it closes at 10pm and opens at 9 am. Its 9:20 am been standing here for 30 mins. Dont post your hours if it isnt going to go by them

Its a shame because they have a great selection but there is an older woman that works there that is always exceptionally rude. Id rather not deal with being treated like Im doing something wrong by shopping.
