Love this store!! They always have everything I need, the prices are comparable and the service is fantastic! The owner and employees are always so polite and helpful. Made the mistake of going to a different store last week because “I was in the area”. The store was cluttered and when I asked for assistance finding something the employee was very rude. In the end, they didn’t even have what I needed! I’ll stay with KJ Barron’s!

After my last interaction, I filed a complaint with the BBB. I would love to formally file a lawsuit here but the employee refused to give his legal name. Horrible service. I had no credit cards on myself and was refused service because my (real) South Carolina drivers license didn’t have 2 cards with a matching name. I primarily use cash. The employee told me “A cop came by and told us to require 2 for out of state”. I asked him to show me this in writing and he gave me a hard time. I just moved here and I will not be going to this location again. Terrible service and I hope that employee is terminated. Maybe invest in an ID scanner that would’ve verified my ID? Seriously pathetic to refuse service when the business can’t invest in itself. Awful place.

This place USED to be classy...now its a run down expensive dive.....

Barons is a great place! Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. They are spot on with recommendations. I feel like they really care about the customers. The selection is good for wine and beer and decent for hard liquor and spirits. We can usually find what we need.
